- Sabine (7/5): Agréable dans l’ensemble, un peu cher pour la prestation. - La literie est confortable, le personnel très agréable et l’emplacement parfait. L’espace est assez réduit notamment pour le coin cuisine et plutôt vieillot, idem pour la salle de bain.
- Lydia (8/5): Court séjour pratique, mais sans plus - L’emplacement juste derrière la Galerie Lafayette et proche de métro. L’appartement assez spacieux avec une chambre et un salon séparé. Il a besoin un petit peu de rafraîchissement, un peu de peinture fraîche, y compris sur le Meuble de cuisine et le miroir et surtout changer les rideaux, plastique affreux et pas respirants. Chez IKEA il y a en plus jolie et pas cher. Investisseur svp aussi dans une autre machine à café. La machine à tombé en panne et il n’y avait pas de café au petit dej. Aucune alternative, c’est dommage.

Indicaram um mercado ao lado para comprar 2- somente 3 cabides no armário, pedi mais e não fui atendida 3- porta do armário de roupas não fechava 4- máquina de lavar louças quebrada 5- limpeza do quarto somente esvaziamento das lixeiras. Chambre spacieuse avec baignoire et kitchenette, bien insonorisée En fait la chambre est bien mais il est fort dommage que pas mal de petites choses interpellent: les plaintes mal assemblées, les morceaux de papier peint en moins dans les communs, les trous dans la baignoire, la dame qui fait la vaisselle devant tout le monde quand on arrive au petit déjeuner avec le bruit qui va avec … etc… ce sont des accumulations de petites choses qui viennent gâcher cet endroit qui est pourtant grand, pas cher, et très bien situé. Des rénovations simples changeraient tout! C’est quand même un 4etoiles et pour moi cela ne les vaut pas. Vraiment dommage

- Mai (5/5): 立地の良さだけが良かった。 - ロケーションが何よりも良かったです。タオルウォーマーもすごく良かったです。キッチン付きなのも良かった。 洗面台の排水がすぐ詰まるので不快でした。ドライヤーを使っていると高温のせいなのか2分しないで止まってしまうのが超絶不便。部屋のライトが暗め。フロントの待合スペースで少し悪臭がしたことがあった。全体的に未修繕の箇所が多かった。
- Caroline (5/5): Wouldn't recommend, other than the location. - The location is excellent, very close to shops, restaurants, cafes and the metro is just around the corner. The staff were very pleasant. The room smelt terrible, especially the toilet which stank of urine the whole time. The coffee and tea was not replenished daily, even though we requested this at reception. The place is old and run down. Overall it is an adequate room but not comfortable and also very noisy with street noise all night long. It was difficult to sleep.

In una delle due camere era presente un fastidioso odore di fogna proveniente dal bagno, che non scaricava correttamente. Il service room non ha funzionato adeguatamente: rifacevano solo il letto, senza pulire il pavimento e sostituire le asciugamani messe dentro la vasca. Inoltre ho dimenticato nel frigorifero due colliri al checkout i (medicinali) e sono stati buttati nella spazzatura; nonostante avessi chiamato al telefono 1 ora dopo il check out (fatto alle 9) per avvisare di recuperare i colliri, quando poi sono passato in hotel ho dovuto spiegare nuovamente tutto per non trovare le mie medicine poiché buttate nella spazzatura. Colazione stressante: la mattina è delicata, e la colazione dovrebbe essere un pasto fatto in un ambiente tranquillo e confortevole, purtroppo la persona presente nella zona dedicata alla colazione era molto stressante e poco ospitale

- Prathima (8/5): Best thing is the location. - Beat Location : I will come back to this hotel for the location. It’s nice room is nice and not bad as I was out the whole time , safe and the staff was super nice . The staff was very friendly and helpful . Made my stay helpful . I booked studio and 2 bedroom apartment as I travel w my family . The 2 bedroom apartment was gorgeous. Studio was a bit smelly but I carried room spray so it was not a problem. Please go ahead and stay in this place.

La chambre est vétuste, tout est à refaire. Mais le plus grave : des inconnus sont entrés dans notre chambre à 3h du matin. Inadmissible. Le lendemain, aucune excuse à la réception. Aucune réaction. Comme si c’était normal. À ce niveau-là, ce n’est pas un hôtel, c’est un danger. À fuir absolument.

- Maxime (2/5): Scandaleux - L'endroit seulement le quartier tres animé 4 étoiles qui vaut meme pas un 3 étoiles, les meubles étaient sales, il y a des traces d'humidité et de la moisissure partout, les bouches de vmc font peur et vu qu'il était impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtre (sans parler de la vue horrible) j'avais l'impression d'être dans un bunker, les rideaux arraché, la douche sans bac et sans rideau sans paroi rien donc en prenant la douche il y avait de l'eau jusque dans la chambre, le frigo en mauvais état, et le siphon douche qui évacue très peu l'eau ca doit etre bouché... bref payé 160 euros la nuit pour une chambre aussi horrible et aussi sale et aussi peu entretenue c'est une honte !!!! Jai dormi dans des 3 étoile qui sont beaucoup plus propre et soigné que cet hotel

Alles alt. Betten sind unbequem Kein richtiges Fenster im hinteren Zimmern, Wenn man über 1,75 cm ist, hat man Schwierigkeiten beim duschen oder muss man mit einem Hand den Duschkopf halten. Keinen Duschvorhang oder Ähnliches , komplettes Badezimmer wird nass beim duschen

La propreté de la chambre, le petit déjeuner moyen pour le prix, le dérangement à plusieurs reprises le matin du départ par la femme de ménage qui avait hâte que nous partions. Nous sommes pourtant partis avant l’heure limite.

- Emma (7/5): Great location and would use again. - Location excellent. Very spacious. Luggage storage good. Cracked wine glass. Broken bottle opener. Unable to have a bath as the plug mechanism was broken and was not fixed despite numerous requests. Staff a little brusque.

The aparthotel was in a side road right by Metro St Lazare, Printemps dept store and Galleries lafayette. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. There were free snacks that were provided which were enjoyable. The room was decorated in a Parisien style and was cozy with modern fixtures such as aircon and CD players. Kitchenette was well equipped for basic catering with a hob and microwave, etc. Lots of space to store luggage or coats with wardrobes. Large windows allowing plenty of light. Bedside charging area and reading lights, and well layed-out for a slightly limited space. Monoprix is a stone-throw away, ideal for grocery shopping. Overall, a pleasant stay and would book again. Would recommend to anyone who likes the central city life! The cleanliness was not particularly up to standard. The cleaning staff could have been more attentive with certain things, eg: the bathroom floor was covered in hair and the sink seemed a bit dirty upon arrival. The bin had not been emptied with the previous person's rubbish inside. Mid-stay, the maid appeared to have forgotten to finish making the bed, as the pillows were scattered. The fridge was also not very cold. The sofa bed was hard and noisy, with the metal bar beneath making a clanging sound. Asked for a mattress topper and did not recieve one. The complimentary soft drinks that were promised/advertised were not present during our stay. There was also a TV but no remote. The sofa was dusty - because it was navy, it made the dust extra visible. Bathroom lacks shelving making it awkward for families with lots of toiletries. These are only minor details however easily noticeable. The drainage smell in the bathroom was unpleasant, particularly after several hours of not being used, but may just be a central Paris issue. Majority of the stay was quiet but there were a few noises heard, such as in the hallways and outside. The only major concern was the cleaning, other than that, you can't really fault the rooms!

- antonello (7/5): Ottima posizione - La posizione molto comoda, in un quartiere pieno di negozi e ristoranti, con tante linee di metro dispobili e collegamento diretto con l'aeroporto di Orly ( 25 min). Il personale molto gentile e disponibile La camera avrebbe bisogno di maggiore manutenzione, il letti non molto comodo e il wifi con molte disconnessioni
