- NEILA (8/5): Établissement très agréable et confortable mais s’assurer que la chambre demandée est bien celle qui sera attribuée à l’ - L’emplacement, la propreté, le petit déjeuner et la disponibilité des personnes qui travaillent à la réception et au service. Nous avons pris 5 nuits sur la base d’une chambre payée sur booking et avons eu une chambre différente et beaucoup moins confortable en arrivant à l’hôtel. Une chambre avec une fenêtre juste au dessus du lit, ce qui est très gênant pour se reposer le matin à cause de la lumière dans les yeux. Au bout de deux jours on nous a enfin donné la chambre que nous avions réservé. Lorsque nous avons déplacé nos affaires d’une chambre à l’autre des vêtements ont été oubliés dans la première chambre. Lorsque nous les avions réclamés à la réception on nous a répondu que le personnel de ménage n’a rien trouvé or c’est impossible car les affaires y étaient bien. Cette expérience a laissé un goût amer alors que le séjour à Venise était vraiment bien.

- Christoph (6/5): Schöne Lage, nicht so schöner Service.... - Vorweg: die Lage ist toll und das Personal (Rezeption) sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich Beim Frühstück sieht es leider anders aus. Das Personal ist völlig überfordert, es gibt zu wenig Sitzplätze, die Platten werden auch auf höfliche Nachfrage erst nach langer Zeit nachgefüllt, so dass wir uns an zwei Tagen mit Cornetti begnügten. Zimmer sind klein (Venedig halt) aber durchwegs o.k. Die Betten leider megaweich. In dieser Preisklasse hätte ich auch gerne statt Nescafetütchen Nespresso am Zimmer, aber gut. Für 500 das Zimmer gibt es in Venedig mehr.

From check-in to checkout, everything was exceptional. The Location Tucked behind Venice's luxury shopping district, the hotel sits on a quiet, charming street that feels like a hidden gem. It's the perfect base for exploring the city while still feeling peaceful at the end of the day. The Staff The team here is genuinely amazing. Warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. As two friends in our 20s, we especially appreciated their thoughtful recommendations for nightlife and where to go out in Venice. They treated us like valued guests and clearly took pride in making our stay memorable. The Room Absolutely magnificent. High ceilings, beautiful curved wooden windows, and elegant finishes throughout. We had a stunning view of classic Venetian architecture right outside our window. The bathroom was clean, modern, and beautifully designed, while the rest of the room kept its classic Venetian charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Easily one of the best night's sleep we had on our trip. The Breakfast Top notch. The whole experience felt genuinely luxurious without being stuffy or pretentious. Bottom Line There aren't enough good things to say about Hotel Dei Dragomanni. Beautiful property, gorgeous rooms, incredible staff, and a perfect location. If you're considering Venice, book here. You won't regret it.

Excelente el servicio y atención del personal no solo de la Recepción, sino también del desayuno y personal de aseo. El Hotel muy limpio. La habitación muy cómoda, el baño amplio. El desayuno fenomenal, felicitaciones. Las almohadas podrían ser un poco más soft !! La ducha sería importante tener una barra de seguridad.

- SEISHO (8/5): 聖馬可廣場附近的好住宿選擇！ - 離聖馬可廣場很近，走路十分鐘會到，方便觀光和購物！飯店小巧可愛，很乾淨。我們不小心打破一個玻璃杯，飯店打掃職員態度非常良好，很快地幫我們清乾淨了。飯店櫃檯可以幫忙微波食物，不管是早上或晚上都可以。check out時櫃檯有送我們一盒小餅乾。 從車站搭1號線的船到Gigilio後，要過兩個橋才會到飯店，有行李的人要搬過橋比較辛苦。 浴室有點小，從第二天早上開始從浴室的排水孔開始有臭味，我們曬在浴室的衣服也染上味道。後來解決方法是用毛巾堵住排水孔。

Die Mitarbeitenden am Empfang waren sehr zufriedenstellend, zuvorkommend und freundlich. Allessandro und Marco top. Das Frühstück lässt zu wünschen übrig, d.h. klein und einfacher Durchschnitt. Rühreier zu trocken. Enger Duschraum.

- Tatiana (9/5): - Хороший отель, свежий ремонт, прекрасное расположение Не понравился трансфер. За 200 евро нас довезли на такси, а потом на старой лодке. Обратно тоже 200 и почему- то тоже на такси половина пути, хотя я несколько раз уточняла, что хотим на водном такси в аэропорт.
