Fazer trilhas que requerem esforço fisico e mental e voltar pro hotel era incrível. Um lugar de calma e paisagem a todo momento. Alem disso era pratico, o transfer para a cidade funciona muito bem, de hora em hora, os passeios normalmente te pegam no hotel. Experiencia impecável. Um brinco meu que deixei na mesinha de cabeceira sumiu. Nunca tive uma situação assim antes em nenhum lugar. Comuniquei o hotel, sem grandes devolutivas, apenas vamos procurar no quarto. Muito desagradavel mas sigo recomendando o hotel.

Também achei que o restaurante foi fabuloso inclusive adaptou o cardápio para as intolerâncias alimentares da esposa. Café da manhã excelente e comidas rápidas do bar idem. O spa e academia foram excelentes e as vistas e acomodações do hotel fantásticas. O ponto negativo é que o hotel fica um pouco longe do centro. MAS isso é resolvido com o transporte gratuito do hotel para ir e voltar ao centro

- André (10/5): Highly recommended! - Great hotel! You should definitely come to Ushuaia, it’s beautiful with many wonderful excursions to do and amazing places to discover. And you should definitely stay at Los Cauquenes! Everything went very well. The staff was very friendly and professional and communication was easy using WhatsApp, either in Spanish or in English. The moment you arrive, you feel welcomed. The property is beautiful, very warm and cozy. The decoration is amazing and the gardens surrounding the hotel are very well preserved with lots of colourful flowers. My room was very comfortable and spacious. I especially enjoyed the view, the bathroom with a bathtub (very nice after trekking) and the nice bed. You also have a minibar if you want to keep something cool and if you need to wash some clothes, they will quickly dry on the heating system by the window. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Lots of choices and easy to eat healthy, with many fresh and delicious options. The dinner was also great! I ate there every night and everything was also delicious and very well presented. And you have an amazing view and a great staff serving you. I also enjoyed the gym facilities (much better than what I had in other hotels in Chile, where I started my Patagonia trip) and the pool. The outdoor heated jacuzzis were also extremely enjoyable, esp I after long trekking days and a workout at their gym. Definitely bring swimming trunks or a bathing suite! The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the city centre and they offered me a transfer from the port (I was on a cruise before), which was very nice. They can also easily arrange a transfer to the airport (it cost me 16000 pesos) and excursions. Overall, one of the best hotels during my Chile and Argentina trip, and I would definitely come back. Highly, highly recommended 👌👌👌 Everything was great

The location, right on the Beagle Channel, is absolutely beautiful and serene, with stunning views of the water and surrounding mountains. The restaurant was very good, and the glass houses on the patio were a standout feature. Dining there was a unique experience, allowing us to enjoy the scenery of the mountains and the Beagle Channel while staying warm and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great time at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ushuaia.

Ushuaia has become one of our favourite places now. This resort is a MUST STAY for anyone coming here. Do the Navigation Boat ride with Mattias (also one of the Concierge's) and Ian at reception is great. All the staff go out of their way to make your stay special. The lake is beautiful, the mountains behind are lovely and the hotel itself is warm and inviting.

As a minor drawback, the bathrooms appear somewhat dated compared to the rest of the hotel’s standards. Overall, an excellent choice in Ushuaia for comfort, service, and an outstanding natural setting.

Os amenities poderiam ser de melhor qualidade. Nada que atrapalhe a visita. Voltaria.

- jcwbesq (10/5): Ushuaia’s best accommodation! - Excellent accommodation, located right in Beagle Channel, with spectacular views. We booked a premium room with channel view. Queen bed was firm and very comfortable. Bathroom was nice with bidet; strong warm/hot shower (plenty of pressure). We included. Day at the spa for 2 hours with a private helicopter tour (excellent). The staff are exceptional, fluent in multiple languages. Given there are families with children, expect some volume, as we visited over Christmas. Wonderful pool attached with exercise room. Wonderful seating areas overlooking channel. Only distraction was lack of sound insulation from children in adjoining rooms and running up and down the hallways. Handle as you seem fit (I cook & eat them; they taste just like chicken). Enjoy!

- RoyAviles (10/5): Los Cauquenes Ushuaia - We had an amazing stay here while visiting Ushuaia. The property is beautiful, clean, and well maintained. They offer a convenient free shuttle service to the downtown area, but you'll need your own transportation to/from the airport. Check-in was easy, staff was friendly and helpful, and they offered us a complimentary hot chocolate. Room was clean and pleasant. The included breakfast buffet was outstanding and offered a great start to each day.
- Hyde_a_Zombie (10/5): This is the place to book in Ushuaia! - Don't look anywhere else! This is the place to stay in Ushuaia. The staff here was some of the best in the world. Their attention to you and your needs was on point. I will say that I had some issues with the actual booking thru their site, but once it was resolved with them directly, everything was the most smooth it could be. My boyfriend and I had the Patagonia Suite Beagle Channel, my sister had the Senior Beagle Channel Suite with Balcony and my mom had a standard room. All of these rooms were exceptional. Both Patagonia Suite and Balcony Suite were very similar, but Patagonia had an extra bathroom which was great for 2 people, and a closet area which we used to unpack into, even though we were only there for 2 days. I will say, the standard room is still nice, but if youre going to relax and enjoy the scenery of Ushuaia, spend the extra on a Beagle Channel Room. Breakfast included was delicious. The areas around the hotel are so comfortable to just sit and relax, besides our excursions we didn't want to leave the hotel. Concierge was super helpful and very attentive. If you can, rent their private Beagle Channel Boat, was one of the best excursions we did. Restaurant... 5 stars!! Everything about this place was heaven.

- lizlubee (10/5): Lovely hotel - fantastic view! - After our cruise we stayed on in Ushuaia and spent 4 nights at Los Cauquenes in a Patagonia Suite. We arrived early in the day and although our room was not yet ready, every effort was made to make us feel welcome and at home. We enjoyed sitting the solarium and relaxing, then having an early lunch in the bar. Our room was ready shortly after noon and it was delightful! A comfortable living room and large bedroom with 2 bathrooms. The view to the Beagle Channel and the Southern Andes of Chile across the water was gorgeous. It was quiet and very peaceful. The breakfasts were very tasty with much variety, and of course a wonderful view! All the staff we encountered were lovely - kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much and would most definitely stay here again if we were in Ushuaia.

- Guest (10/5): Superb stay - This 5 start hotel is worth their rating. It was superb, the staff was very welcoming and assisted with some issues that were not related to my stay. They have a free shuttle bus that will take you to the city and back. As I was not able to attend breakfast we were able to get breakfast boxes. The room was very spacious and very clean with excellent shampoo etc. We had a parking lot view but it was very beautiful as the view was also to the mountains. Spa is small and no steam room but it was never crowded, the water was very warm and you could enjoy being outdoor. They have a heated outdoor pool connected to the heated indoor pool, also indoor and outdoor jacuzzis and a sauna. It is an excellent place to take time off and enjoy the view.

Sauna is tiny and showers/lockers space is also very small and outdated. The outside guests are allowed and at times the already small pool area is overcrowded

We had a big room with enough space for our luggage. Comfy and with all the amenities expected. We had a Spa afternoon with massage and jacuzzi, all amazing, great care of details. The concierge supported us with a couple of tour's arrangements and was perfect. 1000% recommended. I want to move and live in the hotel! 😆 Breakfast was abundant and delicious, views amazing and people kind and attentive. Shuttle service to the city and to the airport was perfect as well. Our guides during navigation and the national park were amazing, very knowledgeable, and we loved all the food and snacks we had!

- Minh (10/5): Best hotel I stayed during my 2 weeks in Argentina. - Everything was great at this hotel. And I already am thinking about when to come back to visit and stay at this hotel. The staff was so warm and friendly and kind. They patiently answered any questions (I had a bunch), the excursions were good (having your own private boat was amazing, trust me on this, you skip the crazy long line of the public boat). The food at the restaurant was good. The location was AMAZING and the view...my God that view was stunning. I got stuck outside in the storm during an outing and ended up getting sick, the staff gave me lemon, hot water, honey...without charging me. It's not expensive, but the gesture was much appreciated. The pool was very nice with the view on a clear day. Nothing. Everything was amazing.

Staff delightfully helpful on all occasions and booked a really good trip to the National Park complete with the former penal colony train. Food spot on and local craft beers. Beautiful views over the lake and many quiet seating areas. Away from downtown Ushuaia.
