• Christos Loizou (8/5): Overall our stay was very good. Remarks to the kind and welcome staff! - Excellent staff, very friendly reception. Excellent location, in the city center, walking distance from Tram and Subway stations, near to many restaurants, bars and sightseeings. Clean rooms and with enough space for a couple with a 3-year old. Breakfast was adequate but could have a little bit more variety. Unfortunately, the hotel has only one small elevator which fits 3 persons max inside. This creates a problem with luggage and long waiting times during peak hours (breakfast time etc). I understand that this is difficult to change in the future but it's necessary for the hotel as it has 8 floors and ~5 rooms per floor. Matresses were really soft and difficult to sleep comfortably in. Breakfast area was not big enough and at around 8am it was crowded, someone staying there might have to wait to get seated.

Il personale è gentile sia in reception che il supporto alla colazione L'hotel è ormai datato, alcune rifiniture sono rovinate e le stanze piccole, a mio modo di vedere, anche per un 3 stelle. Il bagno particolarmente piccolo e poco funzionale.

• elena (9/5): - Lo staff è sempre stato educato, gentile e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno. La reception è aperta 24 ore su 24 e tutte le persone che abbiamo incontrato sono state cordiali e pronte ad aiutare. Ci hanno fatto entrare in camera prima dell’orario previsto per il check-in perché era già pronta e, dopo il check-out, ci hanno permesso di lasciare i bagagli in reception senza alcun costo aggiuntivo. La sala colazione è piccola ma ben organizzata. La signora che si occupa della colazione è molto disponibile e, al primo giorno, spiega agli ospiti cosa è presente sul buffet. La camera era piccola ma pulita e aveva tutto il necessario; ho apprezzato molto anche la presenza delle ciabatte. La posizione dell’hotel è ottima, comoda sia per la metro sia per passeggiare e trovare ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Nonostante la zona centrale, le camere sono silenziose. Abbiamo soggiornato all’ottavo piano e dalla nostra camera si poteva persino vedere l’Acropoli, cosa che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Migliorabile il Phon e, eventualmente, ammodernare bagni e moquette nei corridoi

• emmanouil (10/5): - Αν και ο χωρος του πρωινου του καταλυματος ειναι σχετικα μικρος & οσον αφορα αυτα που διαθετει, θα μπορουσε να εχει μεγαλυτερη ποικιλια , & ποσοτητα, παρολα αυτα η εξυπηρετηση απο την κυρια που ειναι υπευθυνη στο πρωινο ηταν σουπερ, στα ορια που σε σκλαβωνει !-Επισης ο κυριος Μιχαλης (αν δεν κανω λαθος στο ονομα) ο πρωινος στην reception, ηταν πολυ εξυπηρετικος & ευγενικος!-Παντως με βαση την τοποθεσια ,(Συνταγμα) τις παροχες & τιμη το ξενοδοχειο ειναι πολυ καλη επιλογη! -

• Beatrice (6/5): - La posizione è davvero ottima, si può raggiungere letteralmente tutto con massimo 15 minuti e venendo dall’aeroporto in 5 minuti sei all’hotel. La stanza ha delle tende che oscurano bene il sole, è dotata di smart tv e ferro da stiro. Lo staff è molto gentile e la colazione direi discreta, minimal ma sufficiente. Di sicuro non è un 3 stelle per come le consideriamo noi, forse in Italia questo sarebbe considerato un 2 stelle ma per il prezzo speso, se non avete problemi di sonno o siete abituati a usare i tappi, lo consiglierei per la posizione ottima e la cordialità dello staff. La cosa più grave è la più completa assenza di insonorizzazione delle stanze, letteralmente sentivamo le persone bisbigliare, i passi fuori dalla camera, per non parlare ovviamente dei rumori più forti come l’aspirapolvere la mattina, i phon delle persone che si fanno la doccia la sera una volta tornati in camera, le macchine che passano (essendo in una posizione molto centrale la strada sotto è molto trafficata), insomma, per me con il sonno disturbato già di mio è stato un vero disagio. Le stanze sono evidentemente datate, il bagno davvero molto piccolo e i due letti singoli invece che il letto matrimoniale sono ovviamente scomodi.

• Gabriella (8/5): Több éve itt szállok meg, - ár-érték arányban teljesen jó. - A reggeli továbbra is kiváló, bőséges. A fürdőszobában most is volt pipereholmi, hajszárító, vendégpapucs. Most is minden nap takarítottak. Az elhelyezkedés kiváló, minden elérhető gyalog, ami fontos látnivaló. Reggeli időben a takarítók foglalják azt az egy aprócska liftet, ami így is kevés a vendégeknek. 10 óra után kellene elkezdeniük a takarítást. A felvonó akkora, amekkora, nincs hely nagyobbnak, de az rendkívül idegesítő, hogy nem gyűjtőprogramos. Ha a hetediken meghívod a liftet, akkor álldogállhatsz egy darabig, mert hiába utánad nyomták a gombot a hatodikon, mivel az van lejjebb, ott fog először megállni. Ezután megy hozzád, de akkor már nincs helyed... A reggeliző helyiség is szűkös ennyi vendégre, ráadásul egy fő szolgál ki mindenkit, így, ha sokan vannak, úszik a munkában, nincs kés, pohár, csésze, stb. Bővíteni nem lehet, így a logisztikán kellene javítani, vagy kisebb székeket venni, így több asztal is elférne. De ez csak "kötözködés" a részemről, mert szeretem ezt a szállodát, visszajáró vagyok.
