The staff is working with complete dedication and efficiency. Hotels overall facilities, cleanliness, restaurants are all operational and very welcoming. Overall this location is much safer as we did not get any alerts. Charles from room service took great care of us.

- 618pravins (10/5): Where every details matters - Our stay at Fujairah Rotana Resort & Spa was truly exceptional, and what made it even more memorable was the incredible team who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Sardor at reception for the warm and smooth check-in experience, and to DM Marzouk for room 9001 Housekeeping, especially Charles, surprised our kids with thoughtful touches like coloring books, and the turndown service by Zen was simply delightful—he even crafted a cute towel toy for our daughter, which absolutely made her day! We also had a great experience at Sharkey’s Bar thanks to Rizwa, whose friendly and attentive service stood out. Last but definitely not least, a big thank you to Roopesh, the bellboy who assisted us during checkout with efficiency and kindness, leaving us with a lasting positive impression. It’s these personal touches and genuine hospitality that make this resort so special. We will definitely be returning!

Everything was smooth, well-organized, and very welcoming. The staff were extremely professional and attentive throughout our stay. The restaurant cleanliness was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious. A special mention to Mr. Dhiraj — such an amazing personality! He gave us a wonderful tour of the resort and made sure we were well taken care of the entire time. We had a fantastic time and are already planning to come back next week. Room service also was great, cleaning every day, every day new still water in the bottle, no complaints about it 👍🏻 Delicious food, wide choice of dishes and drinks. Unfortunately, the hotel is far from airport and it was very long time to arrive in. There was almost no cafes around and only couple of shops across the street. We had all inclusive so it wasn’t problem for us.

- qudratullaht2026 (4/5): Inconsistent dress code, humiliating treatment, and signs of discrimination - On 10.02.2026 I was denied entry to breakfast at [restaurant/location] for allegedly violating the dress code. A staff member stated that my underwear/swimwear was “see-through” and that “swimwear is not allowed.” I calmly accepted the remark and went to change. However, immediately afterwards I saw other guests inside the restaurant wearing outfits that looked more revealing and also involved visible/see-through underwear—such as guests with clearly visible lingerie and a guest wearing a mesh dress over a swimsuit. Compared to this, my outfit appeared no less compliant with the stated requirements. When we asked the staff member why I was turned away, we received contradictory explanations that felt like arbitrary interpretation of the rules. The conversation was roughly as follows: Staff: “Your swimsuit is see-through; swimwear is not allowed.” Us: “But another guest’s underwear is visible.” Staff: “A bra showing is OK, but underwear is not.” In another instance, we were told that the guest in the mesh dress “came in from outside,” which effectively suggests that the rules are applied unevenly or can be bypassed. I would also like to emphasize that I had a strong feeling of discriminatory treatment. I am Russian, and given the current political situation, I cannot exclude the possibility that the staff showed bias based on nationality in my case. I understand this is a sensitive topic, but as a hotel guest I expect respectful and equal treatment regardless of citizenship or politics. As a result, I felt humiliated and discriminated against: some guests are stopped at the entrance while others, in similar situations, are not. A dress code may be strict, but it must be clearly defined, applied equally to everyone, and communicated respectfully—without humiliating guests or showing any signs of bias. Lack of guest privacy protection and staff inaction During our stay, a large group of guests arrived (it appeared to be an organized group, possibly related to filming). These guests were constantly recording on their phones in the hotel’s public areas, including the beach and pool. Other guests were regularly captured on camera, including close-ups and filming from a short distance. We understand that guests may want to film the hotel property, but filming other vacationers without their consent—especially at the beach/pool—creates a feeling of insecurity and is a serious violation of personal boundaries. We expressed our concerns; however, the only reaction came from the lifeguard staff. As a result, we cannot relax: it is uncomfortable to sunbathe, swim, or even walk around the hotel because there is a constant risk of being recorded in someone else’s photos/videos, including while wearing swimwear. This raises a clear question: who is responsible for ensuring guests’ safety and privacy on the hotel premises?
- GlobeTrotting654352 (4/5): New location for sun sea scuba diving family holiday - I am very disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We arrived early in the morning after two flights and with a 3 Yr old child only to be told that we can't check in until 15.00 that day but they would give us water. We can upgrade for over $700 and then we can check in. I also book all inclusive but only to find out that it isnt really all inclusive. Yes breakfast lunch dinner but if my little one wanted a snack from the bar we would have to pay towards it, also we only can a handful of cocktails and drinks finish at 22.00, but we can upgrade to ultra all inclusive for £30 per person a day to get more. So not all inclusive. Option when looking up holidays in general.... Breakfast, half board, full board and all inclusive. I didnt see ultra all inclusive, super inclusive or ultra ultra inclusive. Very very disappointed. I travel all over the world and been to many great places and thought I would try this location. I paid out more to come to UAE and the travel was longer for not all inclusive and not even able to check in when I arrived at my hotel.

Waiters were on point, service was excellent, they were attending very politely. Last year I had visited Al Ain. But this time Fujairah Rotana Resort was first class in comparison to Al Ain. Hotel was very clean and well maintained, plenty of sunbeds around the pool or on the private beach so no sunbed wars, staff go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. Food at the buffet wasn’t great for a picky adult teenager and vegetarian. Food at waves restaurant was good, food at sharkeys was good but limited choice on the ultra all inclusive, drinks were good as all branded drinks. Really good on Xmas day, Santa arrived by camel and gave out presents to all the children. We were 1 of only 2 English family’s onsite which was ok but not everyone queues the way the British do. House keeper was amazing always smiling and happy. Lovely authentic food across the road which was cheap and plentiful. Taxi into Dubai was private and cost 750 aed for 8 hours excluding travel so well worth it. Overall a great place to stay in Dubai.

The food was good. The pool was great and catered even to my 3 year old. The cleaning staff were very courteous and they quickly arranged when I asked for an extra blanket. Could see the maintenance team and cleaning team working hard to keep the facilities run smoothly in spite of the rains. The front desk and reservation team were quick when I asked for an extension of stay. Bed, sofa bed, air conditioning was all perfect and I had the most peaceful sleep in many months. Kids club offered many immersive activities for my kids. There were activities like beach side yoga, water Zumba, musical ball in the pool, dancing sessions for kids etc. all for free. Really the best staycation experience I had ever had. Thanks Team Rotana!

Most importantly, all the staff were extremely helpful. A special thanks to Mr. Ali from the concierge team, who stepped forward when my health deteriorated. He made sure I was in contact with a general physician, arranged for the medicine to be delivered, collected it himself and personally brought it to my room. Because of his care and support, I was able to recover in a short time and continue enjoying my stay. I would definitely nominate him for a Rotana LIFE card for going above and beyond to ensure a guest’s well-being. I would also like to thank the front office and housekeeping teams for making sure my friend’s birthday was truly memorable. I will definitely visit again.

- eeshanm2025 (4/5): Disappointing Ultra All Inclusive Experience – Not Worth the Price - We booked the Premium Suite Ocean Front Balcony for the UAE National Day long weekend and added the Ultra All Inclusive package. Total cost was AED 5,850 for 2 nights. We’ve stayed at several all-inclusive resorts in Ras Al Khaimah, so that was our benchmark. Unfortunately, the experience at Rotana Fujairah didn’t match that level. The Room, View & In-Room Dining The room was genuinely the highlight — spacious, clean, and with a beautiful oceanfront view. In-room dining was also decent and created a good first impression. Restaurant Access & Communication Issues We emailed in advance to book Waves Restaurant but never received a reply. On arrival, Day 1 was fully booked, and we were only able to secure a booking for Day 2. Given this was an Ultra All Inclusive package, we should’ve had the opportunity to dine at the restaurant of our choice rather than defaulting to the mass buffet. Clearer communication and better coordination would have helped. Inconsistent Beverage Availability On Day 1, Stella — listed on the Ultra All Inclusive menu — was not available at Sharkey’s. On Day 2, there was no draught beer when we arrived, and it took around 45 minutes for staff to arrange it. Seating Experience at Waves At Waves on Day 2, we were initially given the least desirable table. Many sea-facing cabanas appeared “reserved,” and based on what we observed - the guests seated there did not have all-inclusive bands and were paying their bills upon leaving - it seemed those tables were being prioritised for guests who were paying separately and generating additional billing for the resort. This was purely our observation. After raising the concern, we were allowed to move to one of the cabana tables, albeit one which had no view. After the restaurant freed up - we asked if we could have main course at one of the 3 better cabana tables (with a view), we were told they are “reserved”. Entertainment & Paid Add-Ons Evening entertainment was held in a separate outdoor venue offering a grill buffet at an additional charge. We would have considered booking it, but no one informed us about it. When we asked, we were told it needed to be booked a week in advance and was not included in the Ultra All Inclusive package. Ultra All Inclusive Cutoff Time Bar Muda stays open until 1am, but Ultra All Inclusive access ends at 12am. This mismatch felt unnecessary and counterintuitive for a premium package. Bottom Line While the room, the view, and the in-room dining were good, the service inconsistencies, communication lapses, and coordination issues overshadowed those positives. For the price paid, the Ultra All Inclusive package didn’t deliver the value or smooth experience we expected.

Unexpectedly a lot of trees and green grass.Good choice of food and drinks. Friendly and helpful personnel do their best to make you happy. They adjusted timing of the room service in line with my daily schedule. The hotel is family oriented so the guests were mostly young couples with little kids with age-appropriate screams, cries, and running. But local personnel says all hotels in Fujairah are like this. Thanks to a big territory you can still find a quiet place and a good sound insulation in the hotel provides for a quiet night sleep.
- kbaryshev (10/5): Little Havana - We spent 4 nights with my wife, celebrated my anniversary. In January of this year, we visited The Cove Rotana hotel in the emirate of Ras al Khaimah: a stylish and atmospheric hotel cascading down to the Persian Gulf, a kind of oriental town with stunning views from the lobby. This time we chose a beach holiday in Fujairah. The hotel is decorated in colonial style and renovated. We immediately noted that the hotel is very clean, has a pleasant aroma, everything is new and tasteful: tiles, furniture, interior with Latin American notes, plumbing, dishes in the restaurant, etc. We lived in a spacious and renovated room on the second floor in one of the villas ten steps from the beach - not a room, but a lazy man's dream))). By 8 a.m. we went swimming before breakfast, the sun beds were always free. In general, there is no crowding and queues in the hotel, it is 60 percent full. The atmosphere is very friendly, an active animation team, pleasant music on the beach. The hotel is very green, birds are singing (they are not afraid of people at all), there are many palm trees and flowers. In the evenings, there was a small entertainment program at the beach bar, a Cuban singer with a pleasant voice sang for two evenings, and there was a fire show. There is another bar in the main building, you can sit with a cigar, for example. The bars are open until 01h, but the all-in ends at 22h. The drinks included are all very decent: alcohol produced in the USA, there is Cuban dark rum, German beer. The ultra-all offers international brands. We had an all-inclusive package. We were quite satisfied with the food, everything is delicious and the choice of dishes is sufficient.There are no snacks between main meals, but in the ultra-all system they are included in the beach bar (fries, burgers, pizza), it is relevant for tourists with children, perhaps. The beach, the ocean, the coastline - everything is fine. It was calm all the days, the water temperature was 26 g. Convenient entrance to the water, the depth starts close to the shore, and there is a comfortable swimming distance to the buoys. There are tides, but they are not pronounced. We arrived at the hotel at about 10 o'clock, the transfer from Sharjah was comfortable in a Toyota minivan with another family and took about twenty hours, thanks to Fan-San! On the day of arrival, lunch is included from 12h. We are very satisfied with the rest, the hotel, and the attitude of the staff. Let's come back here with pleasure! Everything here is on such a high level the atmosphere, the service, the comfort. I especially want to mention the housekeeping. Our room was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully arranged. Every day we found fun towel decorations, which added such a warm and personal touch. A huge thank-you to Sujan, he took amazing care of our room and really made us feel comfortable and welcomed. We enjoyed our stay so much and felt completely relaxed the entire time.

It’s a place where each and every staff member knows and remembers what you and every member of your family what they like and when. More than 25 years now and this place always win when I want to chose a place for any special family occasion. Thanks to managment keep the staff happy and there always for us.

The hotel is clean, quiet, nice surroundings, excellent food, nice beach. But the services and staff cannot be compared. Maybe it's the setting of the hotels, but whenever I've been in a 5* the service in the dining room was excellent, the staff took away dirty plates and brought you drinks. That doesn't happen here and that was a big disappointment, sitting with dirty plates 90% of the time in the dining room and then I go alone for a coffee and see 3 members of staff chatting at the coffee machine. Overall, except for the animators, who were great, the staff was rather unpleasant, they hardly even smile at you. I would happily return to the Emirates, but I know that not to this hotel nor will I recommend it, unfortunately.

I booked a small, standard room, but Brother Saeed had a different idea. He upgraded my reservation to a room with a sea view for the same price, which made me very happy. I also thank Brother Ahmed, who served me tirelessly on several occasions, even calling to let me know if I needed anything. - P3637FI_ (10/5): A good family hotel with excellent service - Advantages: - The main advantage is not so much the hotel itself, but its location - the ocean: clean, warm, calm Indian Ocean. You will not find such clean and warm water anywhere else in the Emirates. - The buffet is extensive, but monotonous. You won't go hungry, but you won't get any aesthetic pleasure either. - The staff's attitude. When checking in, they upgraded my room for free and allowed me to check in earlier than the check-in time. When checking out, they arranged for a late check-out at a fee. I was very pleased with Shemali, a Russian-speaking guy from Tajikistan, who was very polite and helpful at the reception. - The waiter Ganga is a very decent and good person, he made a free cocktail because he didn't warn us that cocktails are not included in the all-inclusive after 10 p.m. This is how you can tell if a bar is good or not. I highly recommend Sharkey's bar. - The room service is excellent, especially the work of Himali. It's always quick, clean, and tidy. We are very satisfied with the service. - Transportation to any location in the Emirates. Negative: - the food is monotonous and the same every day, it's a matter of getting used to it))) - all the sunbeds on the beach are occupied from the very morning. It feels like visitors get up at 7 a.m. and take all the sunbeds, because even at 9 a.m., there are no empty spots left... but there are also no people: everyone is at breakfast, in restaurants, or still asleep. This is the saddest part. - Otherwise, we didn't find any other drawbacks. Overall impression: A good family hotel with compact infrastructure and excellent service. The water on the coast is simply wonderful, even during strong waves the water remains clear. The main advantage of this resort is its direct access to the sea and a large swimming pool. In addition, there is an excellent organization of events, ranging from morning exercises to Halloween. In general, my family and I were quite satisfied, an all inclusive vacation at the end of October for two adults and two children cost a reasonable amount of money. I can definitely recommend the Rotana Hotel for a visit.

- anip878 (2/5): Very bad hotel - I paid for an all inclusive stay, but almost everything was charged extra — drinks, snacks, and even some meals. This is completely unacceptable and misleading. When you advertise “all inclusive,” guests should not have to pay for basic services. The service was poor — staff were often unhelpful and unfriendly, and the overall cleanliness was far below expectations. The dishes and cutlery were worn out and sometimes dirty, which is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be all inclusive. Even worse, the staff mentioned that guests are being watched through cameras, which is disturbing and inappropriate. Cameras should be used for safety, not to monitor guests. Instead of watching people, the management should focus on stopping the inappropriate behavior happening around the pool area. The only positive thing about this place was the beach. Everything else was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

I was happy. Also I've visited Zen Spa, and had beautiful experience there. Mr Naeeim provided me all the info about the spa treatments and also offered the discount, what I really appreciate. Want to thank Girly for the proper active muscles massage session, she was amazing! We always gonna come back to this hotel, next time we are planning to come with kids. The pools are large and clean. The private beach is a plus; it's clean, and a lifeguard (also at the pools) ensures the safety of swimmers. The bartenders at the pool bar are friendly and attentive (as is the entire hotel staff). Entertainment is available for adults and children during your stay. You can use the spa and fitness center. Wah Wah from the dining room deserves special mention, as does Kiwam, who served excellent drinks by the pool. A big plus is the chef's individual meal preparation, e.g., pasta with sauce and cheese for my child (he would only eat that). There's plenty of space by the pool, always plenty of sunbeds. The beach is large and safe, with plenty of sunbeds, so my stay was a success. I recommend it.

His welcoming attitude and excellent assistance made me feel right at home. I would also like to give a big thank you to Sardor and Shanuka for their incredible support and kindness throughout my stay. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made a difference. Overall, the hotel is fantastic, but it’s the amazing team that made my experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The room was compact, modern, very clean, very comfortable and with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool and beach was well maintained. The lifeguards are doing a great job in keeping the safety of the guests specially the kids. Our breakfast experience was very good. The food were delicious, and one staff stood out and made us feel very at home. It was Ms. Xybiel she is sweet, friendly and very accomodating. She always checks on us while dining to see if there’s anything we need. My daughter loves her. Check out was smooth as well. And thank you to the Manager Mr. Nicolas Chammaa for allowing us for late check out. Our overall experience with Fujairah Rotana was amazing. We had a great and relaxing time. Kudos to all the staff who made us feel welcome in our entire stay. We will definitely come back again.

- youssefmS6750EB (10/5): Another Wonderful Stay - I come again to Fujairah Rotana with my family this time. My son requested specifically to spend the weekend there and we were not disappointed. We were lucky to have a nice weather even though we were in July. The experience in general was excellent. We were able to swim in the pool until late at night (a new feature at the hotel). Looking forward to what can be new in the next visit!!!

Mr. Shanuka arranged a surprise birthday cake, which Wha Wha, Nuora, and Bibin’s team warmly presented during breakfast, it truly made my day. Shawon was very helpful during check-in and check-out, and Ahmed from housekeeping delighted my child with creative towel art. Special thanks to Ali, the lifeguard at the beach, who encouraged us to enjoy the sea safely even when it was rough, his presence gave us confidence. The Resort building and facilities are very well clean and maintained, and the team’s warm, genuine service clearly reflects great leadership. Highly recommended!

The rooms are clean and spacious, i booked king room with balcony and ocean view. All facilities were clean and enjoyable. Swimming pool, clean beach, lovely restaurants. We had dinner on italian night in Mozaique restaurant, and tried the amazing steaks in Waves restaurant along with a lovely tea and shisha enjoying the breeze on the bar near the beach. I would like to thank Ahmad, Marzouk, Wah Wah, Nora, Ganga, Mohit, and other staff who made my experience this lovely.
- Vishtasp (8/5): Great hotel for a quality family time retreat - Stayed at the hotel during the long Eid weekend in June 2025. Despite being very busy and booked to capacity the service and experience was very good due the friendly and cheerful staff of the hotel. Even though we had a booking for a standard ocean view room, upon request we were alotted a much more spacious room with the ocean view in the main building. Even though it lacked a balcony the room size made up for it giving us and our son more room to relax. The hotel has an amazing private beach and equally stunning large pool area that can accommodate a large number of people without feelung over crowded. Great for some family fun to beat the heat. Other great amenities include a kids club where you can leave your kid in the care of the super sweet staff, special mention to Dasha who took great care of our son and made sure he had a memorable time there. The breakfast spread in the morning while not huge, is very adequate and serves a good wholesome first meal of the day. Also the other restaurants and bars have a good variety of cuisines and we enjoyed the inroom service food on both nights. To sum it up we had a great stay and woukd definitely visit again in future. Very recommended.
- LAgaid (10/5): Delicious Iftar - After a lengthy 4hr drive from the city of Abu Dhabi, we went straight to Mozaic Restaurant and we made it in time for their Iftar specials during this holy month of Ramadan. The buffet had a very generous selection of food, green salads, pastries, drinks and many more. The place is packed with so many diners and despite busy operations, we were greeted cordially by Prasad in the restaurant reception and were gracefully seated and assisted by Dyan and Surwa. Thanks also to Sanduni for the tasty iced caramel latte.
