- David (10/5): Centrepoint is... the best - Love the hotel and staff. Great location in Thong Lor, lots of places to eat and go out in the area. The pool was under renovation but could use the pool in the adjacent Grande Centrepoint.

Unfortunately, during my visit, the pool was under renovation, which wasn’t disclosed at the time of booking. In saying that, the staff was very accommodating, shifting me to a quieter room and organizing a pass to the pool at the next-door hotel.

Room is twice the size of grande centre point with equally good service and slightly cheaper. I have been staying here since 2020. I have never felt any issues. Swimming pool was under maintenance. But the hotel allowed my daughter to use their sister hotels place. But frankly this wasn't an issue at all.

- Frank Ruschen (9/5): - Sehr schönes Hotel, gute Ausstattung, sehr gute Lage, Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, leider war der Pool wegen Renovierung geschlossen, war aber kein Problem,das Schwester Hotel war nur 3 Minuten weg und man konnte dort den Pool nutzen,es stand aber auch in der Beschreibung das der Pool geschlossen ist, also kein Problem, dieses Hotel kann man nur empfehlen,gutes Frühstück und ein kostenloser Kaffeeautomat in der Lobby, sehr guter Kaffee,der Pool wird mal sehr schön, alles neu,die Arbeiten waren auch fast abgeschlossen

- Timothy (9/5): Almost perfect - The apartment was very good and the staff provided extra equipment upon request. The cleaning staff were outstanding. The pool was closed though access was available in the neighbouring hotel. The location was about 1km from Thong Lor BTS which was quite a walk in the heat. There was a shuttle that was quite frequent but tricky to get back from the station.

- Carrie (7/5): Great location and comfortable in ThongLo - I was a little taken aback to be staying in the serviced apartments instead of the hotel tower, but it is also a very nice facility next door. They're doing improvements throughout (Spring 26), but I didn't experience any inconvenience aside from the pool being closed. I could have used the pool next door. The apartment was spacious and well apportioned with a nice balcony. The door needed some work and didn't automatically close. It was a little unnerving to come back after being out all day and the door had been ajar since AM service.

Kostenloser Shuttle Service im Raum Tonglor, allerdings nur bis 17.00h Nachbarhotels bieten dies länger an. Zwei große Smart TV. Pool wurde gerade renoviert, dies wurde erst nach Erhalt der nicht stornierbaren Buchungsbestätigung bekannt gegeben Nachbarhotel Pool konnte genutzt werden. Man wurde vom Personal rüber bis zum Pool Service Personal geleitet.

Not a huge hotel so lifts easy to use Doormen great Was nice to get to know Thong lo/Ekkamai Gym and lady managing it was so helpful and respectful Juice/drinks/snacks in foyer were just what was needed at times Bit of a faff using next door hotel pool for sunbathing but both hotels happy to accommodate the visits and renovations on the pool here are coming to end soon We felt the reception staff were cold and unsmiling - not rude, but not welcoming. Unusual for Thailand so please cheer up!!!!

- Nikolai (7/5): The stay was ok but nothing extraordinary. - Everything was quite ok. The price quality ratio was pretty good. The bed was very comfortable. The sauna and the gym was nice. The TV in the sleeping room was VERY old. No possibly to watch Netflix etc. The pool was closed for renovations and nobody informed us before. We could use the pool in the next door hotel. But every time we needed to be escorted to the pool by an employee which we did not like and finally that’s why we did not use the pool anymore.
