- Ping-Le (7/5): Basic but convenient location - The location is convenient if you use Munich as a base and do a lot of side trips because it’s only 10 minutes walking to the train/bus station. Our bathroom had leaking showerhead, though it was fixed after reporting to the staff. However, the water pressure wasn’t very good and temperature fluctuate. There is no bathroom amenity kit. Even though the location is very close to the transportation hub, I would not recommend to walk alone in the nearby streets after dark.

Die Umgebung vom Hotel ist leider nicht zu empfehlen

- Rainer-Martin (6/5): Achten Sie auf Ihre Kreditkarte ! - günstige Lage Obwohl die Zimmergebühr bereits im Voraus komplett bezahlt worden war, wurde meine Kreditkarte vom Hotel ab Tag nach dem Einchecken mit rd. 467 € belastet. Nach 2 Tagen wurde die Belastung stillschweigend wieder gestrichen. Auf eine Entschuldigung warte ich bisher vergeblich.

Se agradece que cada día nos pusieran unos bricks de agua. A pesar de que el desayuno estaba bien, creo que podría haber más variedad tanto en salado como en dulce.
- Murat (9/5): - Personel güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, tesiste ödeme seçeneği esneklik sağladı, şehir merkezine ve ana tren istasyonuna yakın olması çocuklu bir aile olarak çok işimize yaradı. Odalarda su ısıtıcı, ikram çay ve su vardı, Mini bar, TV, tesisat vb. hepsi sorunsuz çalıştı kaldığımız sürede. Oda temizliği de iyiydi İlk geldiğimiz gün banyoda bir iki ufak saç tüy vardı ne yazık ki. Bir de odamızda önceki misafirlerden kalan bir çift bot vardı, resepsiyona bildirmemize rağmen alan olmadı. Otel merkezde ancak çevresindeki bazı sokaklar çok tekin gelmedi, bizi pek rahatsız etmedi ama geç saatte orele yürüyerek dönen bazı insanları rahatsız edebilir

- Christa (7/5): Gutes Hotel mit Lage mit typischem Bahnhofscharme - Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet und sauber. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Leider ist die Lage nicht ideal. Das Viertel würde man als Frau am Abend meiden (Rotlicht und Publikum). Der hauseigene Alarm (mehrmals zeitig in der Früh ausgelöst) und die Leute auf der Straße sind auch bei geschlossenen Fenster deutlich hörbar.

The rooms were nice, but nothing special. The bar downstairs was quite pricy, although it had nice service. The bathroom was small and a bit outdated. Corridors smelled strongly of a mix of some cleaning stuff and tobacco smoke. The A/C in the room did not seem to work, so it was quite hot in the room.

- GIOVANNI SULIS (8/5): - Buona posizione a una quindicina di minuti da Marienplatz e a poche centinaia di metri dalla stazione. Camere da letto ampie e ben insonorizzate. Personale adibito al servizio ai piani disponibile ed efficiente. Colazione ottima, varia e abbondante. Qualche problema nell'ottenere del latte caldo (il distributore automatico non lo erogava). Bagno un po' piccolo e privo di bidet. Mancanza di ciabatte di cortesia (ormai in dotazione in tutti i "4 stelle"). Qualche asciugamano in più non guasterebbe. A colazione qualche problema a ottenere del latte caldo (bisognava chiederlo specificamente, non essendo erogabile dal distributore automatico, e una volta non era affatto caldo). Abbiamo usufruito di una cena in albergo, nel corso della quale il personale in servizio è stato poco efficiente (certamente non da albergo a 4 stelle). Cucina chiusa alle 22.00 in punto e senza avvisare gli ospiti, senza neanche la possibilità di avere un dessert

- Eduardo (8/5): - Tolles Hotel und Personal. Grosse und komfortable Zimmer. Gutes Frühstück. Die Lage ist zwar geografisch sehr gut (Nähe Bahnhof und Zentrum) aber die Gegend ist ganz übel. Es fühlt sich so an, als liege das Hotel auf einem anderen Kontinent.. Da kann das Hotel natürlich nichts dafür. Wir würden bei einem nächsten Besuch in München auf keinen Fall wieder dieses Hotel buchen. Wie gesagt nicht wegen dem Hotel, welches wirklich super ist, sondern wegen der Umgebung.
- Gencay (6/5): Kötü - Kahvaltı standarttı Personel genel olarak mutsuz sanırım, herkes zorla işini yapıyor gibi hiç kimse gülümsemiyor, kahvaltıda boş bir tabağı aldırmak için masamızda 3-4 kez ricada bulunduk ve neticede tavırla kaldırdılar. Konum olarak bir çok otel zaten birbirine yakın aynı bölgede bulunuyorlar buranın fiyatına çok daha güzel hizmeti olan oteller mevcut. Odalarda terlik yok ve temizlik berbat bizden önce konaklayan misafirden kalan bir takım kalıntılar odada mevcuttu, camlarda da kocaman el izleri vardı. Girişte depozito alıyorlar. Odalarda İncil mevcut??

- Leanne (5/5): Not satisfied with hotel taking a bond from my account and taking extra charges from my account and - Location Hotel insists on taking a deposit which is immediatley deducted from your bank account but upon releasing it it takes days to be returned. If the money is 'returned' it is back in your account that same day so why can't they 'return' your deposit. They also took two separate amounts from our credit card when they weren't supposed to and one of these is still pending on my account. Not a customer friendly process and I would not recommend this hotel. This didn't just happen to me but to at lest 2 other people that I know off.they need to get a better system. Other hotels will get your credit card number but NOT remove money unless you skip out on your bill. NOT HAPPY

When I lost my camera they went above and beyond to help me. They translated, made calls, helped coordinate transfer of my camera to the hotel, and set up transportation so that I can get it delivered to my home address! With out them I would have lost pictures of all the memories we made.

- Georgia (5/5): Από τις πιο κακές διαμονές μου μέσω booking ! - Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες όσον αφορά τους χώρους και κοντά στο κέντρο Η εξυπηρέτηση στη reception πολύ κακη ..φτάσαμε με μια μέρα καθυστέρηση λόγο ακύρωσης της πτήσης μας (ενημερώσαμε για αυτό ) … το δωμάτιο μας έκαναν check in δεν ήταν τρίκλινο όπως είχαμε ζητήσει στη κράτησή μας … είχε δύο κρεβάτια … δεν το είχαν καν ελέγξει ήδη μια μέρα που το είχαμε πληρώσει και δεν είχαμε μείνει … και αφού τους ενημερώσαμε μας έφεραν ένα ράντζο παιδικών διαστάσεων , ενώ είμασταν τρεις ενήλικες , χωρίς μαξιλάρια , μπουρνούζι και ότι περιλάμβανε η διαμονή ενός ατόμου. Τέλος μας τράβηξαν χωρίς καμία ενημέρωση έξτρα χρήματα από τη κάρτα μας , 50 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση… λέγοντας μας ότι είναι για μια ασφάλεια που χρεώνει το ξενοδοχείο, την οποία θα επιστρέψουν κατά το check out.
