Everything you could want in a kitchen was there(?except us British like a kettle to make a tea) Pool was nice too. Maybe too many kids but what do you expect being so close to Disney.

• BarclayBluebird (10/5): Bonnet Creek Resort is a haven in LBV - Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek Resort is within the gates of Walt Disney World and located close to both EPCoT and Disney Springs. Staff and facilities are, in the main, great and the apartments are comfortable and spacious, Most have excellent balcony views regardless of which way they are facing (pool, Disney, golf course, or general area). There are restaurants, fast food outlets, pools, two lazy rivers, a children’s pool, crazy golf, games rooms, and a gym. It’s a great place to base yourself for your trip to Lake Buena Vista and separates itself from the hustle and bustle of Disney when you might like to take a break. I can’t comment on price other than to mention that this resort is not to be confused with the Wyndham Grand Hotel on the same site, as it is mainly timeshare ownership and guests will receive an inevitable ‘invite’ to attend a ‘sales’ meeting. Overall, we love this place and are happy to recommend.

When we went to book they denied our reservation due to my husband being deployed. We asked SEVERAL times if he is deployed if I could use the vacation with our kids. VERY disappointed in how they treated us during our presentation and the customer service and staff there after. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! SAY NO

• jarrold1 (2/5): Customer Care couldn't care less. - I booked 5 nights at this resort for a family holiday in October coming. I then needed to change plans and reduce our stay to 4 nights, which I thought would be easy as per the free cancellation policy. Unfortunately not. Firstly I tried to amend the booking online, but this then seemed to increase the price of the 4 nights I needed. I then sent 2 e-mails to the Customer Care team, but was told that I had to telephone to modify the booking. After telephoning the number provided (2 different numbers from each e-mail), I was passed around 4 different teams, each telling me that they were definitely transferring me to the correct team who would modify the booking. Unfortunately none of these teams would help. Based on the lack of professionalism and lack of caring of these "Account Specialists", I decided to cancel the entire booking.

• 120bryanl (4/5): Disenchanted and stressed - We bought in dec 2025 and when we returned, we were told that what we bought was not what we were told it was. The wrong type of points that cann't do what they said we needed. It has a different kind of deed. They said we still needed to buy the other type of points. WE WILL NEVER BUY WYNDHAM POINTS AGAIN!!!! Had no problem with construction it could get dusty every now and then. Just stay away from office and so-called information meetings!!
• scoobsmom (2/5): Unfortunaely Stay away - it pains me t write this review as I used to love Bonnet Creek. Sadly, they are doing so much construction and have a brand new pushy sales staff that they just do not care. Rooms were missing soap in dispensers, dirty sheets, etc. Very unsafe conditions. I spoke with the manager numerous times, and nothing occurred. The construction workers are inside and outside of the hotels, wandering around at all hours. We did not feel safe. Management said they were not supposed to be inside the guest areas, but with no monitoring, they were there. They were not only using guest bathrooms but were roaming the guest floors. There is no safety on the work outside of the building either. I missed getting hit in the head by inches from falling debris. 2 days later, debris was still lying on the ground from where it landed. They have some netting up, but not enough. The fiberglass and insulation is flying throught the air, making it unsafe to breathe. To top it off, they keep calling me to buy a timeshare.

She was pressured into attending a 'points update' sales pitch and dragged herself out of bed early on her day off to be there. Instead of a professional presentation, she was met by a salesperson who looked at her and told her she 'didn't make enough money' to even listen to the pitch. It is beyond insulting to lure people into these meetings only to belittle them and treat them like second-class citizens. If the sales staff here thinks that insulting potential or current owners is a valid strategy, they are dead wrong. Avoid these pitches at all costs—unless you enjoy being treated like garbage by people whose only job is to sell you a dream they can’t even pitch politely." EDE was the sales manager name and never even reached out to her to apologize.

• vules2026 (2/5): HIGH-PRESSURE TIMESHARE SALES – BE AWARE OF ONGOING FEES AND LIMITED AVAILABILITY - I attended a Wyndham vacation presentation in Orlando after being approached at SeaWorld and offered a 6-night vacation incentive for $75. I was told it would involve a short tour, but the experience turned into a nearly 3-hour high-pressure sales presentation. The sales process involved multiple layers of pressure. First, a salesperson presented a package around $100,000. When I declined, a manager suddenly appeared and offered a “special discount” down to roughly $55,000. After declining again, another representative approached me under the pretense of collecting feedback but quickly attempted to sell a smaller package. The entire experience felt extremely scripted and designed to pressure guests into making a large financial decision on the spot. Pricing changed dramatically within minutes, which raised serious concerns about transparency. Potential buyers should understand that even if you fully pay off the purchase price (for example the $55,000 package they offered), the ownership still comes with ongoing annual maintenance and assessment fees. These fees can reach around $10,000 per year depending on the point level, and they continue indefinitely. Another important issue to consider is reservation availability. Even if you own a large amount of points, booking the exact dates or resorts you want may not always be easy because other owners may have already reserved those weeks. This can make it frustrating to use the points the way they are presented during the sales pitch. What disappointed me most was the professionalism at the end of the presentation. Once it became clear I was not going to purchase, the staff abruptly disengaged and did not treat me with basic courtesy while directing me to collect the incentive that was promised. As someone who works in sales myself, I believe long-term business is built on trust and transparency. This experience felt more like psychological pressure than a genuine hospitality offering. I strongly recommend that visitors research timeshare presentations carefully before accepting the 6-night $75 incentive and be prepared for a lengthy and aggressive sales process.

• ARTravels2021 (6/5): Great if you don't need to use the living room as a sleeping space - Great location, great pools, and the units are nicely appointed and laid out, BUT if you need to utilize the living room as a sleeping space, think twice! The pullout couch is awful, and the AC unit is so loud that it woke me up every time it turned on (and I'm not a light sleeper). The dishwasher was also loud, so we didn't run it at night like we would have preferred. This was our fourth time staying at this property, and we really love the proximity to the Disney parks (it's actually on Disney property, though not a Disney hotel), but we usually get a two bedroom unit so we haven't experienced the issues with using the living room as a sleeping area before. I would love to challenge anyone that works for Club Wyndham to sleep on the pullout sofa and experience how uncomfortable it is for themselves! The other issue I have with this resort is the lack of drawer storage space for clothing. The bedroom has one dresser with 4 drawers, and the drawers were super shallow. I could barely close it with two tee shirts stacked. Each nightstand in the bedroom had a single drawer and then open space underneath. There was one end table in the living room with a drawer that did not open at all. There were two closets (one in the bedroom, one in the LR), but not a lot of hangers were provided (perhaps you can request more). Anyway, there were 2 adults and 1 child staying in the unit for a week and the lack of drawer space was a problem for us. I appreciate the attention to detail in choosing furniture that looks good in the unit, but the choices really weren't practical. It seems that this property no longer even has housekeeping clean your room once a week, which is a bummer considering the high cleaning fee.

If you are a guest of an owner or a owner who purchased resell points you are treated poorly and have to wait untill 4 pm or later to check in. This resort pushes timeshare tours every time you check in. The front office check in people flat out lie to you about room availability.

Approved for a 30 min extension on checkout time do I could take an impt unexpected business call and housekeeper was banging on the door at 9:50am which was even before regular checkout at 10 am. Then a second person banged on the door not once but twice forcing me to disconnect my call. Completely unacceptable and the resorts answer was “we cannot figure out what happened”

• marcialg123 (2/5): Misleading Information and High-Pressure Sales Tactics During Timeshare Presentation - This is a heads-up for fellow travelers. While visiting SeaWorld Orlando, we were invited to a Wyndham Club timeshare presentation and told it would last 120 minutes with no pressure to buy, since it would take place at Bonnet Creek on Disney property. The presentation lasted about 3 hours and 30 minutes and involved very aggressive sales tactics. We had to decline offers from four different salespeople before we were finally allowed to leave. We stayed polite, but it was exhausting. We eventually received the incentive, which required a $75 payment upfront. After researching later, we realized the deal didn’t make sense for us. If you’re considering attending, go in fully informed — the real price is your time and patience.

• brucemG4797WK (2/5): Avoid Joining Club Wyndham - This review makes it appear like I stayed at Bennet Creek. I did not, but I advise people to avoid joining Club Wyndham. Getting through to customer service is extremely difficult. By all means do not sign up for additional points. It is especially difficult to rescind any contract even when all rules are followed.

The property is beautifully maintained with so much to experience—5 swimming pools, 8 hot tubs, 2 lazy rivers, mini golf, & more. We were on the 12th floor with our balcony overlooking the picturesque lake with twin fountains. The perfect setting to refresh, restore, & renew one’s soul. • Secret_Squirre1 (10/5): There's None Better - I've been to Orlando a few times. The first time, we stayed at a MARRIOTT off property. It was lovely. The last time, we stayed on property. It was pretty great. This was our first stay at a Wyndham Resort -and I gad my doubts, but I am entirely won over! We stayed in Tower 6. The 2 bedroom / 2 bath "apartment" / suite was fantastic. The kitchen was small but full sized, the dining area was spacious, the living space was pleasant, and our balcony was lovely. Peeks of fireworks at night! There was a master suite with a King size bed, soaking tub, full bathroon, very nice. The other bedroom had two full size beds , a flat screen, and its own bathroom, adjacent to the bedroom door. Also? Washer dryer right next to the bathroom. Luxury. The mattresses? Are divine. I have been pricing them since I returned home; alas, they are spendy, but migod: I'm disabled. Lots of pain, most days, from foot to ankle to knee to hip to spine to shoulder to neck. Getting comfortable for any period of time, especially at night, after long, high energy days, seemed improbable and I was concerned. Little did I realize, the bed would furnish me with incomparable support & relief, to a degree I haven't known in actual decades. The pillows are fairly miraculous too- I've gone through dozens of pillows, and most of them aren't half as good as they profess to be... but these pillows were practically magic. Perfect heft, density, softness, firmness- total Golidlocks levels of "just rightness". So kudos to whoever does the procurement of beds and bedding - that bed was a dream. We all really enjoyed our time here, with the amenities, the staff could not have been kinder, and the one time we called for more towels, they were with us in a flash, I was genuinely stunned at the speed. A couple of us fell ill while there, and had soup, kleenex, meds, popsicles, delivered by doordash; I had some concerns, but it all went beautifully. VERY quiet! Never heard or saw another guest in the hall- met a few lovely people in / at the elevators, but otherwise, it was super peaceful. We enjoyed the security of the resort and the room key being wearable- worked really well. Everyone felt quite safe. The soaps in the loo are Brown Sugar & Fig by Roots- gorgeous stuff, really liked it a lot. The one glitch was when my ecv, which the staff kindly charged overnight for me, lost its key between the time we handed it over to the concierge, and the next morning, when we appeared, ready to go. The ECV rental place brought a key, for which we were charged; the resort sent up some restaurant vouchers by way of apology. It is a stone's throw from the Disney parks, and a very short ride from Universal Parks, too. I'm not sure I could think of a reason to stay anywhere else while traipsing around the wilds of Orlando; this one hits it out of the park across the board, and I was sorrier to leave than usual. • Gabriel (9/5): - Sehr grosses Appartment mit wirklich allem. Sogar eine extra Badewanne im Schlafzimmer. Super Küche, Sofas, Balkon. Sehr sauber. Gesicherter Parkplatz inklusive und direkt vor dem „Tower“ (es gibt 5). Wenn man Kinder hat und es nutzen will, schöner Poolbereich. Sehr gute Lage für die Parks, Disney Springs und Outlet und wenn man Richtung Westen fahren möchte, ist es auch praktisch. Das Essen in einer der „Restaurants“ (in dem Fall im mexikanischen Restaurant, wobei es wenig mit mexikanisch zu tun hat) war unterirdisch und sehr teuer. Sehr gute Lage für die Parks und wenn man Richtung Westen fahren möchte.
• Mariegio215 (10/5): One of the best resorts - Love this resort nothing negative to say about it. I would have liked a shuttle to the Disney parks even if they charge a small fee, but other than that it was nice.
• Coastal44532704836 (2/5): Completely Ridiculous - It’s completely ridiculous. The more they pressured me and switched me from person to person made it even more of a red flag. I’ve never had this experience before in my entire life. I am glad that I could use this as an example to show my children how cruel people can be to take from you and pressure you even when you repeatedly say no. So it was a great teaching experience for my children. Annoyed the heck out of me and completely overstepped boundaries. When someone says no just let it go!!! I’m glad I was strong enough to stand firm on No. I actually really proud of myself because I’m sure just being a single adult many people were pressured into saying yes when they didn’t want to.

• kimberly (7/5): Clean, great location for Disney parks. - We liked the location to Disney best We didn’t like the room we were given. We looked out over the parking lot and that was not what was represented in the pictures. We never used the balconies and kept windows drawn the whole time.

• Rhea (10/5): Great Family Vacation Spot - Perfect place to stay for a disney vacation, super close to epcot making a quick trip back for a nap with my toddler very easy. For the resort itself, it was nice to have everything you need right on site. The my kids loved the pools/amenities. When I showed up onsite, I was told that because I booked on Booking, that I had to attend a Time Share/Vacation share sales program. So, for those who do future bookings, be aware that you may have to deal with that conversation.
• 784dealm (2/5): I’ve been frustrated here - We have been deceived & lied to at every encounter with Wyndham employees. We are in our 70’s and in poor health. We are eligible for pathways on part of our points and certified exit for the remainder. We have been trying to exit for over a year. At each turn we are asked for more money and put off. We have been threatened & told that if we put anything negative on social media, that this process will take even longer. Our loans have been paid for years and up to date on fees as of a year ago. We feel trapped and continue to shell out money to try to get out of this timeshare. We will be asking Gotimesharefree (at Hotmail) for help since they’re free till completion service.
• cynthiacY2311TX (4/5): Bad timeshare sales pressure - They opened a Barclays account without my knowledge They placed the downpayment on the card. I was told my payments would be around $450.00 what I wasn’t told is that didn’t include fees when then brought it up to $750.00. The card was opened for $18,000. I was extremely upset but there was nothing I could do. I paid my payments in time for 3 years. Not the full amount because remember it was $750.00 but I paired $350.00 monthly on the bill. I ended up racking up 11,000 in debt they them cut my $18,000 lining without notice down to 11,000 which means I now all of a sudden have no way to pay for the time share. I can’t afford to pay timeshare and Barclays. My credit score went from 100% on time payments and a 780 FICO score for 7 yrs to now having missed payments and a 640 FICO score. I feel defeated with all my hard work I did to maintain a great credit score for so long. I love there presidential suites and the resorts but not there unfair tactics and dishonesty. I’m hiring Gotimesharefree (Hotmail dot com ) to help me get out and be free from this unwanted obligation.

• melanie (7/5): Good family resort and central to Disney resorts - Great location and perfect for all the connections to Disney resorts. Good amount of space in the 2 bedroom apartment, Porters were very friendly. A good family vibe, and the pools were perfect for the children. The apartment is somewhat dated and in need of an upgrade with dark furniture. Sofa bed was not comfortable. Very noisy on the balcony with the door open from the generator adjacent to the pool which didn’t switch off until 6pm making sitting on the balcony uncomfortable. There was not much information from check in other than a text us, so we had to find out how the systems worked. The check in was not good - they couldn’t find our full reservation, saying we were going to leave before we were. So not what we hoped for after a long journey.

• Brats4 (10/5): Relaxing fun! - Had a great time with family! Lots of on-site activities. We really enjoyed the Aloha Preview with Zandi Ashley and the Luau show. They did a great job! The moonshine and popcorn tasting was yummy! We also did the mini golf at the resort. Nice little course! Did the Aqua Zumba too. Also had to try the ice cream at Scoops! It was delicious!
