• Donna (9/5): A beautiful economical eco resort close to sandy lagoons, adventure activities and historical walks. - Beautiful rainforest surroundings, the amazing river pool, onsite recycling and composting, the employment of the disabled. It’s a great eco resort I was unable to access my own internet, the wifi would have worked however I prefer to use my own. I was able to access this when I was admiring the views on the rooftop.

Quick wifi provided. The breakfast was good and affordable. There is a hairdryer provided in the room. Housekeeping usually comes later in the afternoons. The water temperature for the shower and bath could be a bit warmer. The self-service laundry costs about $14 in total to wash and dry (Use $1 coins).The washing cycle is quick (around 30 minutes), although the amount of detergent provided is limited.

• btcjk3 (8/5): A lovely place to chill and enjoy Sentosa from. - I liked their approach to being eco friendly such as the water refill stations and the pol that uses stream water. It also had a natural feel with all the vegetation around, which made it feel less like it was part of a built up island. They seem to not have enough swimming towels or the system of replenishing them is not working. We often had to find a staff member when we wanted a swimming towel.
• Denise (5/5): If you’re looking for a luxurious resort this is not it. The value proposition is just not there. - The pool and the pool area were very nice. The gym was well equipped. The rooms were dated, small and uncomfortable. Bed was very hard. Pool lounges were old and uncomfortable and you could never get a pool towel. No food or drinks in pool area. No pool bar. Restaurant was very ordinary.

The nearby nature is very beautiful. Breakfast wasn't included - i think it said on the booking, but i'm not sure. anyway, didn't care. Staff was OK, but could be better.

• Swapnil (3/5): Very poor Suite, won't visit again. - The location and breakfast was great. The pool was beautiful. The most premium room I believe, the two floor suite, was disappointing considering the >$500 per night tariff. Not expected such poor maintenance. The fan did not work. There were no glasses in the room. The upper floor was dusty and really did not get us enthused about using the jacuzzi. Some policies such as only 1 key when there is a couple staying was silly and irritating to say the least. Our request for a second key was denied. I asked for two glasses late evening and it was denied because "cafe was closed so we only have disposable glasses". Most staff do not smile or greet when you pass them in the corridor. Very wierd, I would not go back to this place again.

Essentially meant we couldn’t use the pool for a few days. Also, the rubbish wasn’t taken out of our rooms, so ants became a massive issue. The lights flickered on and off all night as well. Not ideal.

• sulasri (4/5): Bad experience. - The bed is comfy with 2 pillows for each person. The room is too expensive for 2 pax, and no bidet is attached to the toilet bowl. The air-conditioning is very poor... don't feel cold at all after servicing. And I need to ask for a fan instead.
• Jun (8/5): Good stay - The location, the sustainability measures they took is astounding. Good job there! Love the pool too! The queue and waiting time to check-in. Been my 2nd or 3rd time. Always a long Q to check in and can take about 30-40mins if 2 receptionists were on duty, longer if there is only 1. But I also understand the limition due to the nature and size.

• Lightwood (9/5): 2 night stopover on Sentosa - The setting above the beach was ideal. Access to the coast/waterfront was via a lift from the hotel, really easy. The breakfast was. The hotel pool was 95m long as describe and we made a lot of use of it. The room was a bit tight for 3 of us & the bathroom screen meant we were all disturbed at night when the bathroom was in use. We were aware of that as it is mentioned in other reviews. Apart from that all ok.

• John (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again if we ever went back to Singapore. - Siloso Beach Resort is an older hotel that we thought was perfect for us (despite the mixed reviews we saw) We stayed there a week. The tram on Sentosa Island stops at the resort and can take you to all the beaches on the island and, also, gives you access to the Sentosa Express that will take you to mainland Singapore (Vivo City) giving you access to the city's subway system. Although the resort is older, it is clean, it has a great (uncrowded) pool, it is away from crowds, and the staff we encountered were very friendly. We did not eat at the hotel cafe so we have no comments about its quality. Our room had an upper area with a sunken tub and seating that we did not use because we were too busy sightseeing throughout the city. I didn't think the ambiance of the cafe was all that inviting. It's on the street (but there wasn't a lot of traffic) and it didn't seem to attract a lot of diners (except for breakfast).

Roof top garden takes you level with the tree canopy with opportunities for Bee Eater, Hornbill, Cockatoo and the smaller Corellas. Lovely pool. There is a little noise from the truly horrible bars on the beach

• pratikr434 (2/5): A Nightmare Stay: Inadequate Service - I'm still fuming about my disastrous stay at this dump of a hotel. The rooms are a far cry from the misleading images on your website - it's like they were taken from a different planet. Basic amenities like drinking water are an extra charge, and don't even get me started on the "housekeeping" (if you can call it that). Despite booking multiple days, they refused to clean our room daily, claiming it's not part of the package. And to top it off, they have the audacity to allow smoking outside non-smoking rooms, making the entire hallway reek of stale cigarettes. The management seems clueless about basic hospitality, and their idea of customer service is to shrug and do nothing. I'd strongly advise travelers to steer clear of this hotel and look elsewhere for a decent place to stay. One star isn't even enough, but I'll give it to them for the effort (or lack thereof). DO NOT STAY HERE!

The place always feels like a home away from home — relaxing, family-friendly, and surrounded by nature. The pool is always a hit with the kids, and the location by the beach is just perfect for unwinding. A special shoutout to Sharifah, who never fails to make our stay smooth and pleasant every single time. She’s always so warm, helpful, and efficient with our bookings and check-ins. • margaritarW4096SE (10/5): Always our favourite resort in Sentosa! - Siloso beach resort is always our favourite place to stay in Sentosa. Nice beach, nice pool and very nice staffs. We reached earlier than check in time and Ms. Sharifah was so nice to find us an available room, she found out I got kids and she upgraded us to the room with extra bed at no additional cost. She’s friendly and very approachable, answered all my questions. Another reason why I like to stay in this resort is they hired person with disabilities, as a mom of autistic child, it touched my heart so much knowing that they give equal opportunities and chance to them. Keep up the good work team. We will definitely be back again, saving up for our next visit. Thank you so much for an amazing stay all the time ☺️

• Paul (3/5): Unless you enjoy being part of a social experiment, give it a wide berth. - Not very much, no restaurant, no bar, the hotel does not even have an alcohol licence. It sells its less than standard rooms as 'superior' rooms. The only place to eat was a very basic cafe, which also served as the staff dining facility. The hotel needs to make a choice between its current ethos of being GREEN, ENVIRONMENTALLY AWARE and an organisation that employs HANDICAPPED and SOCIALLY CHALLENGED STAFF to one that values its paying guests.

• Karly (5/5): Great pool, thats it! - The pool, the slides, and the gardens were all amazing. The room itself wasn't bad. However, the bathroom is tiny. The shower water doesn't get hot, just warm. I love that Siloso is an eco resort, however, that shouldn't mean their hygiene practices go down the drain. Staff thought we had used the cups in the bathroom, so they washed them with cold water and hand soap, dried them, and put them back, eww. I asked if they go into a dishwasher, they said they wash them in the room. The buffet breakfast is very overpriced for what you get. The food at the Resort restaurant is not very nice either.

So many good initiatives you have adopted all of which have been thought out carefully. Everyone we met was kind, professional and hard working and special thanks to the staff who look after the cafe and the roof top garden, a real gem of a place to look round. The pool was perfect, not too deep and very clean We had breakfast each day, which was toast, pastries, fruit and yogurt, well stocked and fresh each day, we ate in the cafe twice in the evening, fast service, the burgers were perfect. Thank you for making our last few days in Sentosa very special and best wishes for continued good success.

• 370alexz (10/5): Fabulous for anyone with accessibility issues. Genuine, pleasant experience. - We just has a really wonderful experience at Siloso Beach Resort. I would highlight recommend it, especially if accessibility is a priority. We travelled with a wheelchair user and the resort’s accessible room was exceptional: a thoughtfully laid-out, truly accessible bathroom, plenty of maneuvering space, close to the car park, and smooth, step-free access to elevators. Everything felt designed with real attention to how someone using a wheelchair would move through the property. The spring-fed swimming pool was a standout. It’s a large, beautiful pool with a gradual ramp that allows wheelchairs to enter the water — something I haven’t seen anywhere else in Singapore. The resort was happy to accommodate bringing a large water wheelchair, and (helpfully) Sentosa also offers special beach/water wheelchairs for rent if you need them. The combination of the pool design and the willingness to help guests use mobility equipment made the experience very special. The people are what made our stay unforgettable. Siloso Beach Resort clearly values an inclusive workforce and the staff were all warm, energetic and genuinely eager to help and happy to be part of the team. Particular thanks go to Mr Ng, who noticed us preparing to go for a walk/wheelchair ride on the beach in the rain and really went out of his way during a heavy downpour to convince us to stay on premise and guide us via a back path and open access gates so we could still enjoy the pool instead of risking lightning on the beach — he did this in the rain so we wouldn’t miss our day. Really above and beyond our expectations! I’ll acknowledge what other reviewers have said about the property feeling older than big corporate resorts — it isn’t a mass-market brand hotel. But that’s part of its charm: small, well-thought-out touches and an eco-minded spirit are everywhere (nature photography around the premises, a wormery, a roof garden, the spring pool, careful use of power, water, preservation of trees, and lots of learning opportunities). When things needed attention, the team fixed or replaced them quickly and always with a smile. The place feels cared for rather than styled to a corporate template. If you’re looking for a genuinely welcoming, uplifting place — particularly families or travellers who need accessible facilities — Siloso Beach Resprt is hard to beat. It may not look exactly like the big-brand resorts, but its thoughtful accessibility, friendly staff, eco features, and sincere service make it five stars in my book.

• Evelyn (5/5): it was def not value for money - the hotel location is great for families that likes the beach. the check in is quite short handed and staff cannot handle the questions and also confirm the room type prior to giving the keys. The best part is the pos machine is not working and had to pay many times to get by which causes alot of inconvenience.

• Michelle (10/5): Beautiful Silosa - I loved the way I could walk along the beaches and walk around the island. The view from my room was spectacular. I also liked the outdoor bath. The swimming pool was amazing too. I didn't like that I had to leave.

• Dagmar (8/5): Tolles Hotel im " Grünen" - aber nicht gerade günstig - Ein tolles Hotel direkt im "Dschungel" - ganz im Grünen war es wunderbar. Der große Pool mit Wasserfall hat für den nicht so tollen Strand absolut entschädigt. Außerdem gibt es auf Sentosa soviel zu sehen und zu tun, dass es einem absolut nicht langweilig werden kann. Ich wollte eigentlich nach einem Singapur-Aufenthalt noch 2 Tage am Strand liegen, baden und mich erholen, aber der Strand war alles andere als schön. Das Wasser war nicht klar (vermutlich durch die ganzen Tanker und Containerschiffe direkt vor der Insel) und nicht sehr einladend. Dafür hat der Pool in der Hotelanlage und meine eigene Badewanne mit Whirlpool auf dem Dach dafür mehr als entschädigt.

• Grace (8/5): Definitely will stay at this hotel again next time we visit Singapore/Sentosa. - The pool is amazing at this hotel! Loved the serenity of sitting by the pool amidst all of the greenery. Very lovely poolside surroundings. The restaurant at the hotel could be better. Didn’t love the breakfast selections. But it’s not difficult to hop on the monorail and head to VivoCity for breakfast.

Accessibility: Steps away from Beach Station; easy access to Universal Studios, SG Oceanarium, and more. You can also ride the free shuttle bus to and from Beach Station. Operates morning till night. Vibe: Peaceful, eco-friendly, surrounded by lush greenery. Amenities: Natural spring pool, sustainable design touches. Food: Next door is 7/11 which operates 24/7. Great variety at Beach Station; fresh and convenient. Value: Excellent price for the experience—money well spent. We stayed in their standard room, comfortable space for a family of 3. Recomended for: Families, couples, solo travelers who value nature and convenience. Tips: Bring water container to refill from their filtered water station. Take a refreshing dip in the spring pool in the morning to start your day. Have an evening stroll at the beach. Eat the Good Old Days noodles at the Beach Noodle House in Beach Station.
• Peter (5/5): Sentosa is a party island - The resort employs disabled people which is great and the cleaning staff were very friendly. It has a large spring fed pool which was much appreciated in the very humid weather. The resort over all is tired looking. There is a faux mosquito net over the bed which was always getting in the way. The room had an internal access to the roof top garden, however you could not seal it off from the rest of the room so the heat continually fell down the stairs requiring the airconditioner to run all the time. There was algae streaks on the window which spoilt the view from our room. The cafe/restaurant is basic. The Resort's surroundings are a mixture of bars and clubs with little access to any beach. It is a party island.
• Alison (6/5): - In the main the staff were friendly. The beds were comfy. The pool was large. Nice forest setting and like what they are trying to do with eco/sustainability. The air con in the room was very good. Water fountains around the complex to refill water bottles. Overpriced for an old resort. The room was adequate but a bit small and needed a mirror in the main room, not just the small one in the bathroom. Only a few coathangers. More information needs to be provided eg. map of resort and local area, where to find pool towels etc to help when you arrive. The resort feels old. The pool is nice but trying to get pool towels was an effort.
• Paree (5/5): Recommend to stay or visit on your 1st day after arrival, 1 night is enough - Decent size room for 2 people. They do not provide any drinking water except on arrival. For water you must go to 1st floor to refill. There is no porter even to guide or take your luggage to the rooms. Bit challenging to find any F&B service or restaurants after 9pm except 7/ 11.

• 456tali (10/5): Perfect, amazing beach resort, the best location on the island - The best location in Sentosa, the perfect hotel and the most beautiful pool we've ever seen anywhere in the world. Perfect location right on the beach and in a small rainforest, a free beach shuttle right outside the hotel, and a Seven Eleven right next door, so convenient! Service is kind and lovely, rooms are so comfortable and make a great stay, staff are 👌 super! Thank you for everything, we had a dreamy holiday and will definitely return.

Swimming pool is spacious and clean. kids enjoy so much in swimming pool food.....The taste and quality of the food does not match the price.
