La habitación súper grande y en una ubicación excelente La habitación daba a la calle y había mucho ruido y música fuerte hasta la madrugada. Nu a fost deranjant faptul ca era mobilier vechi, însă praful se putea sterge de pe el, zic..pereții foarte murdari Se auzea absolut orice zgomot, pardoseala de la ultimul etaj al fost ceva horror, ne-am trezit la ora 6 dimineața pentru ca cei cazați acolo s-au trezit si au început sa umble prin camera. • emint153 (2/5): Don't be fooled by the photos. It's a deception. - We booked a family room for 3 adults, but they gave us a room behind the hotel where the workers were staying. You have to go through the construction site to get to the room. The third bed is a 150 cm child's bed. The hotel photos don't match the room we stayed in at all. It's a disgrace. The room is above the bar, noisy until 3 am.

• Elit Doruk (9/5): Konum ve kahvaltı için tercih edilir - Kahvaltı: Çok yeterli, lezzetli ve güzel bir ambiyans içindeydi, Konum: Heryerin ortasında olan mükemmel bir konumu var Oda: Şemsiye gibi güzel küçük detaylar içeriyor, cam önü kesinlikle çok güzel. Oda servisi: Çarşafları günlük değiştiriyorlar. Tavsiye ederim. Oda ne büyük ne küçük, biraz daha büyük olabilirdi, valizi açacak yer bulamadık. Benim kaldığım odada küvet temiz durmuyordu, biraz pas, biraz leke ve kırıklar vardı.

• Chris_220 (8/5): Tolles, uriges Hotel in der Altstadt mit einem "Aber" - Das Hotel lag direkt in der Altstadt und zu Fuß konnte alles schnell erreicht werden. Der Check-in verlief problemlos und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer empfanden wir als sehr komfortabel und die Betten als bequem. Generell hat uns das Ambiente sehr gefallen und auch die Bar im Keller möchten wir sehr positiv hervorheben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und sehr lecker. Unser Gepäck konnte auch kostenlos verstaut werden. Preislich war alles in Allem sehr angemessen. Negativ müssen wir leider das "empfohlene" Trinkgeld auf der Rechnung erwähnen, das ist ein No-Go! Man kann es natürlich ablehnen, aber für Viel wird es bestimmt verpflichtend wirken. Sowas gehört auf keine Rechnung. Auch das Fehlen eines Aufzuges ist anzumerken, was jedoch durch die Bebauung und das Alter des Hauses schwierig ist, jedoch sollte man dies beachten - Wir hatten unser Zimmer ganz oben im 4. Stock.

• Pia (8/5): - Läget kan väl knappast bli mer centralt, ca 50 m från Karlsbron. Rummen i tjeckisk stil. Ok frukost. Fräscht badrum med badkar. Rummet lite väl trångt för två pers. Även rätt slitet. Vi fick bo i porten bredvid som renoverades så det var byggstök och innebar dessutom att vi fick låsa upp och låsa fyra lås innan vi nådde vårt rum! Vid frukost fylldes det inte på utan var ständigt dåligt med bröd, ingen ost, ingen yoghurt, ingen juice osv. Trist, och det drog ner betyget rejält.

Om du tex bad om mer ägg eller korv till frukost så var tjejen som var frukost värdinna tvungen att fråga sin chef om hon fick servera mer av tex korv eller ägg. Det kändes inte bra att få det till svar.

Gestisce tutto un ragazzo arrogante presuntuoso e maleducato che pensa di gestire un albergo a 4 stelle come se ti ospitante gratuitamente a casa sua. Avevamo prenotato con booking comprensivo di tassa di soggiorno con pagamento all'albergo come successo in altre diverse prenotazioni pagando a fine soggiorno ma questo ha preteso pagamento immediato al check in addebitando arbitrariamente 9 € in più ( e questo protestero' anche con booking). Camera con vasca scrostata,lenzuola bucate e pulizia sommaria senza neanche cambiare il cestino del bagno. Colazione inesistente, al terzo giorno alle 9,30 con fine orario di colazione alle 10 non c'era niente per l'ennesima volta e abbiamo protestato...la cameriera a noi in vacanza ci ha detto di alzarci prima la mattina....

• Stephanie (7/5): Perfect location! Great breakfast! Decent value! - Perfect location! I don't think there is a comparable hotel closer to Charles Bridge! Very kind and helpful staff! Delicious breakfast! Clean room. As advertised. Got to leave our luggage on site for a few hours after check out. Staff at reception even made a point to give us a room overlooking the atrium (not Karlov street) to minimize noise - very thoughtful. The walls/floor are very thin - our upstairs neighbors stayed up later and woke up earlier than we did, and every single move they made resulted in VERY loud creaks in the floor. The neighbors were definitely being inappropriately loud, but it was exacerbated by the very thin floors/walls, so we could hear every single word and movement.

Chambre avec toutes les petites attentions nécessaires, bouilloire, peignoir ... Il faut payer le ménage en sus, moyen, poussières pas faites. Pas de climatisation, il faisait très très chaud dans la chambre avec 12/14 ° dehors, je n’ose imaginer en été.
• Amy (8/5): Cosy and traditional, great location - but very noisy! - I booked this place because it looked really traditional and I loved the painted ceiling. It definitely delivered on those elements, and it felt warm and traditional. It’s a little bit bonkers! I came to realize that this is a restaurant first, a bar second, and a hotel third. They have the most incredible bar downstairs (I wasn’t aware of this at the time of booking), which is great but it also means you have people going out to spoke until 4am, making a huge amount of noise. I had to use earplugs and a pillow over my head most nights. If you’re not a fan of a noisy sleep, this is not the place for you! The bar has also been invested in a lot, but the bathrooms in the rooms are really old, hence I say the hotel doesn’t seem to be a priority. It’s also worth noting that our room was a lot smaller than the pictures look.

• Peter Vlke Vlcek (4/5): Shady charges and not much comfort versus great location and good breakfast - The location right next to Charles Bridge is great. Good buffet breakfast served starting at 7 am. Upon arrival, they tried to sneak in an item called "Recommended TIP" into my invoice. When I asked about it, they quickly removed it. You might want to watch out for that. Our room was in the attic with a very low ceiling in the bathroom. Lastly, there was a loud AC unit from another room right behind the window next to the bed, which kept waking us up throughout the night.

Nur leider das ganze super Gefühl und Erholung ist bei uns verfhlohen als am Ende des Aufenthalts ist von uns erzwüngen worden eine EXTRA Zahlung in Höhe von 8€ / 200 Kronen pro Tag, als "freiwilige Tipp " fürs Hausreinigung. Dieses Zahlung konnten wir nicht ablehnen oder reduzieren. Wir sind auch darüber vorher nicht informiert worden, und dass Klu war wir hatten auch unsere Zimmer NICHT reinigen lassen weil wir es nicht wollten. Trotzdem 8€ inklusive Abreise Tag- als Tipp - MÜSSTEN wir bezahlen! Die Zimmer / Housekeeping "freiwiliger", MÜSS Zahlen auch wenn du Zimmerreininhung abgelehnt hattest, TIPP von 8€ pro Tag- inklusive!!! ABREISE Tag! So eine Unverschämung hatte ich nirgendwo, gesehen! Unsere ganze Urlaub feeling ist weg, warum sollte ich fürs Hotel Putzen ( so war die Aussage des Rezeptionisten! ) und Angestllte einen ZWANG Trinksgeld hinterlassen? Wir haben außer Check in ,zum Frühstück gehen keine andere Leistungen erfordert, und unsere Zimmer ordentlich hinterlassen! Und dass Trinkgeld war in HÖHE von 8€ pro Tag.

• Steven (6/5): Redelijk hotel maar wel op een toplocatie! - Snelle check-up, verzorgd ontbijt elke ochtend en dicht bij de Karelsbrug (Toplocatie). - Chaotische kamer, geen stopcontacten naast het bed, meubilair nogal eclectisch - Bij de betaling werd al een extra tip aangerekend voor elke dag (in totaal bijna 5% van het verblijf extra), maar dit werd niet gezegd terwijl Booking wel een 'finale prijs' aangeeft - Dit was dus wel misleidend en zou véééél transparanter mogen.
• maria grazia (1/5): La posizione non male per il resto non lo consiglio - La posizione La camera posizionata al 4 piano senza ascensore, il rumore continuo e assordante della pompa di calore, camera piccola e mansardata(diversa da quella che ho scelto in fase di prenotazione), piccolo il bagno, anch’esso mansardato; non c’è una hall e la reception in serata chiude, l’accesso alle camere è delimitato solo da un piccolo cancello. Ho scelto questo hotel per la sua posizione, forse era meglio fare qualche passo in più per avere il “Giusto confort” . Prezzo assolutamente sbilanciato rispetto alla qualità offerta e assolutamente non in linea per in 4 stelle. Non consiglio
• Peter (8/5): Prima verblijf gehad, voornamelijk door de ligging. - Locatie was uitstekend, op paar meter afstand van Karelsbrug, midden in het centrum Kamers waren zeer gehorig waardoor je mensen bijna letterlijk kon horen in de andere kamers als ze aan het praten waren.

• Alexandru (3/5): I would not recommend this hotel. There are better options nearby with better service and better val - The hotel was clean, the breakfast was decent, and the location is excellent. The overall experience did not justify the price. The room had an unpleasant smell, and the old windows did not block the noise from outside. Another major issue was the lack of any clear notice that there is a nightclub downstairs, presented only as a bar, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere in the hotel. At reception, there was a young man and a woman. The young man was polite, professional, and spoke good English. The woman, however, was unfriendly, did not speak English, and handled a small payment issue in a rude and inappropriate manner.

Pomimo pełnego oblężenia udało się przedłużyć trochę dobę. Brak mocnych uwag, może brak parkingu (ale jest o tym informacja) hotel wskazał wygodny parking obok, a wiadomo jak jest z parkingiem na starówce

• Sabrina (8/5): - This hotel is beautiful in design & the hotel is incredibly comfortable with everything you could ever want and need. However, it is on a very busy street right next to Charles Bridge which I think a lot of people would overlook, if you do choose to book, be aware that this is a high tourist area & there's a nightclub underneath the hotel meaning you will hear drunk people in the streets & the surrounding area is extremely loud. If you prefer a more quiet intimate area where you can be undisturbed I would book another hotel, but I really enjoyed my stay & the place itself despite this so it's worthwhile without the noise.

• Hughesfamily605 (8/5): 4th visit to Prague, 1st stay in this hotel - After reading reviews I was feeling slightly worried about our stay at this hotel but as soon as we arrived and were shown our room all those worries went away. We arrived I think around 10am and were told our rooms will be ready at 2pm so we left our backs and went for a wonder, arriving back at 2pm and our rooms were ready as promised. You go up some stairs to the reception which are a bit mishaped and wonky which I thought added character to an old building. Reception staff really friendly and helpful. We were shown to our rooms back out the main building and through some big doors on the left and through what was the ‘building site entrance’. We were aware through On The Beach that there was building work so this did not bother us at all. I have uploaded the photos of the work, doors and gates we had to get through to reach our rooms using the 4 keys provided which made it feel very safe and secure. We did not really hear any building work going on so again no bother for us. The room we thought was great, loads of space, yes the furniture is tired but who cares! The bed was firm but for me the big pillow was too soft it would have been nice to have extra choice. We had a chargeable mini bar, robes, slippers and even an umbrella to use if needed. We stayed in room 2 which is on the front with single pane windows so you do hear everything out on the street. It can be very noisy from people, traffic and music. The music stopped I think before midnight. We did wake from some noise but managed to sleep through most and it really didn’t bother us that much but I can understand why people might struggle and not like it. The room got quite warm too as the weather warmed up throughout our stay but the air on wasn’t currently working. There was a fan in the room we could have used but funnily enough I don’t like the noise of a fan. The toilet was wobbly and not secure when using it and it leaked a little around the bottom. Our friends who stayed in room 3 next to us said theirs was the same. We had an over shower bath, twin sinks with a huge room but our friends had a smaller room, single sink and walk in shower and an extra single bed. We ate breakfast which was nice and good choice. The cooked breakfast did cool too quickly after plating up though so could be kept warmer. We also ate in the restaurant and every dish we chose was really nice and filling. Again all the staff in the bar and restaurant were great and friendly and looked after us. All of us agreed regardless of the noise we would definitely stay again at this hotel. The location is fantastic.

• Oleksandr (9/5): - Расположение отеля прямо у историческом центре. Все в шаговой доступности. Номер был отличны, обслуживание тоже на высоте. Завтрак был разнообразным и вкусным. Шум в номере из-за окон, выходящих прямо на проходную зону.

• B I (9/5): Beautiful interiors, old school hotel in incredible location - A really beautiful hotel with wonderful interior design. The ceiling are hand painted, the furniture is all carved wood. Feels like a fairy tale. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from Charles Bridge. Breakfast was sufficient. While this wasn't an issue for us, I could see how it could be noisy from the street if you have an exterior room. There isn't an elevator so bear that in mind if you have any mobility issue. The oddest thing is the recommended (yet mandatory) tips at check out. It's 200 czk a day and didn't seem like it was optional. They mask this as city fees (which are 100 czk a day) and hotel fees. We paid it and moved on but be prepared.

Istaba bija ļoti maza,praktiski gulta un viss.Logs izgāja uz Kārļa ielu,kura savieno tiltu ar vecpilsētu-troksnis nenormāls,naktī gulēt nav iespējams.Viesnīcas 1 stāvā ir krogs,kurš strādā līdz 4 rītā,attiecīgi bļaustīšanās,mūzika un ciigarešu dūmi pa logu bija katru vakaru.

• adelar842 (2/5): Avoid – completely misleading and not a 4★ experience - This was an extremely disappointing stay and absolutely not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel. Firstly, our room was not located in the main hotel building but in a separate block which honestly felt more like a building site. The area appeared unfinished and poorly maintained, with cables hanging out of the walls and visible construction elements. You can see this clearly in the photos I’ve attached. Secondly, we had booked a double room with an extra-large bed, yet what we were given was a very small room with two single beds placed one behind the other because there wasn’t even enough space to put them side by side. This was completely different from what we had booked and extremely uncomfortable. The room was cramped, poorly presented and did not match the description or expectations of a 4-star hotel. The photos I’ve uploaded show the condition of the room and the surrounding building. Overall, the experience felt misleading and far below the standard advertised. If these rooms are located in a separate building that appears unfinished, this should be made very clear to guests at the time of booking. Very disappointing and unfortunately not somewhere I would stay again or recommend.
• K4248EZangelae (10/5): Very happy - make your own opinion - The hotel is situated on the main tourist route to the Charles Bridge, so expect crowds outside. Hotel is welcoming, warm and we found the staff friendly. Room 221 (2nd floor) overlooking the back of the hotel. Very quiet room, clean and warm. Furniture is dated, but with character and certainly not an "Ikea" room. Only downside was the mattress was very hard. All in all a good located hotel in central prague and good value for money
