• Eimear (8/5): Top class apart from air on situation - Food excellent , location so accessible . Hotel rooms exceptional super bathroom with both bath and shower . Overall excellent hotel Room was extremely warm when I entered . Air settings locked at 30oc . Couldn’t adjust towards . Hoped it might improve but didn’t . Contacted reception who told me they would advise a Mansgrr . Heard no more . No windows to be opened and led to a very uncomfortable night for a long part .

Quarto amplo, com camas confortáveis, secador e ferro/tábua de passar. O banheiro é ótimo: tem 2 lavatórios. A localização ao lado das estações de trem, metrô e terminais de ônibus Victoria é perfeita. Café da manhã fantástico! Tudo OK.

Lage, Preis und Frühstück passen - Die Lage ist sehr gut, gegenüber der U-Bahnstation Gunnersbury, 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt von Themse und ein paar netten Pubs. Das Frühstück war sehr gut., das Personal hilfsbereit. Ich habe hier bereits ein paar Mal übernachtet. Es ist immer das Gleiche mit diesem katastrophalen Check-in. Erst wird man morgens aufgefordert, online. einzuchecken - haben wir gemacht - dann kommt man an und muss nochmal einchecken und das auf einem Panel, was zum wiederholten Male nicht funktioniert hat. Das Personal muss immer zur Hilfe kommen. Dann hat außerdem der Zahlungsprozess nicht funktioniert. Das nervt halt total!!!

The gym was small and limited in equipment, and access needed to be requested through the reception. While the overall stay was comfortable, many members of the staff were unfortunately not particularly welcoming or helpful.

La ubicación, si bien no es del todo centrica, queda a 5 minutos caminando de una estación de la linea verde (district) que te deja en varios de los puntos turisticos de la ciudad.

Good breakfast with lots of choice, porridge was very good. Train station almost over the road, we used the underground from T5 with one change via Hammersmith, easy to do but with steps if you have heavy cases (we did)

The only thing is, there was not enough space for our own stuff in the washroom, not enough shelfs/drawers. Carbage bins were too small too.
