• salvatore (7/5): - La colazione era eccellente Pur prenotando due camere matrimoniali comprensive di prima colazione all'arrivo ho dovuto pagare un supplemento di ulteriori 360 euro in quanto mi è stato detto che la prenotazione era per due persone e noi eravamo in quattro (due coppie),ma le camere prenotate erano due matrimoniali. Serietà non classificabile pessimo comportamento.

• Maria Luz (9/5): A great choice for a comfortable stay in Vienna! We'll be back! - Great breakfast with a wide selection of food and beverages. Facilities - bathroom, bedroom, sheets and toilet were clean. Two different tram stops (Unteres Belvedere, Rennweg) are at walking distance. There is a supermarket (Lidl), and train station (Rennweg) available nearby as well, and a number of dining options. The metro stop Karlsplatz is approximately 7 minutes from Unterest Belvedere, and from there you can ride to go to multiple tourist destinations of Vienna. Going to Belvedere Palace around 7 in the morning was a great decision before having a long leisurely breakfast at the end of your stay before checking out! Only wished the sofa bed was as comfortably soft as the bed. That was the only thing lacking. Price was high; it didn't quite meet with the accommodation. We came on a May holiday weekend so it was definitely pricy. It would have been nice if it was a bit more affordable.

• Andrea (6/5): Expected more from the Lidner but let down by slow WiFi, no aircon, slow plumbing. Good breakfast - Breakfast. Location. Room size. Proximity to public transport. Hot water took 5 mins to arrive. Appallingly slow WiFi. Couldn’t connect to the new WiFi network from my room. When requested an iron and board only got the iron. Air conditioning doesn’t seem to work so had to leave the window open.

It would be nice to see the lovely bar when you walked in during the day. The curtain should be replaced with a glass sliding door.

• Claudia (9/5): - Absolut umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet mit einem aufmerksamen und flotten Team. Geschmacklich alles sehr gut. Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich. Die Bettdecke war mir etwas zu warm wie auch das Zimmer. Es gibt aber eine Klimaanlage. Allerdings konnte die die Temperatur nicht so weit runter regeln, dass es für mich angenehm war. Das ist aber rein subjektiv, da ich bei wärmeren Temperaturen nicht gut schlafen kann. Man konnte aber zum Glück auch die Fenster öffnen!

Tram-und S-Bahn sowie das untere Belvedere sínd fußläufig zu erreichen. Klimaanlage schafft keine Temperaturveränderung, Reinigungs- und Handtuchservice wurde einen Tag vergessen. Reklamation schaffte erst am Folgetag eine Verbesserung. Entschuldigung erfolgte u.a. mit einem Obstkorb

• Tamà (10/5): Meraviglioso. - La colazione era abbastanza varia, abbondante e di qualità, veramente un ottima colazione. Buona posizione a circa 1,2 dal centro, facendo una pasaggiata si raggiunge facilmente. Il letto era abbastanza comodo e confortevole, abbiamo dormito veramente bene. Niente, tutto era ottimo. Anzi, se posso dare un suggerimento, per chi non prende l'ascensore e usa le scale per salire ai piani, le scale sembrano anonime senza colore, quindi si potrebbe ovviare con delle piante con qualche quadro e magari qualche piccolo mobile, visto che i pianerottoli sono abbastanza larghi. Ripeto, il mio parere non vuole essere una critica ma solo un semplice suggerimento.
• Susanne (6/5): Schlechter Start …. - Lage zum Bahnhof, Frühstück, Preis Man hat versucht mir ein Zimmer neben dem völlig veralteten Lift,( daher laute knackende Geräusche im Zimmer!) als Upgrade zu verkaufen, Zimmer 701! So ein Zimmer ist nicht vermietetbar! Erst nach längerer Diskussion (um 21 Uhr! angeblich voll ausgebucht) erhielt ich dann doch noch ein akzeptables Zimmer, mit 35 Minuten Wartezeit!

• Angelo (3/5): Preis Leistung leider nicht stimmig - Lediglich die Lage Das integrierte Bad ist ungemütlich und bietet keine Intimsphäre. Zimmer Straßenseite laut auch wegen der Fahrstühle. Zimmergröße und Ausstattung sind nicht abgestimmt. Alles räumlich sehr schlecht durchdacht und unkomfortabel. Der Manager ist ein guter Typ.

• Martina (8/5): Sehr gutes Hotel mit kleinen Schwäch - Die zentrale Lage und das doch ruhige Zimmer waren sehr angenehm. Auch die breite Auswahl beim Frühstück konnte überzeugen. Die Flecken auf dem Teppichboden auf den Gängen im 4.OG waren eher abstoßend. Als wir einmal um 16.20 Uhr wieder ins Zimmer kamen, war es noch nicht geputzt. Die Bitte an die Reinigungskräfte, unser Zimmer gleich zu putzen, wurde ignoriert. Die Tatsache, dass häufig die Müslischalen beim Frühstück ausgingen,war unverständlich.

• Steve (7/5): Acceptable and adequate, staff were good, but wouldn't go back. - Overall decent enough, but nothing leapt out at me as particularly impressive. The hotel was clean, fairly comfortable and the location reasonable given tram links. Two paper cups and two sachets of coffee, and no biscuits. Poor for the price. Open plan bathroom with only the toilet being private was not to my liking. Had uncomfortable (though very big) and a lot of traffic nise meant you couln't open the window.

El desayuno incluía una amplia gama de dulces, salados, frutas, café, zumos etc. y se reponía de forma constante. La habitación era amplia y al tener el lavabo, el WC y la ducha en espacios separados, favorecía el uso de varias personas a la vez, teniendo en cuenta que era una habitación compartida. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean property. Air conditioning not working. Was running for hours and temperature was not going down at all. No privacy in shower with only a half glass wall and no door. A full frosted glass door, shower curtain or a full bathroom door would allow for better privacy.

• Michael (9/5): - Ein fast perfektes Hotel mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, bis hin zum Ausblick über die Stadt (Zimmer 621). Besonders reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit glutenfreien und veganen Produkten sowie ausgezeichnetem Service. Leider lässt sich die Klimaanlage, die man bei 15⁰C gar nicht braucht und die unnötig Energie verbraucht, nicht abstellen, obwohl das Fenster sich weit öffnen lässt (jedenfalls haben wir es zu zweit nicht geschafft, auch nicht um 2h nachts, als sie uns aufgeweckt hat). Deswegen nur 9 Punkte.

• Markéta (8/5): S hotelem jsme byli spokojeni. - Příjemný pokoj, pohodlná postel, výhled do zahrady zámku Belvedere. Hotel je poblíž centra, Albertina, hotel Sacher, muzea, Hofburg - vše v dochozí vzdálenosti. Příště se zase ubytujeme zde. Hotelová restaurace je otevřena pouze od úterý do soboty, a to na večeři. Nicméně v okolí se najde dost jiných zařízení.

Estávamos comemorando o aniversário da minha esposa e quando entramos no quarto fomos agraciados com champanhe e um delicioso bolo de chocolate com frutas, o café da manhã é maravilhoso com certeza o melhor de nossa viagem . O Hotel fica ao lado do Belvedere e de uma Cervejaria espetacular Nada a declarar

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania Wiednia. Garaż z wygodnym wjazdem. Bardzo niekomfortowa łazienka. Osobno prysznic, ubikacja bez możliwości umycia rąk, umywalka w przejściu z WC do pokoju. Jednolitrowe kartonowe opakowanie wody na dwie osoby na dwa dni, tekturowe kubki.
• Wat Ho (8/5): We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel in Vienna. - The room is spacious and good enough. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was the best highlight for us. There were variety of tasty foods and drinks. The breakfast room and sitting were comfortable and relaxing. Definitely, we give five stars for the breakfast. We were disappointed that the airconditioning was not working well. Thus, it made the room feel stuffy and rather hot while the temperature outside was hot. The small fridge did not work well too, it did not keep our water and drinks cold.

• Aurelie (6/5): Nice hotel, great location, but not quite as hoped. - the breakfast was great, staff was friendly, the location was excellent- walkable to the city centre and fast tram link. Easy train to the airport. The room was nice. Clean. We booked a King and got a bed with two single mattresses. The bed was not very comfortable. All the pictures show rooms with bathtubs but we had a shower that leaked and flooded the bathroom. The room went out to the road and we either had to have the windows open and lots of noise or close the window and live with the stuffy air, the aircon would not let us change the temperature and was too cold and noisy to sleep with.

• Gramaglia (8/5): Nel complesso bene - Posizione e vista eccezionale sul parco del Palazzo del Belvedere e a 10 min a piedi dal centro; ottima colazione servita già dalle 06.30; camere spaziose e pulite frigobar vuoto, neanche una bottiglietta d'acqua pagata poi a prezzi folli nella hall dove c'è una specie di micro market... aria condizionata che non ce la fa a raffrescare la stanza quando di giorno batte il sole sulle vetrate (ma credo avessero un problema con l'impianto e un primo maggio così caldo a Vienna forse non capita spesso)
