However, I didn’t like the lack of understanding and support from their staff. They didn’t allow me to keep my luggage and pick it up the next day in the morning. I understood their policies but I please asked them to keep my big luggage paying a storage fee because I was going to travel to Pattaya in small van and there will not be enough space. They did not understand me and help me with this special request. I also had another problem when I asked a special confirmation letter.

La limpieza estuvo magnífica, la atención del personal increíble y la app de concierge es algo muy funcional. Las calles alrededor no son las más pintorescas, pero uno se siente seguro. Hay un 7eleven muy cerca y un templo enfrente, muy bien para visitar!!

A Thai friend came to pick me up, but the hotel was reluctant to let him park because he wasn’t a guest. Although they eventually allowed it after I spoke to the staff, the situation caused unnecessary embarrassment. Later, when my friend came to collect his car, staff made him wait and even questioned whether he would return the next day. I understand that hotels want to manage their parking, but the way it was handled felt unfriendly and disrespectful. A more professional and guest-friendly approach would make a big difference. Allowing short-term parking for visitors, especially when they are simply picking up or dropping off a guest, would create a much better impression.”

TheMcGyver (4/5): Sleepless in Bangkok: A Masterclass in Bad Design - If you have ever wondered what it is like to live inside a highway, book this place. The windows are so acoustically useless that you will be serenaded by traffic at 5 a.m. sharp, whether you asked for a wake up call or not. The bathroom is its own comedy act. You cannot turn on the light without flooding the entire room with fluorescent glory. Perfect if you enjoy midnight interrogations every time someone uses the toilet. The hotel claims to be tech savvy with handy QR codes, but the one thing you actually want, the Wi Fi, is missing. I gave up, resigned to life without internet, possibly becoming a better person, but mostly just annoyed. In a moment of weakness I braved the QR system to order room service. Half an hour later I checked the app to find no evidence of my order, so I phoned reception just to be sure. This small act was met with instant hostility, as though daring to confirm my food existed was a personal insult. When the meal did arrive, it came in a paper bag, featuring the worst carbonara I have ever seen: noodles floating in water with a half cooked egg tossed on top. All served on paper plates with wooden cutlery. It might have been funny if I had not been charged a premium for the experience. The air conditioning is like NASA control panel meets tractor engine. Loud, baffling, and guaranteed to keep you awake just in case the traffic did not. On booking it proudly claims to have a 30 metre pool. Spoiler alert, it does not. To be fair, the staff were genuinely friendly in passing, and the location is decent for exploring. But we have stayed in several hotels nearby, and this one proudly takes the crown as the worst of the lot. A true overachiever in disappointment.

N2791WZdaveb (10/5): Perfectly Central - Modern hotel with all amenities including 24 hour security. We were very impressed with this hotel and stayed for a second time when returning to Bangkok. Room was spotless and quiet. Smoking is ok on the balcony. Short walk to Koh San Rd. If you can’t be bothered walking they have a free shuttle from 16:00 daily. MRT to airport is not far away by Bolt/Grab. Wonderful front desk team especially Folk who always had a warm smile. Check in and out was very fast. Great place to stay and will not hesitate to do so again.

The welcome drinks were also nice and creative. The hotel also offers a buffet at the restaurant. The room was quiet, cozy, and comfortable. I especially loved the breakfast — there was a wide variety of choices, both Asian and European. Highly recommended! You should try it at least once.

Our room was super spacious, spotlessly clean, and really cozy.It honestly felt like a little home away from home.The food at Deja Brew Restaurant was amazing. Every dish we had was not only tasty but also looked incredible. You can really tell the care that goes into the presentation and flavor. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone we met was so kind and attentive. A big shoutout to Chai, Palm, Mednoon, Pu, Benz, Wan, Mai, Omo, August, and Man. They were all so welcoming and genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. It’s rare to meet such a thoughtful and dedicated team who made us feel really well taken care of. The location was another big plus. It’s super easy to walk to Khao San Road, the BKK Library, Samsen Road, and plenty of other cool spots. Whether we were grabbing a bite, sightseeing, or just wandering around, everything was close by. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to our next visit. If you’re planning a trip to Bangkok and want a place that’s comfortable, convenient, and full of great people, this is it. Highly recommend!

Auch sie Lage des Hotels war perfekt, wenn man Bangkok zu Fuß erkunden möchte. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen bei meinem nächsten Besuch in BK.
gaot722 (10/5): Very good front service - I was check in the evening of May 16 .scheduled check out the next day and back to China.found out the lock of my suitcase was broken.so in the moring.May 17 .I went to reception to ask where can I buy the lock. a beautiful girl in the front desk .she name is Ponn Krisfel N .she's very nice and patience .took at least 10 mintues found out a store which having customs lock sell after make phone call to make sure.she also help to exchange money to me and call Motocycle from Grab.and I had bought lock finally . I have to say big THANK YOU to Ponn Krisfel N.

Beam at the front is very polite and helped me this stay. 👌 The swimming pool has a nice view and the service down stairs is very convenient for breakfast when you are new in the area.

V6033TVrebeccah (10/5): Excellent value for money, fantastic staff. - Fantastic value for money hotel with excellent staff, massive shout out to Chai who is the bar manager and couldn’t have been lovelier, he greeted us by our names each morning when we went for breakfast and kept our beers topped up in the evenings along with great chat to us and numerous other hotel guests, all the staff were fabulous, all polite and helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend to others travelling to Bangkok.

adamguagua (10/5): Great Hotel in historical sights area of Bangkok - I stayed here for one night on March 24, 2025. The hotel is conveniently located for sightseeing in Bangkok’s historical district. It’s just a 5-minute walk to Khao San Road, a famous spot for street food and drinks. The room was tidy, in good condition, and very clean, making my stay comfortable and relaxing. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant, where the staff (Benz, Wan, and Plam) provided excellent service and recommended great menu options. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay and easy access to the Grand Palace.

dinadI8567AT (10/5): No regrets staying here! - By far, the best spot in Bangkok to stay in. everything was perfect, staff were really friendly, room was spotless, theres a swimming pool and gym. The cafe and eatery was convenient to get to, although we didnt get to try it, but i bet it would be delightful! I love how it is hidden, as though it is located inside a Soi, do a 5 mins walk and you will see Macd, walk abit further about 10 mins would be Khaosan Road. The security was considered really tight which ensures your safety there :) you could even do an early checkin or late checkout subjected to availability. My stay there was perfect! Will definitely visit again!

LIPING (8/5): - I chose this hotel for its proximity to the UN ESCAP Compound. The thing I don't like is it is far from the major shopping areas and there is little public transportation around the hotel.
Hong (4/5): Noisy place - Hotel staff really friendly. Room clean and bed comfie. However, my stay was totally ruined by both the traffic noise and the monstrous road works noise at the dead of night. For 2 consecutive nights, heavy machinery started roaring at midnight and did not stop for several hours. I had to move to another hotel and Centara refused any refunding and gave no consideration to this special damage. Hotels.com was very responsive and gave me some compensation as a nice gesture.

Verified traveler (2/5): Noisiest room ever! - This was the noisiest hotel room i have ever stayed in!!! Half the rooms in this hotel face a very busy avenue with traffic 24/7, so don't expect to get any sleep here. When i asked if i could change rooms, they said the hotel was fully booked and offered me ear plugs that didn't even come close to solving the problem. Honestly, do not stay here!!!

Jason (6/5): - Hotel was in a location that was convenient to where we wanted to go. Shower pressure would be inconsistent during the entire shower. Walls were very thin so you can hear neighbors and people walking. It was right next to the highway so be ready to hear cars all through the night.

Markets, night markets, the Grand Palace, Jim Thompson Center all within 2-4 miles. I would recommend this property to anyone. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful. On property restaurant was very good, affordable priced but with a fairly limited menu. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

David (8/5): - Great hotel aside from the bathroom set up. Shower and toilet cubicles off the main room with sink and mirror in the main room. This means waking your partner or child if you want to use the bathroom sink, lighting or appliances. Really great hotel and staff but cannot stay there again due to the no bathroom!
Manuel (8/5): - Good hotel overall. Modern feel and very clean. Had a good experience staying there. Breakfast options are sufficient and enough choice for different taste. Staff are friendly, especially Mr Sushi always has a bright mood. We had a few issues with the shower not draining properly or some sockets not working but they were swiftly resolved from the maintenance team (the hotel uses and app which is quite neat). It has a pool, albeit not very large it’s nice for a quick dip or lounge for some relaxation. What we didn’t like was that the one evening we wanted to use their noodle bar in the evening they had cleared it early which was disappointing. Also the buffet breakfast was cleared before the advertised time. Overall can recommend this hotel. It is safe and has security staff outside 24 hours. It’s a walkable distance to Khaosan Road or use their free TukTuk service. Also Taxi to any of the malls or attractions are inexpensive.
