• Gloria (6/5): I would not recommend this hotel. - We got a much worse room category than the one we had booked and had to stay one night in that room until with a lot of discussion they could change our room to the booked category. For the price we paid for the hotel this is unacceptable. According to other reviews this happens more often and I would not book this hotel again or recommend it.

Als mehrere Gäste auf dieses Event hingewiesen haben, wurde mit geänderten Frühstückszeiten reagiert; dies haben wir allerdings auch nur so nebenbei erfahren.

Wanneer er gedouched werd, kwam het toiletwater naar boven met restanten van... u snapt het wel. Geen smakelijk gezicht. Helaas is dit kennelijk niet op te lossen. De avonden zijn zo dicht in het centrum ook geen pretje, als je van een goede nachtrust houdt. Dronken toeristen verstoren dit nogal eens, hiertoe zijn de enkelglas ramen niet geschikt. In de ochtend rond 6.00 uur komen er containers langs gerold van de locale horeca. Een vroege ongewenste wekker.

• Miguel (8/5): Great hotel, but breakfast and booking mistake disappointing - Very charming hotel, great location and helpfull stafg We had booked the Presidential Suite, and it was not available on our first day. Although financially compensated for a lesser room the first day, it caused big problems for us, since we had to relocate a planned family reunion, so I think the hotel should have offered us to compensate us for the inconveniance and added expenses. Staff was very nice and helpful, but it was extremely disaapointing, expensive and stressful. Breakfast became boring very fast, no bacon, the croissants was absolutely not croissants, no fresh juice, no vinegar only oil for vegetables and salad, no rye bread, only one baguette with olives available at the time, constantly taken, very small selection of jam and honey, only one hot beverage brewing machine and very slow. Hotel is amazing, they only need to avoid mistakes like this and upgrade the breakfast.
• Diana (5/5): - The location is perfect, this was booked for my elderly parents to not have to walk too far. The hotel is very beautiful and the view of the astronomical clock is great. The staff are nice and friendly. The toiletries provided are not good I would definitely bring my own or purchase nearby, the breakfast was not the best, queues for the coffee machine daily even though the hotel did not seem busy and some of the food was a little stale. The free shuttle did not turn up and no tracking details where provided we had to ring the hotel to send a car. The room did not have a window you could open a little bit for fresh air.

• Robert (8/5): Prag vistelse - Frukosten var bra. Fin miljö. Vi bokade ett dubbelrum delux med dusch och utsikt mot klockan. När vi kom visades det att det endast fanns ett rum med dusch och två stolar och ett mindre rum med utsikt mot torget. De större rummen hade enbart badkar med dusch i badkaret. Det framgick inte på beskrivningen. Sängarna var inte bekväma, lite hårda och låga. Så det blev en besvikelse. Borde vara tydligt.
• Robert (10/5): Hotel velice doporučuji, snídaně snad ještě vylepší :) - Hotel maximální spokojenost, nádhera, každý by si to měl zažít, za tu cenu to stojí a i sezení v restauraci před hotelem moc příjemné. Absolutně low-costová snídaně. Pečivo výběr nula, džus ovoce nikdy neviděl, míchaná vajíčka mají jen někdy, pár základních potravin no na hotelech se 3 hvězdami by to bylo odpovídající, oproti Rakousku Skotsku, Norsku a dalšímu zahraničí by to rovnou celé mohli zavřít a přitom s těmito destinacemi se Praha může srovnávat.
• tonyrZ5600BF (4/5): A good location but not much else. - Arrived at hotel to discover we had been allocated rooms in the annex which has no lift and many flights of stairs. Initially allocated room 501 which was on the top floor. This room was located right under a large a/c unit on the roof which led to a vibration and noise especially apparent near the walls. After initially saying they were fully booked another room (303) was found and we were moved. This room was better in terms of noise but was in the roof space and had high windows with no coverings. The other windows were also high so not possible to look out of unless you want to look at the sky. We also discovered the a/c unit didn't work in the room. The only solution the staff could try was to change the batteries in the remote which didn't resolve the issue. That was the full extent of their efforts as maintenance was not available. For a 'grand hotel's in the centre of Prague it was a surprise that they don't have an on site mechanic available. Finally we tried to book a boat tour via the hotel. They confirmed availability but wanted payment in cash. When I said I didn't have cash and didn't want to withdraw due to high charges they agreed to send a payment link email. However this was never received. We loved Prague but the hotel was the most disappointing aspect of the trip

• Eduardo (5/5): Hotel viejo a reformar - La ubicación sin duda Hotel viejo a reformar, habitaciones en buhardillas con techos inclinados hasta en la ducha y 21 escalones para acceder a ellas Otra habitación con una bañera a. 80 cm del suelo y con manguera de ducha corta y no te llega para ducharte cómodamente. Y por último reservamos 4 habitaciones durante tres noches con desayuno incluido, tuvimos un imprevisto y una habitación de vaciaba el último día pedimos devolución de una noche, habíamos contratado 12 noches, y no tuvieron ni el más mínimo detalle, cobraron la totalidad desayunos no consumidos incluidos. No es un hotel a la altura de 4 estrellas

• Deisemum1 (4/5): Disappointing Hotel Stay - When we arrived at the hotel we were told we couldn't have the room in the main part of the hotel that we booked and were upgraded to a bigger room as if it was a good thing. Unfortunately it was in another building that didn't have a lift and was at the very top. Being in our 60's this was challenging to say the least. When we went to breakfast in the mornings we made sure to bring everything we needed for the day as we were not going to take on the challenge of going up those stairs until we were going to bed. The stairs are not safe and wouldn't pass building regulations where we're from, uneven steps, lack of handrail, steps of various heights. The breakfast was good with a nice selection and Cafe Mozart's decor was ornate. On our last morning we made sure to bring all our belongings with us when we struggled down the stairs and left our luggage with reception to mind while we had breakfast. At the same time we checked out and asked reception to arrange a taxi to take us to the main train station approximately 3 hours later which would be an hour before our train journey. When we collected our luggage and walked to where we were supposed to get our taxi we waited and waited then phoned the hotel to see where it was and all the man kept shouting was it would be with us in a few minutes. More time passed so I phoned the hotel again and the woman couldn't hear what I was saying so said to come back to the hotel. Turns out by her own admittance she had booked the taxi for the following day. So she called another taxi and we had to wait for it and when it finally arrived the taxi was under pressure to get us to the train station on time. Fortunately we'd been to the train station the previous day so knew where to go as it's a big train station. We ran for the train and just about made it. A very stressful experience. Would we recommend the hotel probably not unless guaranteed our room had access to a lift.
• Gillian (8/5): A wonderful stay in beautiful Prague - The location is fantastic. Our room was spacious and the bed incredibly comfortable. The bathroom spotless and modern .Breakfast in the Mozart Café was good with fantastic views. The staff are friendly and very polite. We loved our stay and look forward to returning! Our room had probably been recently decorated, there was a very noticeable chemical/paint smell. Thanks to the location of our room at the rear of the building ( no noise) and the good weather, we were able to sleep with the windows wide open. A second coffee maker in the breakfast room would be ideal, to avoid queues. The part of the hotel we stayed in does not have a lift, guests with mobility issues should ask to be accommodated in the main house, which has one.
• Eleonóra (4/5): Cena nezodpovedá kvalite. - Lokalita super, hotel v historickej budove a zariadený v zodpovedajúcom štýle. Nábytok pekný. Raňajky dobrý výber, príjemné prostredie, personál v jedálni permanentne dopĺňal misy s jedlom. Hlavná budova vzbudzovala lepší dojem ako vedľajšia. Objednala som dve izby a v hlavnej budove bola jedna a o dve budovy ďalej druhá izba a rozhodne tá druhá budova nevyzerá ako hotel, ale ako starý bytový dom. Nevedela som, že hotel má viac budov a že nebudeme všetci v hlavnej budove. Cena za obe izby bola rovnaká a "odmenou" bola izba na druhom poschodí bez výťahu s množstvom schodov a chodieb. Izby majú dobré obdobie už za sebou. Zásuvky a skrine zvnútra vyzerajú tak, že tam nemáte chuť odložiť bielizeň. Kachličky okolo vane boli už popraskané, vyštrbené, ale vrchol je, že boli potečené starou špinou, ktorú za štyri dni nikto neumyl. Pri príchode bol v kúpeľni jeden malý celý šampón a jeden načatý a akosi nám na ďalší deň zabudli doplniť nové. Voda vo vani je kapitola sama o sebe. Prvý večer tiekla len studená, po reklamácii bola ďalšie dni aj teplá až horúca, ale tlak vody taký, že ste nevedeli, či sa tej vode chce vôbec tiecť. Toto nie je zrejme chyba hotela, ale tlak vody pri sprchovaní bol nedostačujúci. Nočné lampy tiež unikli pozornosti personálu, nakoľko jedna má poškodený kábel a zapínala a vypínala sa na pohyb kábla. Prejsť okolo recepcie bol tiež zážitok. Personál sa akosi zabudol zdraviť. Žiaľ, mobily v ich rukách spôsobovali to, čo aj v iných zamestnaniach. Výnimka bol len hádam najstarší zamestnanec hotela, úslužný. Hotel ťaží zo skvelej polohy, ale niekedy to nestačí.

I didn’t like the stairs. It was a challenge for my knees taking all luggages through the stairs. Bathroom power too weak. Can’t use my hair tools.

The restaurant was on the first floor so having breakfast directly opposite the clock on the hour was something I’ll never forget. The staff were welcoming and so friendly. • R9223XLphilk (10/5): Beautiful Hotel - We came as two couples, 9th to 13th March 2026, and had rooms 202 and 302 (delux rooms) in the annex, which is basically next door to the main building. The rooms were very spacious, light and airy with fantastic views of the astronomical clock and the old square. Staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Big shout out to the porter as it’s no mean feat for him having to carry heavy bags around the hotel. There is no lift in the annex, so be prepared for lots of stairs, but this is understandable in such an old beautiful building that dates back to 1410. The breakfast room is set in the main hotel, and is very grand, with a great choice of food and over looks the square and astronomical clock. The hotel is ideally located for exploring Prague. Overall a fantastic stay and would go back. Thank you all so much for a memorable break at this beautiful hotel. The Kay’s and the Smith’s

Πολύ καθαρό με διακόσμηση που θυμίζει παλιό αρχοντικό. Ενώ η κράτηση είχε γίνει για 3 δίκλινα δωμάτια με έξτρα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι, το πρώτο βράδυ το ένα δωμάτιο είχε δύο σε ξεχωριστή θέση εντός του δωματίου κρεβάτια χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση. Η αλλαγή σε δωμάτιο με έξτρα μεγάλο διπλό κρεβάτι έγινε μετά από αίτημά μας χώρίς να μας ζητήσουν συγγνώμη και χωρίς μεγάλη προθυμία.
• Mads (9/5): Great hotel right by the astronomical clock - The location of the hotel was sublime! We got a room with a view, looking out over the Old Town Square and the astronomical clock. The breakfast provided by the hotel was also a great way to start the day. Being a hotel situated on Old Town Square, it can get a tad noisy at night. But I suppose that's the price you have to pay for the great view.

• cambo72 (2/5): Nightmare stay - Worst hotel I’ve ever visited. First room (104), was a separate part of the main hotel, up several flights of stairs, then down a couple of flights and back up another flight of stairs to a large but dirty room. Asked to move rooms to the main hotel, now in a room towards the back of the main hotel, on the first floor. Noise all night, windows don’t have any sound proofing, as we are over an alley I have heard several drug deals before 1am, constant screaming and shouting and the smell of cannabis in the room from people smoking outside. Our friends are in a lovely room at the front of the hotel, with gorgeous views of the astronomical clock, so it seems to be the luck of the draw. I’ve got 2 more nights and I’m booking a different hotel for the next 2 whether I get a refund or not, the place is unbearable.

Çalışanları çok güleryüzlü yardımsever. Otelin kahvaltısı müthişti. Kahvaltınızı saat kulesi manzarasında yapıyorsunuz. Odamız çok rahattı. Şubat ayında konakladık. Sıcacıktı. Sıcak su hep vardı. Havlularımız hergün değişti. Odamız hemen saat kulesi ve meydana bakan manzaralıydı. Birdaha gelsek gene bu oteli tercih etmek isterdim. Beğenmediğim bir yönü yok.

• Erika (3/5): Stinky uncomfortable low quality room with misleading details - Extremely good location. Smells extremely bad in entry and hallways like smoke, weed, body odor, and garbage. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable, could not rest and sleep well. Size of room was large but has completely empty spaces like a huge foyer that could fit a dining table. There are also strange locked cabinets that were unusable. Lights kept flickering in the transparent minibar and motion sensors that kept turning on. Is the room being recorded? For a suite, there is no tub and a tiny shower even though they list a tub as a room amenity. Room also advertised direct view of astronomical clock but it was a lie and you had to crane your neck out the window in order to see it. Loud at all hours due to tourism but is expected due to location.

Was offered an airport transfer as compensation but the hotel didn’t pay the driver & we had big drama when we arrived at airport, had to ring hotel who said they knew nothing of the transfer compensation.

• LeaMcN (4/5): Faulty towers - We returned after an excellent stay approx 12 years ago. Complete different experience this time around. We arrived late evening & our room was not ready - the porter brought us to it & we had to point out that the bed was unmade. We were then transferred to an alternative room (lower class / value) in another building & told our booked room would be ready the following day. We moved to our booked room the next day to find the electricity was out for the first 20 mins. We were told we would get an airport transfer as compensation for the room mix up, we stupidly accepted this & when we arrived at the airport the driver was looking for payment from us. Driver rings hotel, the hotel said they knew nothing of the transfer being compensated. Attention to detail in the housekeeping could be improved. We had used bottles of shampoo in our bathroom, and were not given any hand towels
