• Catherine (7/5): Chouette mais décevant pour le standing de l’hôtel - Super situation dans un quartier animé, food market et nombreux restoss proximité, personnel adorable et serviable, piscine très chouette et bonne ambiance. La literie était peu confortable et l’isolation phonique est nulle. Avec les énormes travaux en cours dans la rue, qui durent parfois jusqu’à minuit passé, difficile d’y trouver la tranquillité.

We book a connecting two room for 5 night and one of the room air conditioner was blowing warm air even after we on it for a time on the first day. Contacted the front desk about the issue, asked the technician to come fix it but still not cold. The first solution was not to change our room but trying to convince us thats already fixed. Second day the Air conditioner still blowing warm air and start having loud sound. Contacted the front desk again, same solution technician come again. At the end still blowing hot air. That time was already night time and we just got back from outing whole day. Contacted the second time with anger only changed the room for us. And we need to repack our luggage to move to the new room with the tiredness. Appreciate the staff who moved our luggage to the new room but it's still a bad experience as already rise the issue on the first day. A suggestion to prevent this issue again, do hope that the room facilities is all checked before allowing the guest to enter. The management could improve more.

• June (8/5): Spacious, comfortable bed - Spacious, comfortable bed. The famous wanton mee is just nearby the hotel. The room may looks renovated but the flooring is budging up. The cleaning is not complete as my room was not made on my last night stay. A little disappointed. But too tired after a long day walk so I didn’t call up the housekeeping.

However, the relentless construction noise (going on day and night, even on weekends) made my stay miserable. I honestly regretted not choosing another branch of this hotel chain near a different BTS station. Every time I saw this hotel brand elsewhere in Bangkok, it just reminded me of my poor choice. I arrived on a night train from Chiang Mai and checked in early. At first, I was assigned a wheelchair-accessible room. Since my companion is quite tall, I requested a room change, as it would have been uncomfortable for a two-night stay. We were moved to a different floor about an hour later. The real issue started in the new room — there wasn’t a single towel. I called reception, and they said they would bring some to my door. After waiting 30 minutes, nothing happened. I called again and got the same response. Another 30 minutes passed. At that point, I could literally see staff members walking around with towels in the hallway. It honestly felt like it would have been faster to grab one myself, but I chose to wait for proper service. When I called for the third time, the receptionist practically shouted at me: “Madam! I already told the staff to bring them! I know you’ve called more than twice. Just wait!” Then she hung up on me. I was stunned and just stood there laughing in disbelief. I’ve traveled to many countries, but I have never experienced a hotel staff member losing their temper and hanging up on a guest. The towels finally arrived about 10 minutes later. If you have the patience to wait over an hour for a towel when you just want to take a shower, then I “highly recommend” this place.

• mani (10/5): - Optimal zum shoppen sehr nahe die Shoppingcenter und auch einige Attraktionen sehr gut zu Fuß o mit den Taxi möglich. Hotel von der Ausstattung her von großen Kühlschrank bis zur Zahnbürsten alles vorhanden. Houskeeping arbeitet sehr gut.. Auch das Personal alle sehr bemüht und helfen gerne weiter. Die raucherlounge da könnte man evtl noch einen geeigneten Raum suchen .

• Sock kheng (8/5): - The location is very close to Pratunam Market, there is many massage places along the road. The room is very huge, with big fridge & kitchen utensils, microwave in the one bedroom suite. The bathroom is big but the shower glass was not seal properly. After shower , the water leak all over the flooring.

• ingrid (1/5): Skuffet. - Virket barnevennlig. Hadde varslet på forhånd at vi ikke kom til å rekke innsjekk på grunn av baby på sykehuset. Fikk skriftlig bekreftelse på at rommet bli holdt til av til oss. Dobbeltsjekker med hotellet før vi skal fly til bangkok slik at de vet at vi kommer i dag. Får da beskjed om at de har kansellert bookingen jeg hadde og må booke på nytt hvis jeg ønsker å bo hos de. Ingen unnskyld, ingen hjelp å få, bare mer stress i en svært sårbar situasjon. Veldig skuffende. Hadde gledet meg svært til dette hotellet, men nå skriver jeg min første dårlige anmeldelse i stedet.
