- Dimitrina (1/5): birthday treat turned into a nightmare - The location, maybe. This hotel was supposed to be a birthday treat, but it turned into a birthday nightmare. Ironically, it was also the most expensive hotel of our entire trip — one night here cost more than all the other hotels combined. From the moment we arrived, it felt less like checking into a hotel and more like walking onto the set of a disaster documentary. The room even though we went for one of the most expensive options was in a basement and the entire place felt like a crumbling ruin. Things were broken everywhere, the staff somehow managed to make the experience even worse by being rude and completely unhelpful, and the air conditioning sounded like an ancient beast taking its final breaths. Honestly, El Castillo in Chichén Itzá is over 1,000 years old and somehow still seems to be in better condition than this hotel. I’ve stayed in cheap budget hotels with better service and more atmosphere. Paying luxury prices for this experience was genuinely shocking.

Ik weet niet wat er inclusief aan is, want het is namelijk geen lopend buffet is. bij het ontbijt mag je plaats gaan nemen en komt er een ober naar je toe. hij/zij zal heel kort zijn, omdat er namelijk geen fatsoenlijk ontbijt is. Het ontbijt bestaat letterlijk elke dag uit: omelet met 2 toppings (3 mag niet) namelijk champignons, kaas en spinazie. Prima, koffie komt in een thermoskan. Je krijgt 4 toastjes met jam en boter en een portie fruit. Dat was hem alweer. Nou ben ik echt niet de moeilijkste als het gaat om ontbijt zeker als het vooraf is aangegeven dat het “all inclusief” is en uiteindelijk 15 euro p.p moet betalen. Verder is het personeel totaal niet professioneel, parkeergelegenheid is schaars, De zwembad is prima, eigen strand is ook schoon. Mij zie je in ieder geval hier niet meer terug.

X dentro todo está perfecto. Tal vez yo le daría un poco de pintura y reparaciones a la fachada. De ahí en más todo está perfecto.

- Angela (7/5): - It's right by the beach with parking, has a pool and bar area. The bed was big and comfortable with nice pillows. It's only 15 minutes from the airport. The breakfast. They gave you just 2 eggs or omelette, restricted to one juice and one hot drink, a few teaspoons of cheap yogurt in a soy sauce dish (about 3 teaspoons), 3 teaspoons of granola in another soy dish, and a few more spoons of beans paste. A few slices of fruits. Al la carte breakfast is less wasteful but they use one pot of cheap yogurt to serve about 6 guests and one package of granola is enough for at least 50 guests.

Tuttavia, ci sono diversi aspetti negativi che rendono il soggiorno deludente. Le prese elettriche in camera sono posizionate male e risultano scomode, lontane da tutto. La struttura è piuttosto vecchia e avrebbe bisogno di una ristrutturazione. La colazione è decisamente pessima: quella inclusa nel prezzo consiste in un mini yogurt, una porzione di frutta minuscola e una omelette. Tutto il resto è a pagamento. Inoltre, il servizio è estremamente lento, disorganizzato e poco cortese. I camerieri della colazione sono davvero problematici: non comprendono le richieste e il servizio nel complesso è molto scadente. In generale, il soggiorno è stato abbastanza deludente. Consiglio di cercare un’altra soluzione.

Hotel bem antigo, as janelas não fecham direito, o mobiliário do hotel está bem estragado. Secador não fubciona e o ar condicionado não da conta de gelar o ambiente... Não passa perto de um resort e spa 4 estrelas como é descrito e as fotos enganam bastante.

- Kliciane (8/5): Vista Sul real de lindo - Vista mar e a piscina maravilhosa e a localização do meu quarto no primeiro andar quando eu abria a porta já estava na piscina isso foi muito perfeito O ar-condicionado do meu quarto não estava funcionando, porém optei por não trocar de quarto, devido meu quarto está pertinho da piscina , eu aí abria a porta do quarto já me deparava com a piscina e a vista mar que é incrível , em termo de vista o hotel é excelente, a única coisa que não gostei foi porque o ar-condicionado não funcionou e o café da manhã podia ser a vontade e mais opções.

Even though it is still a little pricey, the other properties in the area are double or more in price. The property is a little weathered, but that being said the pool and Beach were amazing. Definitely needs some little fixes, cosmetically. Needs lots of cosmetic fixes. Peeling, paint, caulking, etc. I understand in the rooms as there are many to fix, but the rust spots along the pool Edge should be addressed ASAP, especially since the water is lapping up against it.

We had to leave because a man would not stop following and harassing us. We told staff and nothing was done about it so we end up having to leave we would like a refund.

The restaurant has good food, and Noe is great. They advertise all-inclusive; when you select it, it never shows on your booking. The price increased by $62 a night when I chose this, yet booking.com and the property state I had no “meal plan”.

- Urrego (1/5): Me fue muy mal - Mi viaje por la locación no fue bueno pues nunca me pude contactar con ellos, Booking no me ayudo para entablar dicha comunicación y la gran mayoría de comentarios negativos que tiene el alojamiento son reales. no tienen un buen manejo de los clientes y siempre fue un problema hacer todo tipo de proceso. Uno no hace un viaje de descanso para llegar a un lugar a gestionar una cancelación y menos para cumplir las politicas que supuestamente booking tiene

- Giulia (6/5): Fehlt nur warmes Wasser - Das Frühstück, wenn man es mitgebucht hat, wurde nicht als Buffet, sondern als ein kleines Gängemenü gebracht. Es gab zwar immer das Gleiche, aber es schmeckt und man konnte bei der Zubereitung der Eier ein bisschen Abwechslung reinbringen. Obwohl es viele viele Algen gab, war unser Anschnitt immer sehr zügig geräumt worden und beim Spazieren gehen habe ich gesehen, dass andere Hotels das nicht so machen. Es gibt Smart TV, das ist super. Es gab kein warmes Wasser. Nie. Luftdicht war das Fenster auch nicht. Zudem gibts nur 1 Einstellung (21 Grad, eher 10 und Kühlschrank) bei der Klima. Also mit und ohne war schwer.

Teníamos una expectativa totalmente diferente por cómo se veía en las fotos, al llegar al lugar fue decepcionante, muebles en mal estado, mal olor, todas las instalaciones en mal estado, tanto que tuvimos que tomar la decisión de irnos y buscar otro lugar, aún estoy a la espera de que me hagan el reembolso. Espero que al menos se dignen a devolverme el dinero! No nos gustó nada!

The bedroom/ bathroom did not have enough facilities. No mirror in the bedroom, only in the bathroom. No hooks for hanging wet or dry towels in bathroom or bedroom. Wash hand basin blocked every time it was used, had to wait at least 20 mins between people using it. Toilet over spilled on to bathroom floor as soon as I arrived.

- Nicole (3/5): Nicht nocheinmal. - Das Bett war bequem. - unterirdisches Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Frühstück mit gebucht, aber war nicht dabei - erst nach Nachfrage erhalten, im Restaurant wurde uns das Menu zum zahlen vorgelegt auch nachdem wir sagten dass wir Frühstück mit gebucht haben - Zimmer war in schlechtem Zustand und etwas eklig, heruntergekommen, Boden war verfärbt, Nachtkästen hingen schief von der Wand, Farbe ging von der Wand dort etwas an, Abflussgrruch - Terrassentür zu Pool war undicht und es zog rein, jeder hätte die von außen öffnen können - Tür zum Flur war undicht und es kam jedes Geräusch und Licht ins Zimmer - Frühstück war minimal und nicht gut, nur Filterkaffee bisschen Früchte und Ei (wir zahlten 235€/Nacht)

- Diego Federico (8/5): Cumple con lo justo. Aceptable - Es un hotel viejo pero bonito. La piscina está linda y tiene bajada al mar. No se pueden usar las sombrillas de la playa, porque hay viento, en 5 días que estuvimos no se usaron nunca. El agua de baño sale muy poco, es difícil bañarse. Está al final se zona hotelera

- Guilherme (6/5): Na minha opinião não se trata de um m resort. É apenas um hotel com alguns serviços pagos à parte. - Café da manhã muito fraco(torrada, ovo e fruta) e com quantidade limitada.
- Jenice (4/5): Nice amenities - Charge for every little thing I thought I lost my key they tried to charge me I got a small stain on the towel I got charged but didn’t get to keep the towel. The bell staff were very helpful but the front desk wasn’t that pleasant The facility was great

- chiraze (6/5): Cet hôtel peut dépanner pour dormir une ou deux nuits, mais ce n’est clairement pas un endroit où l’on a envie de passer - Le personnel est globalement sympathique, notamment le monsieur du parking qui est très agréable. La literie est confortable, les draps sont propres et le matelas est de bonne qualité. La vue sur la mer est également très belle, ce qui est un vrai plus. Les photos présentes sur Booking ne sont clairement plus à jour. L’hôtel est aujourd’hui très mal entretenu. Le mobilier, que ce soit à la piscine, sur la plage ou dans les chambres, est très usé. On voit que certaines réparations sont faites, mais elles sont souvent mal réalisées. Par exemple, il y avait du carrelage cassé dans la salle de bain et même pas de pommeau de douche, ce qui est vraiment limite. La plage en face de l’hôtel n’est pas très agréable à cause des sargasses. Point très négatif : L’expérience au moment du check-out a été particulièrement désagréable. La personne à la réception (le 24 mars) était très peu professionnelle. Elle parle bien anglais, mais extrêmement vite. Lorsque nous lui avons demandé de répéter, elle a levé les yeux au ciel et a soufflé de manière irrespectueuse. Elle ne nous a même pas dit au revoir. Ce comportement est vraiment inacceptable et mérite d’être revu

- Nicole (6/5): Beautiful pool and beach, perfect if you don't want to spend much time in your room. - The pool area is beautiful, but theres not enough sun throughout the afternoon. Drinks are ~£8 each which was OK, nothing is included in the room price. All the staff were wonderful, and it was a great hotel for a one night layover. The hotel is a bit dated and could do with a refresh. The sewage smell in the bathroom was quite unpleasant and we put a wet towel over it to block it.
- Katy (9/5): Experiencia inolvidable - Excelente ubicación, muy fácil el tema de la transportación en Autobús a toda la parte céntrica de Cancún, Las instalaciones muy bonitas para fotos como son la parte de la alberca frente al mar. Todo fue excelente

- Michael (7/5): Decent hotel on the beach with a great view - Great location and views It could use a refresh. Paint and fixtures look weathered. Wished for free coffee in the morning or really good coffee if I had to pay. Also there’s a lack of outlets for charging phones etc.
