Plenty of space and access to balcony area is great. The bed is simply too small and with such a large area to enjoy you should have a luxurious bed with proper pillows. You also need at least one small bedroom chair and table in the bedroom. Tv is too low and some decorative arrangement on the bedroom wall as well.

- Anneke (9/5): A spacious, well-located and comfortable stay with fantastic views, great amenities and lovely staff - The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the upgrade to a higher floor was a nice addition which they didn’t have to do. The room was huge, comfortable overall, and had an absolutely fantastic view. It was also great having a kitchenette and fridge, plus the little welcome gift was a thoughtful extra. The amenities were excellent, especially the large, well-kept gym and pool. The location was very convenient, right above a lively food market and shops, and close to plenty of public transport. The bed was a little uncomfortable and the sheets a little rough. The toilet also had an unpleasant smell and was difficult to flush, which let the room down slightly. But those weren’t big issues when the overall stay was great.

For a 5 star hotel, the cleanliness was shocking. Dust everywhere, lipstick and brown marks all over bathroom door and wall. The shower head pressure was awful. The sliding door to the bedroom didn’t even shut properly. The room is very aged (compare to the photos) and it seems to lack proper maintenance.

The bathroom was dangerously slippery, and cleaning attempts were careless—like a half-dissolved dishwashing tablet. The kitchen had grease and grime, and overall, it felt like no proper cleaning or maintenance was done. It was unacceptable.

- alexssssssssssss (2/5): Horrendous nightmare - The shower temperature was dangerously unstable multiple times and nearly caused burns. After moving to another room, the bedroom door was broken and wasn’t functioning properly, it can’t be used normally and was essentially forced to close upon engineer’s inspection. Furthermore , to make it worse, the duty manager (on 6 April) acknowledged it after trying to refuse doing so but attributed it to ‘old parts’ in the building. This came across as an attempt to deflect responsibility, despite the fact that the room provided was not functioning safely and as expected.

Das Apartment ist groß und der Ausblick aus dem 37. Stock ist grandios. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind super. Die Einrichtung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und bräuchte eine Auffrischung. Weiterhin war es einfach nicht sauber. Spinnennetze, Dreck der Vorgänger und kaputte Möbel sind nicht erfreulich bei dem Preis. Das Housekeeping war jeden Tag im Apartment, machte aber immer unterschiedliche Dinge. Mal war das Bett gemacht, mal nicht. Mal war der Müll geleert und einen anderen Tag nicht.

- Vipin (7/5): 10 days expensive stay - The staff at the reception were exceptionally helpful especially Mr. Vikas the manager. The location was good and the room was spacious. They waived off our parking charges for 3 days as a courtesy to the issues we were facing with housekeeping. Housekeeping was bad, they did not clean the rooms or vacuum the room. We were staying with and we were cooking, the kitchen was not cleaned or floors were not cleaned. They just changed the towels everyday. Even the soap bottle which was empty was not replaced. We raised the issues atleast 3 times but housekeeping remained the same. Reception staff on the contrary were always helpful and attended to our concerns however housekeeping staff remained the same. Also the breakfast was very AVG, and all 10 days the food were same and on some days the food wasn't fresh.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family. The staff were all very helpful, quick to respond to requests and was incredibly efficient during check-in - special thanks to Kingsley and Kevin, who were outstanding! I’m so glad I chose this hotel for my bridal preparations—the in-room breakfast service was superb on my special day, and they arranged a lovely surprise for me before I checked in!

I usually need to cook breakfasts and some work lunches, but the fridge wasnt closing properly and the kitchen had no spatular, which makes it hard to cook. Also the shower isnt sunken or have a divider so you have to use a wall of towels to stop it flooding the toilet area. Not a big deal but still somewhat annoying.

- hl811 (6/5): It was a miss on housekeeping - The hotel location was good, central and accessible. The capability of the property was as you would expect. No restaurant for meals other than breakfast which is ok if you book based on this knowledge. Bed comfort good. Room comfort - standard Attention to detail - light not working in my room. Property showing signs of age. House keeping was the issue for me, no paper replenishment. Phone in the room was a dead line. The tea and coffee not replenished during stay and used cups were not freshened up as part of house keeping leaving rubbish and dirty mugs. This isn’t an experience I’ve had in all my travels. Sauna out of action. Otherwise staff were pleasant. Stay was comfortable but not memorable to consider a return stay.

- deborahg687 (6/5): great location for a large suite where everything worked - the suite was large, the wifi and tv functioned well. the front desk was very responsive for e.g. hangers, luggage rack, laundry detergent (it was extremely helpful to have the washer and dryer in the room). but the design of the suite was not as convenient as it could have been - no hooks and not enough hanging space. the location was fantastic - right next to lively food hall. convenient to have mezzanine level breakfast even if we had to pay extra for it. this was booked by travel arranger, and we were very happy with the location,. It was convenient to public transportation and conveniences, places to eat. Front desk staff very helpful on arrival and departure. We are easy sleepers, but it was a noisy room; we were looking out on industrial equipment
- Darren (4/5): Disappointing all around. Over priced. Would never stay there again. - The location is great. Daniel on the front desk - very professional and courteous. Airconditioning - apparently runs off a sensor noticing you are in the room and does not have any effect when restarting, for 15 - 20 minutes we were advised. In a stuffy room in the summer - this was terrible. With the air conditioner being so called on - we sweated throughout the night. Terrible. Room telephone - we were unable to use as we were not aware that a button must be pressed before it is operational. Nil signs or communication available advising this was required. Therefore, I was required to use my mobile to contact the front desk. Television - required the front desk to come to the room as it needed to be re set as it was not working. No compendium to work out hoe to operate room features.
