- Joanne (9/5): - The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room cool despite the heat outside. I also loved the convenient location — it was close to the river boat and train station, and directly connected to Central Mall, which had plenty of great food options. The property also felt very secure since access to the building and rooms required a key card. The package deal with complimentary breakfast was another great bonus. Although there were only two elevators, there was always a staff member available to help press the buttons and assist guests, which made the wait much smoother. Another feature I really appreciated was the in-room amenities, including a washer and dryer, sink, water percolator, full refrigerator, and complimentary snacks and bottled waters. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Although the room was great and i did appreciate everything, there was just two things that would have made my stay even better. 1. Washer and Dryer was very loud. You could hear it all the way outside in the hallway. Definitely couldnt do laundry overnight or early in the morning. 2. There was no hot water. Showers were cold.

- Casey (8/5): Clean, comfortable and safe with a beautiful view. - I liked the cleanliness, the view from my 25th floor room was phenomenal and, I enjoyed how quiet and separate I felt from other rooms and guests. I was concerned about street noise from other reviews but only noticed occasional emergency vehicle sirens not other vehicles. I wish there was better lighting in the bathroom, it was challenging to get ready and glad I wasn’t trying to put makeup on in that light. Also, the elevators take a while during busy times so, there was additional consideration involved in scheduling drivers, making appointments etc.

And it is short walk to sky train and to get the ferry boat to go up the river. - Centre Point Plus Hotel Silom.I have stayed often at Centre Point minus the Plus.On are first day we had to wait as our room wasn’t ready.Then the toilet wasn’t working properly,so I rang reception and reported it but nobody came to fix it.the next morning I spoke to the manageress who was very apologetic and got it fixed.She also left Letter apologies and some fruit. We needed to do a bit of washing but no balcony to dry it .So I wasn’t very pleased.on all are previous stays I never had any problems. First day toilet not flushing so very un hygienic .

Rooms where so.....spacious, air-conditioning was super super cold however its noisy. Free ice, washing detergent in the laundry area. Beautiful area too. Kids room was nice and play area for older kids was good. Pool area is beautiful and very clean. Would stay there every time 😃 Noisy air-conditioning

- Al Marzuki (7/5): A Good Value Hotel Next to River - The location was great, connected to a departmental store and within 5 minutes walk to the nearest BTS station. Surrounded by good local food (both air-conditioned indoor and simple family operated stalls). Although next to the river, this hotel offers good value for its location and relatively large room size. Looks recently refurbished, nevertheless can feel the age of the hotel from the furniture/fittings. Room cleanliness is OK but can be improved (especially the bedding).

Wij hadden een kamer geboekt met balkon, want met kinderen in een familiekamer wilden we buiten kunnen zitten; dit kan niet. Het hele balkon staat vol met 2 aircounits die lucht uitblazen van 50C waardoor het onmogelijk is om hier te zitten. Hierover geklaagd en uiteindelijk na een kleine bijbetaling het penthouse gekregen, dit was een mooie kamer (met mieren) maar de rand op het balkon op de 26ste verdieping was zo laag dat het gewoon gevaarlijk is.

The location is definitely one of its biggest advantages — conveniently situated with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transport options. The staff was courteous, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. A good option for both family stays and short trips.

- David (9/5): Le même en mieux... - Deuxième venue dans cet hôtel et je dois avouer que la dernière rénovation a complétement transformé l'établissement, la chambre est gigantesque dans sa version familiale, toujours cette vue sur le fleuve, petit déjeuner un cran au dessus d'il y a 2 ans et toujours un moment agréable dans la piscine. l'emplacement à 2 pas du BTS et du Terminal du ferry, le centre commercial juste en dessous et les alentours plutôt vivant et encore très Thai bref on adore cet hôtel Un transfert depuis l'aéroport ? ;-)

We will return Our room has huge air conditioning unit on the balconies. These were so loud I couldn’t sleep all night - I think one was even broken as sounded like a helicopter hovering . Had to sleep with tissue in my ear , did get any sleep first evening . Explained this to the hotel . They were very kind and had it fixed - said we could move rooms ( we didn’t as only 2 nights ) but didn’t off any kind gesture , no free meal , or even a drink for hard night we had experienced

- Sonja Senisi (10/5): Top Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten - Die Lage ist Top. Foodmeile ums Eck. Sathorn Pier fürs Wassertaxi 5 min fußläufig. Von hier kann man ab 16 h kostenlos zum Asiatique oder für wenig Geld zum Icon Siam oder anderen Piers. Wat Arun in der Nähe und auch Chinatown. Das Zimmer war wirklich neu renoviert und top ausgestattet. Großer Kühlschrank und Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher und sogar kostenlos Chips und ein paar Getränke. Jeden Tag wurde ohne Aufforderung gereinigt und das Flaschenwasser aufgefüllt. Im Foyer stand eine Kaffeemaschine mit Keksen bereit. Ein willkommener Zwischenstopp. Frühstück haben wir nicht genutzt. Sind lieber 2x essen gegangen. Deposit von 3000 Bhat war heftig, aber wir konnten 100€ hinterlegen, sonst wären wir auf den vielen Bhat sitzen geblieben. Der Vorschlag kam aber von der Rezeption und deshalb war es für uns ok. Immer wieder gern, weil die tolle Lage viele Transportkosten spart und flexibel macht. Auch super Massagesalons ums Eck. Jederzeit wieder. Leider war es selbst im 16. Stock laut, denn die Fenster waren nicht schalldicht. Das wäre ein Punkt, der störend sein kann, wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat.

- MenalS (10/5): Very Nice Hotel in Bangkok. - We stayed here the end of April 2026. Firstly, the location of the hotel is in a not so pretty part of town. The surrounding area consists of small shops, small restaurants, food stalls, and street vendors. The area lacks the modern, wide open feel of Sukhumvit and other areas. The plus side of the location is the proximity to the Sathorn Pier. It's only a five minute walk to the pier. From here you can take a ferry to most major tourist attractions. You can reach Wat Arun, Wat Po, The Grand Palace, Icon Siam Mall, China Town, Khao San Road and Asiatique very easily and relatively quickly via the hop on hop off boat, yellow flag boat and so on. The hotel itself is lovely. Excellent huge rooms, extremely clean and very comfortable beds and pillows. Wifi was pretty good as well. The pool was amazing too. The staff was very pleasant always. The hotel is connected to the Central Bangrak shopping mall, which has a Starbucks, McDonalds, Pharmacy and more. Plenty of 7 Elevens around for snacks and drinks too. So, If you are looking for a vibrant party atmosphere with bars, nightclubs and restaurants, this area is not for you. However, if you are into sightseeing and tourist attractions, this area is perfect as you can get to most major tourist sights along the river via boat.

- YICHI (8/5): 除了房務其他很完美！ - 1 地點很好，步行可以搭船、搭BTS，樓下即是商場、夜市，對街也有7-11，非常方便。 2 有微波爐，房間很大。 3 電視有Netflix、Youtube很讚！ 4 有游泳池、健身房，還有交誼廳，裡面有咖啡、小點心可以使用，窗景也很讚！ 1 浴缸很好躺但是太髒了，有各種陳年污漬。 2 淋浴間排水非常堵塞，每次洗澡都淹水，腳都泡在污水裡洗。 3 廁紙釘在非常難拿的位置，會一直碰到水溝蓋或垃圾桶，感覺不衛生。 4 住第2天留小費請房務給新拖鞋，小費拿了但拖鞋沒給。 5 洗髮精按壓瓶壞了完全不能用，半夜光著身等房務等很久。

- Chris (8/5): Would stay again 👍🏻 - The cleanliness of the hotel itself and the rooms being cleaned and tidy up everyday during our stay, the restaurants adjacent to the hotel is pretty good and convenient shops downstairs. Great pool, happy to have the salon downstairs as well and she is quite lovely. 👍🏻 The staff are helpful and professional. We stayed in the biggest room they had that can fit 6 people and it was massive it has 3toilets, washing machine and a big fridge. They can arrange pick up and drop off to the airport as well which is handy 👍🏻 Would recommend if travelling with family 👍🏻♥️ The towel can be updated and the hot water service can be improve.

The trainee reception messed with our check-in. Even though the payment for the room was made via Booking.com she said that the I need to pay at hotel. Then I paid and later realised that hotel has charged me twice. Then I had to ask for refund and they said it takes one month. Be careful at reception if trainee staff is there. I had bad experience with my room door. The lock was faulty. Sometimes it does not unlock at all. It was room 921.
