• jonathan (7/5): Perfect for what I needed to do. Rates were a bit inflated due to NYU graduation - Convenient location. Fridge was cold. Easy to walk or subways. Friendly attentive staff. Held my bags and had a connection for a ride to JFK. Room does what it needs to do. Not a lot of space if you need to set up shop and work. But perfect if you just need to sleep and shower. Lots of street noise if that concerns folks.

• Laureen (8/5): Es war ein wirklich totaler Aufenthalt. Empfehlenswert. - Die Lage war fantastisch, in wenigen Fußminuten war man an sehr vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Subway Stationen. Zudem ist die Penn Station in unmittelbarer Nähe. Toller Blick auf das Empire State Buildung von unserem Fenster aus. Das Peronsal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zudem wurden täglich die Zimmer gesäubert. Täglich standen auf dem Tisch meine Flaschen Wasser bereit. Check in und Check out unkompliziert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft empfehlen und selbst nochmal buchen. Das einzige was uns gefehlt hat und wünschenswert wäre, wäre ein Safe auf dem Zimmer. Zudem war es nachts relativ laut, mit Ohrstöpseln aber vollkommen ok.

Você fica uma rua pra frente do Empire State, tem muitas lojas boas ao redor, tem a linha de metrô da 34th St que te leva pra vários lugares. Incrível! É um hotel bem simples, eu não diria que não gostei disso, mas o valor se dá pela localização. A cama é confortável, o chuveiro esquenta rápido, mas são quartos bem pequenos. E a decoração é antiga, desgastada, mas isso não afeta a experiência no geral porque a gente só vai lá pra dormir, né?

• nick (4/5): not worth it - Good location. Window is not sound proof and looked out on 5th ave. It was incredibly noisy. Couldndn’t sleep. Also blinds were broken and light was streaming in from the street all night.

Personal muy amable. Tienen disponibles botellas de agua para qué cojas cuando necesites. Nada más llegar el wc estaba sucio y con un pelo. El resto de días con la limpieza diaria no hubo ese problema. El secador está para jubilarlo. Me ha quemado bastante el pelo. Echamos en falta unas lamparitas de noche en las mesillas (en las fotos de booking salen). Aunque ya contábamos con ello, se echa en falta un pequeño armario para poder deshacer la maleta.

Sinon la literie est confortable même si la chambre est tout petite. Salle de bain tout à fait correct. Ça mériterait quand même un rafraîchissement ! On était au troisième étage …. C’est exactement comme si on était dans la rue en terme de bruits. Sans boule quies il est impossible de dormir. Simple vitrage, le bruit était constant et très fort. L’hôtel était en travaux… tout l’accueil était donc en chantier sans qu’on ai été prévenus en amont. À 200€ la nuit c’est quand même un peu désagréable …

Much smaller, really loud AC, and not great quality. Also we found out our booking was $300 cheaper and booking hasnt gotten back about fixing the price. The pictures looked nothing like our room. It was probably the smallest room outside of a hostel Ive ever been in. The actually hotel did not meet the expectations of the pictures or the price.

• della vedova (9/5): Un soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di New York! - Ho soggiornato recentemente in questa struttura con la mia compagna e non avrei potuto fare scelta migliore. La posizione è assolutamente strategica: a soli 10 minuti a piedi da Times Square e vicinissima a diverse fermate di metro e autobus, il che rende ogni spostamento semplicissimo. Il punto di forza? La vista incredibile sull’Empire State Building direttamente dall'alloggio! È senza dubbio una delle migliori scelte che si possano fare per vivere la città al meglio. Un plauso speciale va a tutto il personale, sempre simpatico, accogliente e a completa disposizione per ogni necessità. Consigliatissimo! Segnalo solo, come spunto di miglioramento, che la pulizia sotto gli arredi (come il frigo) è stata trascurata, dato che abbiamo trovato piccoli residui dei precedenti ospiti. Nulla che abbia rovinato l'esperienza, probabilmente una svista isolata, ma vale la pena farci attenzione. Per il resto, soggiorno impeccabile e caldamente consigliato!

Veľmi priateľsky personál a taktiež výhoda - Starbucks hneď vedľa. Aj veľa reštaurácií / obchodov hneď cez ulicu . Chybala nám nejaká skriňa - veci sme museli skladovať v kufri , lebo sme si ich nemali kde odložiť.

• karine (8/5): parfait à refaire - L'emplacement, la vue sur L'Empire State Building, le lit très confortable, la salle de bain très fonctionnelle et belle et la gentillesse des différents hôtes d'accueil/pouvoir laisser ses bagages le dernier jour/l'eau à disponibilté/wifi parfait. Le bruit de la rue (mais normal par rapport à l'emplacement sur la 5th Avenue), manque de rangement dans la chambre et chambre un peu petite. L'entrée de l'hôtel était en rénovation mais je pense qu'il manque une zone plus grande pour l'accueil et si besoin de se détendre un peu.

Had a hard time reaching the reception as there are no phones in the rooms and no one answers the regular phone calls. There is a construction at the moment in the lobby so a bit unorganized. Rooms are tiny.
• Kishana (1/5): Disappointing overall. - The location and some of the staff is the only thing to mention from this property. The building was undergoing a full refurbishment, which I was not informed about in advance. My bed had a significant dent in the middle this was addressed after I complained but it remained uneven and very uncomfortable. The WiFi was a major issue throughout my stay. The connection simply did not work, and despite raising this multiple times, no one was able to resolve it or even offer an apology. I was initially offered a room change, but this was later denied by a female member of staff and not in nicest way. She told me she would have answers for regarding the WiFi, but completely blank me for the remainder of my stay. As a result of the lack of a functioning WiFi connection, I was forced to rely on mobile data for the duration of my stay, which left me with additional charges that should have been avoided. Due to the poor communication and the failure to provide something as essential as a reliable internet connection, my overall experience was extremely disappointing.

Non ci sono armadi per riporre i vestiti fuori dalla valigia. Si sentono molto i rumori dalla strada. Wifi all'ottavo piano funziona molto male. Rapporto qualità prezzo buono ma ci aspettavamo qualcosina in più.

• Carlos (8/5): Excelente ubicación en la 5ta avenida, y excelente atención de todo el personal - La ubicación es ideal, sobre la 5ta avenida, zona que esta muy bien conectada con cualquier ruta de paseo, a metros del Empire State. El servicio del personal fue excelente, nos atendieron siempre con una sonrisa y con la mejor predisposición, resolviendo nuestros pedidos con celeridad. Habiamos reservado una habitación con cama extra-grande, lo cual fue cumplido, pero la primera habitacion que nos dieron tenia poca luz exterior, luego de un par de dias nos la cambiaron por otra mucho mas iluminada, con una excelente vista al Empire State! (ver foto). Se preocuparon con hacernos el cambio aun cuando no tenian disponibilidad inmediata. La atención de John en recepción, siempre cálido, de buen humor y resolutivo. También Manuel con la ayuda de las valijas o cualquier otra cosa que necesitaramos. El servicio de limpieza excelente, lo hacian apenas dejabamos la habitacion al salir y siempre volviamos con la habitacion impecable. El edificio del hotel es un edificio de estilo, el cual es muy lindo desde afuera, pero en algunas habitaciones puntuales tienen las ventanas al costado y no ofrecen buena iluminacion. Despues de cambiarnos la habitacion mejoró mucho pero es un punto a tener en cuenta al reservar. Depende del nivel de ocupación de la fecha a reservar, conviene anticiparlo. Otro tema fue que el edificio estaban haciendo reformas en el lobby, entonces era un poco incómodo el ingreso, mucho polvo, etc. Pero la actitud del personal siempre fue con buena disposición para mitigar cualquier incomodidad.
