Para comer en los restaurantes habia mucha demanda, por eso mucha demora en la espera, la atencion del personal era muy lenta, por ende quedaban mesas vacias mucho tiempo. Y una vez que entrabas tambien tardaban en atenderte, comimos en dos restaurantes y nos paso lo mismo. La atencion del bufet excelente, ahi los mozos eran rapidos y muy buena atencion.
- Gaetano (4/5): Promossa solo la suite e la vista, negativo tutto il resto. - La suite con vasca idromassaggio era carina e pulita. Bella vista della laguna. Camera spaziosa e confortevole. Punto in piu per il servizio lavanderia. Non siamo riusciti a cenare al ristorante Manatthan nonostante fossimo stati messi in waiting list per ben due volte. Non è chiara la politica di prenotazione del ristorante in quanto sembra non sia possibile prenotare ma poi alcune persone sono invece riuscite a farsi riservare un posto nel ristorante. Scarsissima preparazione da parte del personale che gestisce l'attesa del ristorante, spiegazioni confuse e contradditorie (non c'è prenotazione ma poi la accettano per alcune persone), ti mettono in waiting list e ti dicono di ritornare dopo 1h e 45 minuti e quando è il tuo turno ti dicono che devi aspettare un'altra ora. Qualità del cibo del buffet mediocre, sotto la media di Hotel Europei. Il Ristorante italiano presente è un falso italiano. I sapori e le preparazioni non sono per niente di un ristorante italiano vero. Cibo per lo piu surgelato. è chiaro il tentativo di replicare italian sounding. Italiani non fatevi fregare. In conclusione non è un hotel che consiglierei alle famiglie europee e in particolare italiane perchè il cibo va bene solo per statunitensi e canadesi che hanno una cultura del cibo diversa e di piu scarsa qualità se comparata con quella europea e Italiana. Molte persone hanno il pessimo gusto di lasciare gli asciugamani sulle sdraio in piscina e come conseguenza è impossibile ottenere i posti. Il personale non fa nulla per ripulire le sdraio dagli asciugamani lasciati li. in conclusione hotel che va bene per le famiglie statunitensi e canadesi che sono abituate a standard bassi in termini di servizio e qualità. Non lo consiglio e non ci ritorneremo.
- Octavio (3/5): Dirty, broken facilities, short in supplies - Despite requesting cleaning, the room remained dirty, with noticeable piles of hair near the beds and in the bathroom, as well as dried bird droppings left on the balcony. Several elevators were out of service, which made getting around inconvenient. The pool areas were also lacking, with an insufficient number of towels available for guests. The kids club appeared understaffed and did not have enough supplies to properly accommodate children. Although I had a reservation for a whole week, but these issues led us to leave after just one night.

- Oscar (1/5): Hotel viejo con mucha suciedad y muy deteriorado, no vale la pena pagar lo que pague. - Lo único que me gustó fue el trato de los camareros del buffet. Habitación sucias. Instalaciones sucias y deterioradas, piscinas con moho, jacuzzi con moho y suciedad de años sin limpiarse.Los bares para adultos cierran a las 11:00 pm, No vale la pena pagar 3000 dólares por algo así. El personal que vende tour, para hacerte una oferta de un tour te obligan a hacer una reunión para venderte una membresía, donde pierdes el tiempo oyendo a alguien queriéndote obligar casi a comprar algo que realmente no sirve. No regresaría a ese hotel ni aunque me regalen la Estadía. La comida del viaje en Catamaran era literalmente un verdadero “Asco” . Isla Mujeres te lo venden como algo único y precioso y la verdad no sirve, abarrotado de personas, playas feas. No Creo Regresar de nuevo a Cancún.

Lo habláis con el personal quien mando alguien para verificar y nos dijo que si queríamos buena presión usáramos agua fría y si queríamos agua tibia era con baja presión. El problema era que no era agradable bañarse com agua tibia casi fría. Dejábamos correr el agua ppr 30 minutos por recomendó on del técnico para que pasara de fría a tibia. Te hacen saber que hay 10 restaurantes, de esos 10 el del buffet es al único que pudimos entrar porque causalmente siempre pero siempre había una hora y media o dos horas de espera, no pudimos comer en ningún otro restaurante. Hay algo llamado infinity club en el hotel, si no eres miembro no puedes usar la alberca para adultos. Cobran unos camastros, y se acababan muy rápido los otros.

- Hannah (8/5): Luxury resort-level service with great beach/pool, but less impressive rooms and communication. - The service was absolutely exceptional - the front desk was helpful and responsive, the restaurant staff provided excellent service, even the cleaning staff reported a problem with our room before we had a chance to. The beach and pool were also great. They were easy to get to, clean, had a great view, and were well-staffed. The kid's pool was so much fun for my children (age 2 and 5). The buffet food, particularly the Mexican food, was really yummy. The rooms had some issues. We were moved out of our first room because the bathroom door fell off it's hinges and one of our outlets had broken with electric wires exposed. Our second room's shower did not drain so water spilled across the bathroom floor each time we showed. There also was unclear communication about events at the hotel. Restaurants would be closed unexpectedly, times that facilities were opened often did match what we had been told. There were some things advertised on the website that weren't available, such as the ability to hire babysitters.

Difficult to get drinks such as tea or water as had to ask the limited number of waiters who appeared over stretched. Not sure why they cannot provide a separate area for self service for such drinks

- Maridel (5/5): It’s limited - It’s walking distance to the beach. I can eat whenever I feel like eating. Most of the restaurants and pool staffs and entertainers were courteous and accommodating. We have water and soda available in the small fridge. Housekeeping kept our room tidy everyday. The view from the 8th floor was lovely. I was charged extra money for my 15 year old daughter showing “child” on their system however I just followed the booking.com prompts and entered her age. I didn’t get the King size bed luxury suite that I booked as advertised. The room we had doesn’t look and feel like we’re in a luxury suite. The shower is cold. The view of the ocean from our bedroom is limited.

- Santiago (7/5): Buena - Las instalaciones muy buenas, y muy limpio el hotel siempre. El personal en general muy respetuoso y cortés Me quisieron cobrar 80 usd porque mi niño de 2 años hizo pis en la cama, sábanas que separé yo para que las laven xq fue ínfimo de no haberlas separado ni se hubiesen dado cuenta. Me pareció algo que puede suceder en un hotel familiar, y el monto me pareció más un castigo que un precio lógico. El personal del lobby me atendió sarcásticamente. Diciéndome que tengo que entender que algunas personas no les gusta que tenga olor a pis las sábanas (una obviedad) por lo que directamente las tiran. Mientras que la encargada del lobby me dijo que le hacían una limpieza especial, por lo que veo ahí una contradicción. Esto sumado a que el primer día nos invitaron al piso 12 para ofrecernos una membresía, me pareció un poco desleal todo lo que hacen y la forma en que lo ofrecen. Sacando estos 2 episodios todo lo demás nos fuimos conformes, esas 2 situaciones nos hizo sentir que un poco de hostilidad en un contexto donde uno va a relajarse y descansar

Dei servizi offerti e pagati che ci hanno portato a scegliere questo residence, tra cui campo da tennis, campo da calcio, minigolf, animazione e parco divertimenti acquatico non ne funzionava nessuno! Personale sempre estremamente scortese e maleducato. Assolutamente non merita il punteggio che ha su Booking!
- Natalia (3/5): Disappointed with everything - The only great thing was that we’ve had great sea view. Rooms are old,everything feels super outdated, elevators are taking forever. Not enough beach chairs for everyone, people are taking chairs at 6am with a couple of slippers, and no one is controlling this. Lots of renovations, huge empty lot near the hotel with garbage,horrible old aqua park not suitable for kids and 0 activities for kids, no playground, and the most strange thing- 0 territory! If you like walking in beautiful green areas,never book this hotel, it’s dark,empty and bold. Mediocre food,I couldn’t find anything remotely eatable. If you like to eat only processed and fast foods, you’ll surely be ok. After visiting 20+ countries, I can definitely say,this resort doesn’t worth the money. Turkey,Croatia,Montenegro,Italy will be MUCH more beautiful and delicious.

- Bersi (5/5): Uma vez para nunca mais, na realidade me arrependi de ter saído de Playa del Carmen de onde estava hospedado em Playacar - Quarto amplo e espaçoso! E o mar que é muito bonito mesmo, uma cor sensacional! Não gostei da comida e do atendimento, funcionários poucos eram educados e atenciosos! A maioria agia com má vontade! E a comida muito ruim, por mais que tinha boa variedade de comida, a comida era pré preparada ja, carne chegava gelada, sushis e sashimis de baixa qualidade, na parte da culinária o que salvou era o café da manhã, o restante de baixa qualidade. E ATENÇÃO, chegamos para pagar no check in, e o hotel não aceitava o cartão digital aproximando o celular, tinha que ser cartão físico, nisso tinha me preparado para pagar em dolares com cartao digital e na hora tive que passar o cartão de crédito do Brasil.

Seul resto interessant: - La gentillesse du personnel Le divan dans la chambre sentait la pisse!!! La dame de ménage l'a recouvert d'un couvre-lit et d'un drap blanc. Au moins on pouvait s'y asseoir. Il etait indiqué 10 restos. Mais pas toujours disponible en même temps: le soir , 3 restos et un buffet seulement. Un soir, resto sushi fermé!!! Le resto grill: le boeuf etait dur comme une semelle dd boeuf!!! Un resto etait reservé à une classe particuliere . Au dejeuner, il y avait buffer! Beaucoup dd gaspille alomentaire... A la plage , les chaises etaient placées derriere des lits balsaquins réservés a classe particulière. Donc nous n'avions pas vu directe sur la mer. Un matin , il a manqué de serviettes!!! Nous avons dû attendre un bon moment pour en avoir!!! La musique était trop forte toute la journée sur le bord de la piscine! Pas très calme pour se reposer. On nous avait repondu par message qu'il y avait navette. Finalement, il n'y en avait pas ( réponse reçue une semaine plus tard)
- Daher (9/5): Muy bien - Excelente las comidas, hotel grande amplio pero no en exceso, buen ambiente, por mejorar que se extiende a muchos restaurantes es deben quitarle las conchitas a las langostinos y que no tenga la venita oscura, me parece no es agradable a la vista ni al paladar, es un error extendido de los cheff quienes respaldan puede ser así y dicen depende es del origen confiable o no de los langostinos, error a mejorar. - Foreman (8/5): It was okay - The club was great and the staff in the club was the best out of the entire resort That the club closed at 12. Where I’m from clubs closes at 3 so for me it was too early. Next I couldn’t drink any whiskey so my drinking was limited because I don’t drink beers
- Victor (8/5): - It is the first time we stay in this hotel, the price was very reasonable, very clean and nice property, rooms are big and well kept, restaurants are very accesible. My granddaughters (4& 5 years old)loved the kids play area. The restaurants: the main buffet had no ac, food supposedly to be hot, was warm and sometime cold, the variety was good. The Manhatan restaurant: we viseted once food was good but the girl that served us was very cold and lacked disposition to well serv us, bars are well kept and exelent service, beach area is small, pools are clan, big and nice. over all the hotel is good.

The staff at check in and cleaning are great, but the buffet area and staff are a big let down as both are very poor. The other dinning options look great and staff friendlier, but the food is not that great especialy the Italian is very bad! The last thing is it is uncomfortably hot in the reception lobby and main hall area no fans, no AC just unbearable.

- Felicia (4/5): - We just got back from Seadust last week. We choose this based on the “family resort “ title and pictures, and water castle that we thought our kids will enjoy,it was old btw. First, i have to start with the unbearable heat condition in the resort .please be AWARE and KNOW, that this resort does NOT have Ac only in your room, which is not super cold and like it should be . Every restaurant including the buffet area does NOT have ac. The restaurants don’t have any windows open , and zero AC, it was so uncomfortable for us! we were frustrated the whole time, even our kids 7and 9 had a hard time and couldn’t wait to leave and go outside by the beach or back to our room . Only the buffet area has few fans that don’t do nothing! But the restaurants have Zero fans,know this! We used the menu to try to fan our selfs while we waited FOREVER for our food each time we went :( We only booked 3 nights, THANK GOD , because if we booked more nights we would of left that resort 100% to go to another one just because we wouldn’t be able to handle more time spent there. KNOW THIS , THE RESORT HAS NO AC , not because it “didn’t work” but because there ARENT ANY!!! The resort only had 3 boring pools connected to each other,very small, one bar outside only, (not swim up) no-entertainment at night,one night they had a band in the lobby that was boring, so at night you only have to Go to dinner, by the ocean and back to your room , that’s it, the coke was terrible btw. We won’t be back ever.

On the outside and inside needs a little bit of structural building restoration. They have so much to offer for entertainment if your child does not speak Spanish they chang it over to English at the same time... Believe me it's a place to go and you'll never forget the hospitality.

Hotel was pretty large and unfortunately 2/6 elevators were out of service which was slightly annoying. Great food options and great staff. - Yondra Sayuri (8/5): - Amazing experience overall at this resort! Would definitely recommend to others- staff was amazing, food choices were amazing and the view was beautiful. A couple issues we encountered was that the fridge did not keep the items in it cool. Another was that the Air conditioning unit didn’t work as well and finally, we had a hot tub in our room and sadly it didn’t Work.

Only thing I didn’t like was with having a whirlpool tub in the room, the water didn’t come out clear and after flushing the water, you see a lot of dirt and nastiness still on the tub. The staff didn’t clean it everyday but the issue remained after every use.

- Ana Laura (6/5): - The staff was very kind and helpful specially Abimael the pool server. He was beyond the best. Seadust should feel proud to have him as an employee. On the other hand, the water went out on our 3rd day and they didn’t even bother to let anyone know. After a long day of activities all we wanted was a shower and brush our teeth but we weren’t able to do so. When I called the receptionist they said we can go downstairs and take a shower down there because water was going to be out till 3 am. When we went downstairs there wasn’t any water either . Very frustrating. It would have been nice to let everyone know, communication is key. In addition to this, as soon as we walked in the reception the infinity group harassed us. I agree to meet them but when I didn’t show up they called my room and my cellphone at least 30 times. When my family went downstairs they were being mean and rude because we didn’t show. I finally met them on my last day there because they promise me that it would only take 90 minutes and if I didn’t want to sign with them they will be okay with it. But after 4 hours of saying no they finally got the hang of it. They shouldn’t harass people so much no means no. Other than this, I love the easy process from Expedia.
- Garcia (10/5): Buena experiencia - el hotel se encuentra bien ubicado a 20min del aeropuerto, te cobran 250 - 270 pesos mexicanos por llevarte un uber, tienen actividades para todo el mundo, la comida esta muy bien con mucha variedad, las habitaciones son amplias, el personal se esfuerza para atenderte bien, adicional puedes estar en hotel una vez haces el check out, tienen una sala especial para que esperes con baños y duchas por si lo necesitas, y puedes accerder a la comida hasta las 5pm

La comida es una cosa que la verdad tiene que ver mucho en mis viajes, y quedé más que feliz 😀 Las albercas estaban muy agradables, siempre encontrábamos lugar para estar en la alberca, siempre estaban pendientes si necesitabas algo . las habitación muy cómodas y con buen espacio, El el restaurante mexicano el personal fue muy amable Lamentablemente solo servía un elevador, mi esposa estaba embarazada y todo el tiempo estaban saturados, tuvimos que bajar por la escaleras , es muy pesado para una embarazada. No hay aire acondicionado en el buffet y encierra mucho el calor. La otra es que te pongan a un lado de un gran ventilador que hace mucho ruido Encontré varios platos y tazas sucias Las servilletas y plaque aún con comida
