Aber auch sonst zu empfehlen, da die U-Bahn in der Nähe ist. Der Hund war willkommen, das Auto konnte gratis geladen werden, die Minibar war inkludiert. Das Zimmer und das Bad,.. waren sehr sauber unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr entgegenkommend und hilfsbereit Also alles perfekt, sehr zu empfehlen nichts, da alles perfekt war

- Nikita (10/5): - Fantastic hotel. Incredibly spacious, very clean, very professional staff, very close to different transport links and plenty of food options nearby. My room was on the main road, could not hear anything from outdoors. The walls are quite thin between rooms.
- Silke (10/5): - Die Lage war top, das Personal sehr freundlich und alles ging flott. Das Fenster im Zimmer konnte man ganz öffnen. Die Duschkabine war komplett aus Glas und mitten im Zimmer. Zum Glück war ein Vorhang vorhanden, so konnte man die Privatsphäre beim Duschen wahren. Diese Lösung fanden wir (meine Begleitung und ich) sehr schlau, effizient und absolut ausreichend. Auch nach längerem Überlegen fällt mir nichts ein, was ich anders machen würde.

Pokoje czyste i wygodne, dobra lokalizacja (blisko są dwie stacje metra). Podróżowaliśmy z rowerami i nie było problemu aby je przechować na patio hotelowym. Garaż hotelowy jest niewielki (i drogi: 32euro za dobę), ale mieliśmy wcześniej zarezerwowane miejsce. nic

- Yevgeny (1/5): Terrible service management - Only the breakfast was good at this hotel and the staff of the kitchen Dear Booking.com Customer Service, I am writing to formally lodge a serious complaint regarding my recent stay . As a frequent traveler who stays in many hotels, I have never encountered such terrible service and unprofessional behavior. The issues I experienced are detailed below: • Lack of Basic Housekeeping: The hotel operates under a system where rooms are not cleaned daily unless a specific card is filled out and handed to the reception. I followed this procedure and handed the card directly to the receptionist. • Hostile Behavior from the Staff: When I returned to my room in the evening, I discovered it had not been cleaned. I went down to the reception to inquire why. The same receptionist I had given the card to earlier completely denied receiving it, and openly called me a liar. After searching a back room, he found my card, proving he was wrong. Despite this, he refused to apologize. Out of frustration and for documentation, I took a photo of him and left. • Intimidation and Threats from Management: On my final day, I brought this incident to the hotel manager's attention. Instead of resolving the issue or apologizing for the staff's behavior, the manager threatened me. She stated that the receptionist did not need to apologize because I had taken his picture, and threatened that the hotel could sue me for it. I later verified the local laws and confirmed that taking a photo is only an issue if published online, which I never did. The hotel management is using empty legal threats to intimidate guests and silence complaints about their poor service. This experience was deeply distressing and frightening. A hotel should be a welcoming place, not an environment where guests are threatened with lawsuits for expecting basic hygiene and honesty. I request that Booking.com investigates this property immediately

Si può scegliere tra molte varietà di cereali, di dolci, di piatti salati, pane, yogurt e frutta. In camera è disponibile un bollitore e bustine di te e tisane, oltre a una macchinetta per il caffè. La doccia trasparente, visibile dalla camera. Sarebbe preferibile una tenda per garantire un pò di privacy. Inoltre la scarsa aspirazione fa si che in camera ristagni un pò di umidità.

- Hildegard Kennivé (8/5): Hotel op zeer goede locatie voor openbaar vervoer (met kamer aan de achterzijde !) - Het hotel ligt aan een drukke baan maar ik had een kamer aan de achterkant gevraagd en ook gekregen. Het Westbahnhof ligt op wandelafstand van waaruit heel veel openbaar vervoer vertrekt. Dit was de reden van mijn keuze in combinatie met de prijs. De kamer was goed maar ik kan me voorstellen dat een douche in de kamer niet voor iedereen aangenaam is. Enkel het toilet is afgescheiden door een deur. Verduistering was ook goed. Receptionist was heel vriendelijk. Het ontbijtbuffet viel me wat tegen. De broodjes waren afgebakken en vrij hard. De keuze was oke maar niet meer dan dat. Ik had iets meer verwacht van een viersterrenhotel.

- Walter (9/5): Angenehmer Aufenthalt, ich komme gerne wieder. - Ein hübsches und sympathisches Hotel, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Preiswertes Komfortablrs und stylisches Zimmer. Die Klimaanlage konnte ich leider nicht abstellen obwohl ich das aufgrund der angenehmen frühlingshaften Temperaturen gerne gemacht hätte. In meinem Pyjama wollte ich nicht zur Rezeption gehen ☺️
- FRANCESCO (8/5): - La colazione molto ricca. La posizione vicinissima alla Westbahnof ed alla rete tramviaria. Le scarse informazioni fornite dal personale alla reception in servizio all'arrivo la sera del 28 aprile 2026. Discutibile la politica dell'hotel sulla sostenibilità ambientale: la pulizia degli igienici ed il cambio asciugamani sono indispensabili in camere dove c'è la moquette e manca il bidet. Nonostante avessimo chiesto ed esposto la targhetta "make up the room" le pulizie ed il cambio asciugamani non erano stati fatti il primo giorno. Per i giorni seguenti non ci sono stati problemi.

- alessia (9/5): Ottima posizione, stanza spaziosa e carina - Posizione strategica, ben collegata con metro a pochi passi. La camera era accogliente, pulita e molto spaziose, silenziosa e la doccia molto carina e funzionale. Se devo trovare una pecca è la mancanza del bidet e il fatto che su 4 notti è stata rifatta la camera una sola volta senza che venissero cambiati gli asciugamani, e i cuscini scomodi.

- Barbara (6/5): - Het ontbijt en het personeel van het ontbijt Je moest altijd vragen dat ze de kamer kwamen poetsen. De sauna is niet in de ochtend open, alleen pas om 17h00 volgens de receptie

- Alexandr (8/5): Good hotel for reasonable price - Good location near train station and bus stop to airport. Good breakfast. At check up I told the manager on the reception desk that I'll pay cash, however, after I made the payment before check out, the manager told me that Booking.com could charge my card for the second time. Till present it wasn't performed, i wrote a letter to booking.com not to charge me the second time.

- Francesca (10/5): Buena experiencia - La ubicación espectacular, practicamente al lado de todo. Puedes llegar al centro caminando unos 40 minutos, si no tienes el tram a pocos minutos andando y el metro que te lleva a todas partes. Destacar también que a 5 minutos tiene el autobus directo al aeropuerto y está a pocas paradas de tram de la estación central. Cama muy cómoda. La ducha puede incomodar ya que hay habitaciones sin cortinas, la nuestra tenía. Preguntad al hacer el check in. Café y té de cortesía, botella de agua. Enchufes cerca de la cama. Limpieza cada dos días pero si quieres, se puede solicitar para cada día. Me hubiese gustado conocer más acerca de las opciones de comida/bebida. Lo único se echa en falta en la habitación es una mini nevera ya que queda un LIDL al lado y sería cómodo poder almacenar leche por ejemplo.
