• Maria Navarrete (8/5): - Tubimos problemas con las amenities, no había gel para manos ni crema corporal. Las botellas de agua de cortesía fueron imposibles de abrir. Desayuno muy bien balanceado. El barrio seguro y bien comunicado con medios de transporte publico.
• Tania Seminario (8/5): Buena estadía en centro de Bariloche - Habitaciones muy espaciosas y cómodas con mobiliario ideal para maletas y demás. La cama podría ser mas cómoda. El personal excelente, el hotel estaba en remodelacion pero esto no afecta la estancia de los huéspedes. En general muy bien si quieres estar en el centro de Bariloche. De hecho es un punto de recogida de muchas excursiones.

• Cecile (8/5): Centrally located hotel. - It’s in the city center so it’s close to shops and restaurants. Also tours pick up from this hotel. They provided bottled water and a magnifying mirror which wasn’t offered in Puerto Iguazu and Buenos Aires hotels in which we stayed. There was renovation in the lobby when we were there so it was dusty and noisy. Also the window in our room opened by itself in the middle of the night since it was windy and it was hard to lock.

• carolina (1/5): Hotel viejo , incómodo , almohadas con bolas de la a antiguas y las empleadas altaneras ( se creen las dueñas y son rec - Nada , no lo recomiendo , no tiene buena vista , está en el centro pero está viejo , mal mantenido , el Parking es carísimo ( 30 usd por noche ) y además my pequeños los espacios y las almohadas incómodas al igual que las camas , no hay plancha , la silla del escritorio regular e incómoda para trabajar , y además no tiene aire acondicionado 🤪 , el wifi no funciona bien , el personal cree que es el dueño , no aceptan el feedback y te alegan , sobre todo las mujeres . • Acely (9/5): Excelente estancia en una ciudad de espectacular belleza - Excelente lugar. Desde que entras hay un aroma agradable. El diseño de las habitaciones pensado y comodo. Buenas sabanas y toallas. Excelente y completo desayuno. Hay leche sin lactosa lo cual es un milagro de encontrar en Argentina. Jugos, frutas, huevos al gusto. La comida del hotel es superior. Una sopa de auyama excelente, canelones de ricotta, pechuga de pollo con papas rusticas. Mejores que restaurantes afuera. Si puedo agregar sobre Bariloche es que el mejor cafe tipo cortado fue en Rapanui, una milanesa que da para 4 cuando dice para dos en la Parrilla de Julian y que hay una sopa de cebolla espectacular en La Marmite Pagamos por una habitacion superior con vista al lago (poca vista en un piso 2) y resulta que como dan a la calle se escucha el ruido. Ruido extremo de gente que anda de fiesta a las 3-4-5 de la madrugada. Ruido de autobuses y carros de madrugada. No vale la pena pagar mas. Es mejor las estandar que dan hacia atras. Esa primera noche pregunté si podia cambiar a una mas sencilla y que la diferencia de precio la cargaran al desayuno pero nunca me respondieron
• GEORGES (7/5): Cher pour le rapport qualité prix - L'isolation phonique est plus que perfectible, il y a eu un bruit très important la nuit du 3 au 4, c'est vrai qu'il y avait tellement de monde. C'est un hôtel qui mérite un fameux rajeunissement .

• Annelie (3/5): Utsikt över betongvägg och äcklig säng. - Centralt läge. Vi fick ett rum med utsikt över en betongvägg (ca 50 cm mellan fönster och vägg). Badrummet mycket litet och utan bidé. Möblerna och dörrarna gamla och slitna. Det äckligaste var hur man bäddat sängen. Bara ett lakan, inget skydd eller bäddmadrass direkt på den gamla madrassen. Så snuskigt! Den var stenhård dessutom. Otroligt lyhört. Pappersväggar och pappersdörrar. Mörkt och trist. Samtidigt svindyrt och falska bilder på nätet. Undvik!!!
• Ian (10/5): - Absolutely gorgeous building. Wood all around, so cozy and warm in every space. The bartending staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, even showing up right at last call. The reception staff made sure to take care of all of our needs. The heated pool with views of the lake were divine. If you book a lake view suite you will NOT be disappointed! Excellent location near the civic center and major bus lines, and close to the start of avenida Bustillo so that you can start your magical drive into Circuito Chico. Would book it again every time!

• Anton (4/5): Good staff, but the hotel itself feels low quality and not worth the price - The staff were friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the price. The pool - one of the main reasons we booked, was not working for the first two days due to maintenance, with no prior notice. The room key system was unreliable, with only one of the two keys working consistently. The mattresses and synthetic duvets were very low quality and uncomfortable. In the bathroom, the soap/gel holder was broken and coming off the wall, and the soap dispensers were difficult to use. Overall, many details felt cheap and poorly maintained, giving the impression of cost-cutting rather than proper hospitality.

Tuve problemas con el agua caliente, fueron dos veces a repararla pero no se solucionó, ninguna compensación por esa molestia La piscina no estaba funcionando, te daban un vale para ir a un hotel a dos cuadras, fuimos una vez pero no es lo mismo que tener pile en el hotel, ingomodos los traslsdos con el pelo mojado y bolsos La única noche que prendieron los radiadores hicieron tanto ruido que no se podía dormir, solo me ofrecieron disculpas . Ponían voluntad pero las soluciones no llegaron y no ofrecieron compensación

The breakfast had a huge variety of items to choose from. Great location close to Main Street and restaurants. Very recommendable hotel for Bariloche.

• Travellinstyle (10/5): Fabulous Hotel - Absolutely loved Bariloche hits beautiful and full of shops, great bars and restaurants. The Edelweiss is in a great position on the edge of town (its not on the Lake itself but very close). Unfortunately we didn't have a lake view but we went up to the pool and not one there. The pool was very cold but it didn't bother us and we had it to ourselves. The breakfast was great and the staff very pleasant and friendly.

• isabellekane2000 (10/5): A great place to stay in Bariloche! - We had a wonderful stay at an excellent hotel. The stuff is wonderful, very kind and extremely helpful, particularly the front desk. The rooms was clean and had a wonderful lake view. We could walk to the city center and to several restaurants in the area. We enjoyed every minute!

• Nicolau (8/5): Um ótimo Hotel bem no Centro de Bariloche - Localização maravilhosa,café da manhã muito bom(com muitas frutas e bem farto);funcionarios bem gentis e prestativos;ambientes amplos e uma piscina aquecida e de bom tamanho p/um Hotel. Tem um BALCÃO de TURISMO q facilita muito a compra dos passeios,o q é muito pratico. Compramos 2 passeios,q foram muito bons e organizados. Nada a comentar.
