• Isadora (6/5): Good value for what is offered - The location was really good, close to the bus stop and central tube line, also close to supermarkets and a shopping mall. It was really hot, I stayed in a room for 9 people and there was one floor fan, I believe that if you're going on seasons that have cooler weather this is perfectly fine, but for summer it may be difficult. Also, at least in my room, you could not sit down on the bed, I understand this is a dormitory so usually I fix my stuff while in the bed, but this was not possible due to it being lower than most bunk beds.

• Erin (6/5): Great location, awesome staff! - The staff especially Chris, Aidan, Louis, Aislinn and Anna. The staff were part of my experience. Chris especially. He is engaging, welcoming, funny and so polite. He is an asset to the hostel. I also liked my double en suite room that I upgraded to half way through my stay. The room had everything and was very quiet regardless of being so close to the communal showers. The hostel location is perfect and right across the road from the underground and overground stations. There is lots to do nearby. My 1st shared dorm room. I was in a nine bed, bottom bunk. Unfortunately I was kicked in the ribs one night by a fellow guest who laughed when I tried to call her out on this. That's when I had to upgrade. It was very unpleasant and should not happen in a shared space. The breakfast that i paid for was not fresh daily. Especially the meat plates. I think they were re-used for up to 6 out of the 7 days I was there. This was disappointing as I did not get the full continental experience as advertised. There was no inside lock on my door either and the door felt loose. The communal hang out room downstairs was also under renovation so was not fully accessible. The shared kettle was full of limescale. Not being able to use this area was unfortunate as it could have been a great place to meet and socialise with fellow guests..I am also still waiting for a refund regarding the room I initially paid for. I felt I had to move out of the door after I received the kick. Upgrading added to my expenses so I do hope accounts does refund me after the staff put in this request for me.

The staff wasn’t really helpful like I had a problem on my bed where the charging parts didn’t work and I went down there twice and no one had done anything about it. The common room with told to be 24 hours when I went there I saw a sign that’s like overtime room is gonna be only open from 7 AM to 1 AM and I was like OK. I was hoping it’ll be 24 hours because I will come home to my hospital. I wanna like microwave food and I’m not allowed to use the microwave or less. I wanna eat something I can’t go to the common room to eat something

• Xie (6/5): - The location was good, 1min to central line station. The bed was comfortable. Other than the manager, the staff is not trained at all. One black guy was helpful though, and good with multi-tasking, but everyone needs to call the manager for every request. I was once waited for 1 hour to get an answer from some requests including how to access to WiFi. I stayed in an ensuit room for myself. The room, and the toilet was more crowded than in the picture, I cannot imagine living in it with one more person. When i checked in, it was dusty on the desk and floor, it seems all they did was changed the bed sheet. It didn't feel clean at all other than the bed. I cleaned for an hour myself when I check in just to feel more comfortable. The cups was not well cleaned and I had yo wash it before using. The kettle leaks after boiling water, made a mess and luck I didn't have my phone next to it. Overall speaking it was literally the bare minimum you can imagine.

• Vanessa (7/5): Great value for a simple, no frills but clean hostel with a good bar. Staff was a mixed bag of amazing and terrible. - The location is convenient and having a restaurant there is great. The bathrooms were conveniently located and the beds were comfortable and pre made nicely. Apart from the bar there wasn't anywhere to relax but I know they're renovating so that will change. And the entrance probably needs clearer signage to check in at the bar though it's not a big deal. The bathrooms need a little TLC--TP was never in holders--maybe someone lost the holder key. But good value and clean. Half the staff were super friendly but one guy was pretty rude and another was ridiculous. When I checked out around 10:30 there was no one else there and a guy was behind the bar so I asked if I could get a glass of water. He said "no, not now" really rudely and just stared at me like I was bothering him. Beyond obnoxious for no reason. I was told you could get water and make yourself coffee in the bar but just ridiculous to not get a glass of water. To check out as if you're an imposition is just bad biz. I used to manage a hostel and never had that level of apathy and rudeness in any of the hundreds I've stayed in or reviewed for work.

• Manaloto (1/5): NIGHTMARE! HEARTLESS SCAM STAFF! - The worst night Ever!! The staff who works in the bar who’s trying to check us in was HORRIBLE! The most nasty racist talking about ATTITUDE! SCAM! After booking the room online I need to check-in inside BELUSHIs the pub downstairs. I gave him my passport he told me he couldn’t find my name in there and I need to wait for at least an hour! That time they were nearly closing when we came back he ask for my passport and told him I already showed you my passport awhilst ago after saying that he just Cancelled my booking straight away talking to me about ATTITUDE! After making us wait and racistly ignoring to serve us clearly doing this purely out of business! Taking money and cancelling the booking if you’re not a man of his type! Hes a PRICK suckcocker would treat shit to those girls who he thinks as somebody above him and thinks can be a threat or competition! Basically a gay insecure guy who feels entitled with that hostel bnb! Give us back our money scam low life predators! The MOST RUDE HEARTLESS STAFF you can find!

• Mirea (5/5): Unconfortable - Location is great if you’re going to a concert at the O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire, there are lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby + the metro station. Staff is very friendly. Bunk beds with three beds each are incredibly uncomfortable and the 9-people dorm was way too small for 9 people. The room wasn’t even full and we could barely move.

• Kris Stoyanov (1/5): - I had checked in there and left my luggage earlier and when I returned there the receptionist did not let me sleep there even though I had slept there many times and said he could not let me in because I showed him my ID instead of my passport and I have always shown them my ID and there was no problem I did not sleep there he even behaved rudely with me provided that I explained to him normally that he knew that I had slept there many times and that none of the other staff had told me that I could not with the ID card and that it was only to establish whether the reservation was in my name. He even kicked me out and threw my phone and luggage on the street at 1 am. They did not even refund me the amount from the hostel!
