You have to trust no one will you steal your stuff. There’s lockers in the rooms but if you have a lot of bags it’s hard. Some guests can be dirty and make the room dirty.

- cemaliye (1/5): Nice receptionist, horrible bartender, bad lock. - One of the staff members was nice, other one was a bit snappy, I asked if she could put a drink in a plastic cup and she gave me such a blunt response. Smile and do your job like everyone else. Well first of all, the rude bartender, and the main thing was that our door didn’t lock from the inside, we left after 20 minutes maybe, and during that time we were trying figure out how to lock the door. No refund was provided when we left and it was just a disaster.

- Paulius (2/5): I would not recommend it to anyone. - Location was good It’s dirty it’s smells bad, walls mouldy, showers even after they “cleaned “ got hair and and other stuff on the floor , rooms are unventilated and smells, random night managers checks were outrageous because it would wake you up. Half of the toilets broken, stinky. I wonder how they get permission to operate and provide services of accommodation. I had a feeling that it can’t be that cheap for no reason in the heart of Greenwich even for a hostel, but now I get it why.

- Daisy (8/5): - The girl on the reception I believe her name is Laura ( she have very nice hair), she was so nice to me ! Good service overall. :))) The room was having strong smell of mold and i've seen some on the walls, someone from the staff came in the room almost at midnight and she was dragging some metal hoop and loudly opened the window on the ceiling, she didn't knock or even try to be quiet. Everyone was sleeping and that was a bit of a bummer. Also few of my roommates was really selfish speaking on the phone early in the morning or turning the lights on and making noise 23 o clock... i think 23 o clock is a bit too late to check in in shared room...

- Martin (8/5): It was a nice environment overall - The staff were very polite, and explained things i didn't understand, as it was my first time there, The people I shared a room with were nice, The location is excellent, close to many amenities, Check in and check out was very easy, It was a nice place to be The pillow was very hard and flat, and the mattress was hard and thin, which was quite uncomfortable, as it affected my sleep time. The Laundry room was out of order, so I hope it'll be fixed as a priority,
