- Jan (9/5): Very good value for the price. - The location is very convenient, close to the BTS station. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds comfortable. The breakfast is good with western and asian food choices. No problem to find a seat. The value for the price is very good for Bangkok. The only downside is that the windows are not well isolated which means that you can hear the street noise (cars and Tuktuks) throughout the night. Also the blinds dont go fully dark. So if you are very sensitive to that, keep that in mind.

The bed is comfy but with pillows like rocks it didn't sleep well. Location is great! Pillows were way too hard making us wake up with pain in our neck.

- MINZHEN (8/5): feel good - 這次是來慶生度假，房務用心準備還有小禮物🎁，真的意外驚喜。 交通方便，搭電梯需要磁卡感應，讓獨旅人很安全，mini bar多元 有餅乾，有飲料！房間空間寬敞。 廁所衛浴分離，但淋浴間偏小，建議浴缸搭配簾子水花不易濺起，造成地板濕答答。 浴室洗手台-檯面排水不易造成濕答答，還滴到地板。 因鄰近大馬路，隔音不太好，晚上會聽到車水馬龍聲音，但尚可接受。

Sauberes Zimmer und gute Reinigung. Modernes WC. Schöne Lobby. Gute erreichbarkeit zu BTS Station. Gut zugänglich für GRAB Auswahl an morgen Getränken war limitiert. Keine Rabatte für inhouse Wellness/Massage und Gesundheits Checkup.

Breakfast was a well presented international buffet. Room was spacious, comfy and the balcony a nice touch. Free in-room snacks and drinks also appreciated. Free coffee in the lobby.

- Moonacre (9/5): Do not expect alcholol with a meal. - The room was very clean and comfortable. It has a great view. It was my husbands birthday and the room was beautfully decorated for him upon arrival. We didn't use any facilties but they looke great. The pool area looked nice and not busy. The staff were very polite and helpful. The dining area was nice and it was clean. The breakfast was ample, although if you want English style it wasn't great. The metro and shopping centre is in walking distance and the park approx 15 minutes walk. The restuarant did not serve alcholol and so we had to go elsewhere to eat and drink. This was not written anywhere as far as wecould see.

The hotel is located next to the American consulate with upmarket malls and the BTS station just a short walk. A wonderful stay and it's our favourite hotel in Bangkok. Will come back soon.

As some other reviewers, we were a bit surprised not to find a bar in the hotel which normally adds to the atmosphere in a hotel...and that was somewhat absent. Obviously there was plenty in the vicinity but would have been nice.

My key-card failed as I was due to leave for the airport. Workman had to remove the lock. These things happen, I suppose, but it put me under pressure as my passport and bag were in the room.

Sabah erken saatte otele vardığımız için valizlerimizi odaya koymak ve üzerimizi değiştirmek istedik ancak resepsiyon görevlileri bunu yapabilmemiz için ekstra ve yüksek ücret talep etti. İngilizceleri çok iyi değil ve telafuzları çok kötü olduğundan anlamak zor. Kahvaltı salonunda nelerin olduğunu bakmak için girdiğimizde peşimizde dolaşan görevlinin bize karşı olan tutum çok kötü hissettirdi.
