- Zuzanka (4/5): - Objednala jsem si hotel se snídaní a snídaně nám nebyly poskytnuty z důvodu uzavření restaurace. Hotel se nachází v oblasti, kde je na ulicích veliký nepořádek a okolí je velmi rušné.
- Pawel (8/5): Pobyt był bardzo udany. Dodam, że obsługa hotelowa jest bardzo pomocna i uprzejma. Kolejnym razem wybrałbym ten sam hote - Lokalizacja oraz standard pokoju. Dokładnie przy fasadzie budynku jest stacja metra, a w większość miejsc na Dolnym Manhattanie można dojść piechotą w około 30 minut. Pokoje są sprzątane codziennie. Jest bardzo czysto. Brak śniadania. Śniadanie wliczone w cenę było zaoferowane w serwisie booking.com zgodnie z poziomem Genius. Hotel jednak nie prowadzi restauracji i jest to faktycznie zaznaczone na ich stronie internetowej. Booking powinien uaktualnić swoje informacje. Tym niemniej hotel zapewnia rano kawę i herbatę w lobby oraz są one dostępne w pokoju.

El baño tenía todo lo necesario para tener una estadía muy buena y a gusto. El personal fue muy amable y en todo momento nos asistió con lo que necesitábamos. Todo se encontraba en buenas condiciones de limpieza. Tiene una línea de subte en la puerta del hotel, lo que facilitó nuestros traslados por la ciudad. Sin duda me volvería a alojar acá!

- Yngrid (5/5): Don’t recommend - but its close to the metro and good size rooms - The size of the room and the location close to the metro It’s a quite old hotel, the staff charged the deposit fee as the total amount of the stay that was already paid, I had to notice this and ask for the correction to the front desk and it took forever to be reimbursed. The breakfast is not a hotel breakfast, you have some options and can order only 1 of each.. not even have a normal scramble eggs with bacon. There’s only one girl getting you to the seat, getting your order and your food. The toilet clogged by itself in the middle of the night, good it didn’t happened when we were using it, otherwise would be a bigger mess…
- John and Sara (5/5): Saving isn't always worth it. - The location is good, however, when we checked in the hotel was in the process of changing over from a Hilton to this AMTD hotel. The staff was not fully sure of breakfast (no longer included and not sure there would be a breakfast) and we had to check in each morning to get a voucher. Bed was very firm and room was small. Bed was very firm and room was small. Also, coffee in the lobby was only out until 10 am, no time for second cup. Ice was only on floor 5 (though the sign stated it was also on 4). Lots of noise and bustle due to all the changes to the new hotel. Also, pretty sure there was mold in the A/C as my husband's allergies went through the roof each night in the room, but not during the day when we were out of the room (he is highly allergic to mold). And, the safe in the closet was not able to be opened fully (not usable), shoe rack shoved in the closet also not usable, and had we had any long suits/dresses we could not have hung them up due to the shoe rack. TV Guide on TV did not match up with the channels that were available either.

Food quality barely eatable, hall looks like a deserted factory cantina, repetitive Spanish soundtrack, no teaspoons to mix sugar in drinks or to eat the yogurt, just large soupspoons. Valentines weekend pricing above $400 per room per night and the hotel seemed half empty.

En ese sentido el hotel vale mucho la pena. Tenes el subte a 10 metros de la entrada del hotel. Muy cómodo. Lo que decepciona mucho en principio es el desayuno, muy escaso y acotado. Es a la carta, por lo que tenes q elegir entre 4 cosas, de las cuales aveces alguna no había o le faltaban partes. Muy mal desayuno en comparación a otros Hiltons como el que está cera de Time Square. Si tienen que elegir elijan otro Home2Suites-Hilton. La cadena vale mucho la pena pero este hotel en especifico no. Otro detalle es que la limpieza no es todos los días sino, día por medio y solo funcionaba un solo ascensor.

I had to sleep with it off as it kept waking me up and then the room was freezing. The room felt very tired and needs some updates making. There was only lift in service and it took so long which wasn't ideal on the 6th floor.

- smokeym2026 (2/5): So Cold! - This stay was far more stressful than it should have been. From the moment I stepped outside my room, the entire property felt locked in an intense cold spell. The ground had that unmistakable hardened, glossy look that comes with prolonged freezing temperatures, making every step feel uncertain and risky. Moving around the hotel required slow, careful movements, as if the surface might betray you at any moment. Walkways and stairs looked deceptively normal at first, but the moment you stepped on them, it was clear how slick and unforgiving they were. The cold had clearly taken over, and nothing seemed to have been done to counteract it.

- Matthew (6/5): A good property with a great location and clean rooms, but issues with in-room dining and lift availability negatively a - The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, including the bathrooms. The location is excellent and felt very safe. It is about a 10 to 15 minute walk from Soho, which made it convenient for getting around. Overall, the property itself is well kept and pleasant to stay in. There were two issues during my stay. First, the in-room dining experience was very disappointing. The room advertised in-room dining with Hilton branding, showing that it was available until 11:00 p.m. At 10:30 p.m., I placed and paid for an order through my phone. The order later showed “out for delivery,” but it never arrived. When we contacted the front desk, we were told it was handled by a third party and that they could not help, which was frustrating given that it was advertised as a Hilton service. The next morning, I received a message saying the food had been delivered when it had not, and it took several hours of contacting customer service to resolve the issue. The second issue was that only one lift was working, which caused long waits and was quite inconvenient. Another guest waiting with me also expressed the same concern.

Only one elevator, which caused crowds in the lobby, and had difficulties with extending a stay, so I gave up.
- Marion (8/5): A good hotel in a great location! - Good location, and a comfortable room. The hotel staff was really helpful and responsive. The room is big enough and the beds are comfortable, the bathroom is functional and the morning coffee/tea at the reception is highly appreciated. Location-wise, you will be very close to Soho and the southern tip of Manhattan, it is easy to travel anywhere (especially with the metro station right outside of the hotel). Would recommend! We had a couple towels missing, and an issue with one of the room service providers. The hotel staff was friendly and helped us out with it, one of the managers was extremely responsive.

- JeremyBStevens (10/5): Excellent property very close to all of the shopping of Soho and Tribeca. - We enjoyed this property for 3 nights before moving to Midtown for a few nights. The best thing about this hotel was the location. Its phenomenal. This property is steps away from all of the shopping of Soho and has a Subway station a few feet from the main entrance. The hotel has a small Lobby with a small store for drinks and snacks. The rooms are not huge including the room with two Queen beds. This is typical for anywhere in Manhattan. That said, we managed with a family of Four. Los Tacos No. 1, Lucia’s Pizza of Soho, and Bubby’s (Breakfast) are all awesome dining options steps from the lobby.

The staff was not helpful at check out with my car that was valet and it was blocked on the hotels loading zone. The lady she just said i can help you and walked away without caring to assist.

Upon searching, staff told me they didn’t find any, and did a deep cleaning. No bites that night. Also, the breakfast options included in the price are very meagre.

- minna (6/5): - Stayed here for two weeks on a group work trip. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and convenient for our needs. Only downside was that the elevators were very slow (only one working at the time), so I ended up taking the stairs most days. On my last couple of nights, new guests checked in and the entire floor smelled strongly of cigarette smoke — it was clear the guests were actively smoking at the time, and the smell even lingered into my room. I called reception, and thankfully they addressed it quickly. Still, disappointing to come back to that after such a nice two-week stay. - 397TrishA (8/5): Two different experiences - I booked this hotel for two different nights. I had two different experiences. First night I was on the 2nd floor facing York St-no issues. Second night I was in the 5th floor facing York St. I kept checking to see if the windows were closed because the street noise was so bad. About 12:45am the garbage trucks started and that went on for about 20 minutes. Four am I could hear people on the sidewalk talking. Didn't get much sleep that night

- Eric (10/5): Great hotel by NYC standards - Fully satisfied with this hotel. Room is large by Manhattan standards with two separate beds, plenty of floor space and a full bathroom (full shower tub and sink/counter area). Location is great, the A/C/E subway is literally right outside the front door, and not right in the middle of too much action so it's actually pretty quiet at night. Canal Street is right there for food and amenities anytime. The front desk was helpful and they stowed our bags after we checked out since our flight didn't leave until later.

- Voyage203912 (2/5): Not able to check in so can’t comment on rooms but horrible customer service - Booked this hotel through a third party booking site for a stay for the Ryder Cup, arrived at 6pm to be told the reservation had been cancelled by Hilton two weeks after I made the booking. I understand that problems with bookings occur and that the hotel could not check us in due to being fully booked. My review is based on the poor customer service at the front desk who delivered this information with no empathy or sympathy whatsoever. Every request for assistance was met with a “no” or an eye roll and a huff (even when I asked to borrow a pen). We were left with nowhere to stay on a busy weekend and got no help, they refused every request to provide us with evidence of the cancellation so we could get our money back. Sorted the issue ourselves via Hilton’s customer service line - they booked us into Hilton Garden Inn Midtown Park Ave who were amazing - see separate review

- Matthew (6/5): - Our door had a 1” plus gap at the bottom and a partial gap along the bottom of the vertical edge. It closed and locked. Fortunately there wasn’t much traffic in the hallway.
- Darinda (10/5): - Great location! Felt safe at all times. Walking distance to all Financial district, 9/11 memorial and SoHo, canal street shopping. Subway is located steps from the door WITH an NYPD substation and gets you uptown quick!

- Ailinh (9/5): - Great location. There were multiple mosquitoes in the room which makes no sense because there were no windows open but I had to kill 3 of them. You should fix that.
- Kim (8/5): - Like: location is convenient for public transportation, walking, eating, iconic jazz scenes. Staff are very friendly, professional, and helpful. Dislike: one of two elevators is out of service, ice machine is not operational, loud AC in room, exhaust fan in the bathroom is out of service.
