The property had small parking spots for longer vehicles like vans and trucks. It also had a very strong smell of marijuana in the lobby and elevator area.

- Mark (10/5): Great place to stay for universal studios! - Hotel about 10–15min from universal studios depending on traffic. Breakfast was great and room was clean. Paying $19 per day for parking. Parking is Tatum style. If you park behind someone, you have to leave your keys. We didn’t need to leave or keys since there was plenty of parking below. There is only one elevator.

- Dulce (8/5): Le doy un 8 de 10 - El servicio de limpieza estuvo excellente La habitacion donde se me alojo no me gusto mucho porque estuvo enfrente de la calle principal y fue ruidoso escuchar los carros tempranamente, Somos una familia de 4 y no contaba con una extra cobija en el closet, el microwave no servia adecuadamente mis hijos querian hacer palomitas y no resultaron bien , cuando llegamos en el baño solo habia un poco de papel higienico y por ultimo la calidad del del desayuno era muy baja. Lo unico que lo hizo mejor fue la limpieza del cuarto aunque halla sido un alojamiento de dos dias las housekeepers limpiaron el cuarto y eso fue agradable.El precio era razanoble por la publication👍

- Kristy (6/5): Beds were excellent. - The room was very clean and the beds were super comfy. Coming off an international flight, this was most appreciated! The curtains were merely dummy curtains and so it there’s no way to block out morning light or street lights when sleeping. We travelled with a child and so being able to make the room dark to encourage sleep is a must. The plug didn’t work in the bathtub and we had to keep refilling it. The sink on the basin didn’t drain very well.

- Michael (2/5): Rude Awakeningp - We were sound asleep in our comfy bed after a long day at Universal Studios on 12/4/25. The room was clean, and dark, and quiet. Then a pounding sounded over and over on our door. I rush to the door, hoping the pounding does not wake up my three sleeping children. It's 5:30am in the morning. It's a man in a hoodie asking me if my car was blocking someone and then he asked me to move my car. I say, "The front desk has my car key." He said, "I am the front desk." I ask about the license plate, since we were the only ones from that state. But he had told my husband to come with him, and walked away down the hall. My husband goes with him to the parking lot. He asks my husband to pull his car forward. My husband says "We can't. We're behind a van." And the front desk still insisted he move his car. So my husband did. To an empty space... Nobody was down there trying to leave. Was this necessary to do at 5:30 in the morning? We never could fall back to sleep. We won't stay here again. The parking is a huge problem. They could fix it by having everyone's keys, and taking plate numbers. But this service was so unacceptable. Be very wary staying here if you are parking at car.
