For me it was the bed and pillows. The beds were not soft and the pillow was to soft that our heads were already alligned at the bed.

- Amelia Pauu Maxine (6/5): Okay for the price and location. Not the best but not the worst. - Very close public transportation (MRT). Bus that went directly to hotel and to MRT. Shops underneath for last minute items needed. Staff are very friendly and kind. Pictures are very old and rooms did not look like the photos at all. Black mold growing in showers and crevices which is not uncommon for humid climates but expected it to be more clean if the rooms are being cleaned everyday….Very old furniture. Towels had rips and stains on them.

Was told there was No airport transfer and had to take mini bus to catch take MTR.

- chax10 (6/5): So-so hotel - It was a mistake booking here, it is far from the MTR - you need to ride a mini bus to go to the MTR. The room given to us, it had a noticeable smell of cigarette smoke, which was disappointing. Nothing much to expect with hotels in Hong Kong, no complimentary water, only wall mounted shampoo/conditioner. If you have an option, stay near Mongkok /TST instead. Save time travelling around Hong Kong.

Sudden, threatening knocking on my door -- These three incidents made me fear for my personal safety at the hotel.

I didn't like just how there were too many rooms. The other guests were very noisy. The room had a really bad smell when first entering. The room's were quite small, the way the beds and equipment are set up is rather odd.

They never explained to us, foreigners, that there was a mall and restaurants right there. Or even try and greet and engage in conversation. Only one man assisted with taxis when we were leaving. No assistance with which buses to catch to get into city Centre.
