One of the staff came into the dining room and yelled that everyone needed to move right now to the upstairs dining room that he had another group coming in. Hurry! Hurry! I was finished anyway and tired after the walking I had done that day. I didn't want to go upstairs just to pay my bill. Walking is painful for me and stairs are difficult. He insisted that I go upstairs now and pay there. I refused and sat down until they brought my bill and I paid it; during which time only enough people for two tables came in. I didn't appreciate being yelled at!

Petra (9/5): Nice hotel with beautiful rooftop view - Delicious breakfast with beautiful rooftop view. The cleaning lady was very kind. Perfect location just 5 minutes walk to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and tram station. Clean rooms. There was tea and some sweets at the reception during the day available for guests which was nice. I stayed in this hotel for the 2nd time which was not really acknowledged or appreciated by the staff (in fact it was ignored). Also the room was very small.

Mi s-a facut un upgrade gratuit al camerei, lucru care m-a bucurat foarte mult. Personalul este foarte amabil și gata să îți satisfacă cea mai mică dorință, ceea ce a făcut ca sejurul nostru să fie deosebit. Recomand acest hotel, în care voi reveni cu plăcere de câte ori voi avea posibilitatea! -

Sven (9/5): - Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral für Ausflüge zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal war sehr nett, der Transfer vom Flughafen hat perfekt geklappt und auch vom Frühstücksbuffet sind wir immer satt aufgestanden. Eigentlich habe ich nur eine Kleinigkeit. Die Handwaschseife wurde über mehrete Tage nicht aufgefüllt.

Нам достался номер, выходящий на соседнюю стену и на все работающие системы кондиционирования отеля. Спать невозможно. Очень шумно.И судя по расположению номеров на этажах таких номеров большинство. Не выспались.

Safe, centrally-located. - Central location for mom/daughter to explore Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, etc. Felt safe walking everywhere, even at night. Multiple restaurants and stores nearby. In-house spa facilities reasonably priced. Helpful staff and beautiful rooftop restaurant with views of Blue Mosque. Included breakfast had many choices, even for my vegetarian daughter. Grab dinner/drink at night to enjoy the views.

Ekaterina (10/5): Hotel with an amazing location and breathtaking view from the roof terrace. - Where do I start? Location is amazing - very close to many touristic spots which you will enjoy. It's very close to the public transport - which makes it easier to travel around the city. I would say this hotel has 3 treasures: location, the view from the roof terrace (believe me, it's amazing) and the people who are working there (all from the cleaning, restaurant and especially reception). We felt welcome every day, and I want to thank the reception for all your help and advice. You all made our stay in Istanbul unforgettable. The only thing I can mention it's a bit poor noise isolation in the rooms - so you can hear pretty much everything in the next door room.

James (1/5): Nice hotel……..staff extremely rude & treat you with lack of respect & honesty…….awful experience - Hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean, rooms are excellent & it’s in a great location The staff were extremely rude, no manners & a complete lack of honesty & respect. I paid for the hotel before I arrived. On arrival I was told I had not paid for the hotel, after a 10 minute conversation the payment I had made had gone onto another system when they checked & they confirmed they had received payment from me. On checking out the lady at reception advised me I had not paid for the hotel again, I said I had & id had the same conversation with her colleague when I arrived & they could see I had paid. I had the proofs of payment, showed them receipts & my bank account showing them this but still they would not accept I had paid for the room. I was treated with complete lack of respect & was absolutely disgusted by the treatment I received as a paying guest. I was basically told I could not leave the hotel until I paid again. As I had an uber booked & a flight to catch I could not waste any more time so ended up having to pay again. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel, would definitely not stay here again

Hotel zapewnia niezapomniane wrażenia z tarasu zewnętrznego jak i z restauracji. Lokalizacja idealna, blisko spacerem do wszystkich atrakcji na Sultanahmet. Bardzo podoba mi się ich podejście do kotów, że o nie dbają. Sama mam kota i zrobiło to na mnie bardzo pozytywne wrażenie.Obsługa miła i pomocna. Byliśmy w styczniu i dla mnie było za ciepło w pokoju, nie mogliśmy zmniejszyć temperatury na kontrolerze, ale wiadomo, że każdy lubi inną temperaturę. Radziliśmy sobie otwartym oknem. Poza tym hotel jest bardzo czysty, uprzejma obsługa na każdym poziomie obsługi.

Everything went smoothly, and the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. From the beginning, all arrangements were handled perfectly, including taxi coordination and our early check-in request. Communication was excellent in all areas. Especially for tours, the spa, and general hotel needs, which made everything very easy and stress-free. The breakfast restaurant had a beautiful view, and the hotel’s location was perfect. On our last day, we had very early flights and couldn’t make it to breakfast, but the hotel thoughtfully prepared breakfast boxes for us in advance, which we really appreciated. A special thank you to Cafer for his amazing communication and support during our stay, though all the staff were wonderful. Gary (7/5): Lovely hotel in a great location with helpful staff. - Overall a great modern hotel situated in the heart of Sultanahmet. The staff were really helpful when needed & the rooms were kept really clean. The rooftop bar & restaurant is also a great option for an evening drink with stunning views of the Blue Mosque & the Istanbul skyline The bed & pillows were not to our liking, but always the risk you take staying in a hotel. The bed was very hard, however rather than have the hassle of moving rooms, we put 2 extra duvets underneath the sheet to soften it slightly.

Olivia (8/5): Great location and comfort to experience all Istanbul has to offer! - Location was spectacular! Thoroughly enjoyed the hamam that was super convient since it was also in the hotel. The view from the restaurant was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. Has everything you need for a stay in Istanbul that’s comfortable and close to all the main attractions Breakfast options were somewhat limited, and could’ve included more traditional Turkish options for guests to try. Small things like spoons were missing from the rooms which made it hard to take advantage of all the amenities.

javier (6/5): Good location, good value, not a 4 star hotel. - Location is really good, right in the middle of the old city. Property is clean, The hotel is ok, I don’t think this is a 4 star hotel, maybe a 3 , rooms for 3 people at definitely not big enough. And facilities are fine but not for a 4 star hotel.

Haziqah (8/5): - Absolutely love the location which is near the Sultanahmet station and walking to the hotel is mostly flat roads which made it easier. Staffs were great and was always welcoming - even assisting with bookings of trips. Enjoyed the breakfast spread too!
