The room was spacious and Raffello who delivered & served our breakfast was the highlight and right way to start our day ❤️we will miss his brilliant & bright personality. We loved our welcoming bottle of Processo, thank you . We would have appreciated receiving complimentary water each day like each other property we have stayed out for the price you pay as we only received it on our first day. Robes would have been also liked.

Die Junior Suite hatte eine angenehme Größe, es gibt eine Kaffeemaschine und Wasser auf dem Zimmer und wir wurden mit einem Willkommensdrink begrüßt. Wichtig ist zu wissen, daß es keinen Frühstücksraum gibt. Das Frühstück wird täglich aufs Zimmer serviert. Wenn man zu zweit ist, ist das sicher kein Thema, wenn man 2 oder 3 Zimmer bewohnt (weil Kinder mitreisen), ist es eher nicht möglich zusammen zu frühstücken. Wenn man bei offenem Fenster schlafen möchte, sollte man kein Zimmer am Wasser wählen, Nachts fahren die Partyboote recht lange und morgens die "Müllabfuhr".

• Daniel (10/5): Lovely hotel in a great location! - Just returned from a lovely honeymoon in Venice and our stay at Hotel Al Ponte Dei Sospiri was simply wonderful. The location was spot on (literally round the corner from Piazza San Marco) and our room was very clean and well presented. Great value for money for a fraction of the price of other hotels in the area! The service was excellent and all staff did everything they could to make us feel at home. A lovely touch was being able to create a custom breakfast each day and have it delivered to your room the next morning, during a time slot of your choice. The breakfast always arrived perfectly on time and was delivered with a smile and a joyful morning welcome by the wonderful Raffaele (who made us feel very welcome, gave us great advice on local restaurants and sights…and even gave us a parting gift!).

• Andrei (10/5): Best choice around the center! - One of the best locations around the center of Venice. The room was always clean and the personnel was very polite. We had everyday breakfast in the room and the services were top! We also received a bottle of sparkling wine on arrival, it was waiting for us in the room, bucket full of ice and 2 glasses! Very nice! Top location, top services, top personnel! Because the bathrooms do not have ventilation, from time to time a bad smell could appear. Not every day, and probably not in every room!
• Kieran Edward (2/5): A humble gondola has more amenities than this 4 star hotel - The only positives were its proximity to the centre of San Marco and offering of a chocolate treat on arrival. This hotel was the gift that kept on giving. Upon arrival we were told there is no 24/7 concierge and no bar or restaurant in the building. The room we were given was far from what was advertised: it lacked a water view which we paid for and balcony too. The first night the shower dial broke off, followed by broken air conditioning and windows that couldn’t open fully. To add to this, the hotel had no iron nor ironing board as this was not permitted leaving no alternative than to walk around the city looking homeless. There is further a lack of plug sockets and no fridge in the room. The stay overall felt unsafe. Don’t expect to find a member of staff for help after 10pm. It is however reassuring to see that money spent here contributes towards an impressive content photo shoot for advertising purposes.

• An (10/5): We had a marvelous time in Venice at the hotel thanks to the wonderful location and the marvelous st - We had a very spacious room and so did our two sons' family of 2 and 4.The beautiful decor as well as the excellent services from the staff made our stay very pleasant: the receptionists gave us excellent tips and assistance while Raphael came to our rooms each morning to bring us delicious breakfast and went out of his way to accommodate our 3 grandchildren's needs. Turist olarak şehre geliyorsunuz geç vakte kadar geziyorsunuz otele en yakın büfe de bizim otele giriş yaptığımız saatte kapalı oluyor yani yakında da su yok o yüzden bu konu için daha dikkatli olmalarını tavsiye ederim. Çıkışta bu şikayetimi bildirdiğimde özür dilemek yerine bir an önce şehir vergisini almak için işlemini tamamlamaya çalışan bir Resepsiyonist vardı bu da hoş değildi

• Jessica (8/5): Beautiful room and great location - Wonderful location and very close to the water bus station which is convenient for airport transfer. Also close to many of the big attractions. The room had a beautiful canal view and was very comfortable. There were mosquitoes so I would recommend bringing repellent!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the Venetian-style junior suite was comfortable and charming. The internet connection was reliable and worked flawlessly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the kindness and friendliness of senior Raffaele, who served breakfast, and the thoughtful birthday surprise with Prosecco from the reception team. Overall, the charming ambience and positive experience made my stay very enjoyable. I really liked the idea that breakfast was served in the room, which felt quite personal and convenient. However, the breakfast options were a bit limited. Also, the noise from neighbouring rooms could sometimes be heard, especially if people were talking, which might affect the overall quietness of the stay.

In einem 4 Sterne Hotel kalt duschen oder den Tagesablauf auf die Verfügbarkeit von Warmwasser auszurichten geht gar nicht. Ausfall der Heizung an einem Tag Begrenzte Frühstücksauswahl, Essen nur auf dem Zimmer Wenig freie Steckdosen Sehr enge Dusche Personal - teils sehr unfreundlich Risse am Waschbecken und offenliegende Rohrschächte.

• Sam Zahr (10/5): - Amazing boutique hotel with charming rooms and canal view. Located in the center of Venice with a short walking distance from main attractions. The breakfast wasn't as expected.
• Oksana (4/5): - The hotel has a beautiful design and an excellent location. The room itself was very stylish, with a lovely view, and well equipped with body lotions and all necessary amenities. The reception staff were kind and professional. However, there were some serious inconsistencies in service depending on the staff shift. On Tuesday and Thursday, the housekeeping service was disappointing. Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, the staff member who delivered breakfast knocked twice and nervously insisted that we return the food trolley, even though we were still in the room finishing our meal. This created a feeling of discomfort and lack of privacy. The breakfast quality also varied significantly depending on the day. On Wednesday, a different staff member delivered breakfast — she included fresh lemons, a variety of teas to choose from, and a more generous selection of bread. It felt thoughtful and well prepared. In contrast, on Tuesday and Thursday there were no lemons, no tea options, and the bread and croissants were extremely dry and hard — almost impossible to eat. The overall breakfast selection during our four-day stay was very limited. There was no salmon, no porridge, no pancakes — overall, the variety felt quite minimal for a hotel of this level. Another issue occurred on Tuesday: we left the room at 2 PM and hung the sign requesting room cleaning. When we returned at 6 PM, the room had not been cleaned and the sign was still on the door. However, on Wednesday, the housekeeping staff was attentive and cleaned the room immediately after we left. The difference between shifts was very noticeable, and unfortunately the service on Tuesday and Thursday did not meet expectations in terms of comfort, privacy, and consistency.

• Elias (10/5): Bellisimo - Magnifique séjour, splendide chambre. Le personnel est très accueillant. Le petit déjeuné en chambre est à ravir. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est parfait. On entend le bruit venant de l’extérieur. Il n’y avait pas de peignoir, dommage.

• Zhe (8/5): ご機嫌な朝食 - レセプションのスタッフは親切で帰りのタクシーの手配も丁寧に説明の上行ってくれました。 ジュニアスイートを利用しましたが 一番感動したのはお部屋朝食のセッティングです。 スタッフさんはテーマパークのキャストさんのような素敵な振る舞いで、内容は平均的な朝食かもしれませんが、見た目も味も十分満足でした。 もちろん主要箇所へのアクセス、ご飯屋さんも困りません。 上の階の人が歩くと軋む音はよく聞こえます。 シャワールームが狭めでした。 良かった部分が優ってるのでまた利用したいと言う感想です。

Wir hatten jeden Morgen ein schönes Frühstück nach unseren Wünschen auf dem Zimmer. Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer war wunderschön. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in Ihrem Hotel.
