Toilet room ventilation wasn't great or didn't exist at all. The unit smelled like urine, especially in one of the bedrooms. Eventually the smell cleared out, except for the one bedroom.

Everything in the room was yellow, stained with years of cigarette smoke. It smelled like cigarettes to a choking point. Incredible disgusting. The wi fi was slow and pretty much useless.

- Amanda (8/5): we had a great stay - great rooms, space was very good for 4 people - specially since we were among friends and not family, having separate rooms helped a lot! there being only one elevator was a bit limiting, we were on the last floor so there was always a bit of a wait to leave / get to the room also, location was okay - there are more interesting locations in Osaka, but it was easy to go around by public transportation and get wherever we wanted to go - for the price we payed, we felt it was a good deal

- Donna (9/5): I love my time here. We will be back even with the extra tax. - I love staying at this motel. The staff are super friendly and the location is perfect for me. The mattress was a little firm for my liking. If you stay in one of the apartments for an extended stay, you will have to pay extra tax for being over a certain amount per person per night. Our extra tax was ¥200 per person x 3 per night x 20. It adds a bit extra to your bill if you are not expecting it.

- DEEPANCHAKRAVARTHI (8/5): - The location and facilities were good. The room is big enough for a couple to stay comfortably Though I asked for a non-smoking room, I saw a cigarette bud on the balcony. And we could hear from next door neighbors at late night.

- Mariko (7/5): 値段相応でした。 - 電子レンジがあったので助かりました。駅からも近いし値段もお手頃で良かったです。 良くも悪くも普通のマンションをそのままホテルにしているので、ホテル感は無いです。テーブルやレンジがあるのは便利だけど給湯器やコンロが「ある」けど使わない（使えない）からてっきはしてほしい。お湯の調節もわからなかった。冷蔵庫の奥に前の人のレシートが残ってたので清掃をもう少し丁寧にしてもらえたら嬉しいです。 今はホテルが高いので、3人でリーズナブルに泊まれたので細かい所を除けば便利で良かったです。

- Alex (10/5): - The size of the room was great. We loved the older Japanese room aesthetic. The Semba shopping center was not too far away either. The beds were more comfortable than expected.

- Laura (7/5): - Very friendly staff, the room is really big and has a kitchen, which is very convenient. Good location, well-connected. It only has one lift. There's a firefighter station nearby and we could hear their sirens in the middle of the night.

- JUNKO (10/5): - 5人で泊まれる部屋がなかなかなくて困っていたのですが、ここはベッドと畳合わせて5人で泊まれることが出来て最高でした。 部屋も広く水周りも清潔。何よりフロントにスタッフがいてくれるのがとても安心でした。 アメニティも充実しており駅からも近く、値段もお得でまた利用したいです。

Ubicació lluny del centre i de l’estacio central. Encara que esta aprop del Castell. Barri en què esta situat no molt maco. El llit podria ser mes gran, i mes confortable. És un edifici vell.

- Tereza (8/5): - Ubytování, které nabízelo i kuchyňku a pračku na vyprání. Personál byl velice přátelský, je možnost prádelny, neomezených kosmetických věcí (hřebe, krémy, kartáček na zuby atd.). Hromadná doprava za rohem včetně obchodů a zajímavých míst k prozkoumávání. Pokoj byl dost tmavý, byl do vnitrobloku a dost byl ruch z ulice, jelikož je poblíž hasičská služebna.

- Lauren (8/5): Great value for money - Really good value for money - got a whole apartment for only slightly more than a bed in a hostel. Bed was very comfy. Single elevator for the building meant sometimes going up or down took a while, and I was on the 10th floor so wasn't going to use the stairs. Location is ok but not the best, had to do a lot of train transfers to get places. But on the flip side getting to Osaka Castle is very easy.
