So easy walk to Ratchamangkla night market.Can go to Partunam & The mall Bangkapi by boat and look sing seeing of Sanseab canal. I like it because closed of Suvarnaphumi airport also.Breasfast so nice food of international and indian food some items. I like chicken boiled rice so delicious food too.

I like thai food and local food because of many halal food and vegetarian food also. - Very nice of hotel and Soft bed and good of Pillow. - Room and bathroom so small but clean and good smell. - Breakfast so delicious because of have Indian food also i like it so much. - I like cereal and fresh milk so much.
• linda (8/5): Perfect one night stay. - I stayed at this place because I need to go to the land office, Bangkapi. I also need to go to the airport afterward. The location of the hotel located on a narrow ally. Short walk to the main street is required to get taxi. Hotel personnel wouldn’t assist in getting luggage out of taxi. The outlet in the room are accessible from the bathroom only. However the bedding was clean and neat.
• Kiyoshi (10/5): - ザ シーズンズ バンコク フアマーク2023年08月13日 長年使っていますが、新型コロナ後は今回初めての宿泊。 以前と変わった点としては、 ①客室でのWIFIが無料で提供されるようになった。 これは大変嬉しい変化です。 ②朝食バフェが少人数用でロビー使用。 さらに宿泊者が少ない場合はロビーで個別に朝食が提供されるようになりました。 私が宿泊中は、7泊中2回がバフェ形式で5回が個別朝食でした。 以前よりも食事のバラエティは減りましたが、朝食としては十分な内容です。 まだ宿泊数が十分に確保できないようなので、今後変わってくる可能性が高いです。 ③だいぶ年季の入った建物ですが、部屋は清潔に保たれています。 ④今回は最上階の8階に宿泊しましたが、以前一時的に窓を箪笥で塞ぐような仕様になったことがあり、大変残念でしたが、今回は窓が復活しました。 ⑤その代わり窓の前の机の上に冷蔵庫が鎮座するようになりました。 テレビが壁掛け式になってテレビ台に置いてあった冷蔵庫が机上に移動したみたいです。 しかしこれは是非床面にでもいいので、机上からは取り除いてもらいたいです。 ⑥クローゼットもリストラされ、机の上に簡単なハンガーラックが設置されました。 上着はいいとして、スラックスをぶら下げると机にぶつかって邪魔になります。 しかしこの程度はホテル料金を考えると致し方ないかもしれません。 ⑦ホテル自体の問題ではありませんが、隣にあるモール・ラムカムヘン（モール3）がほとんど廃墟状態です。 3階から上は閉鎖されています。 飲食店としては、8番ラーメン、ナイン（9）、スターバックスの3店のみでした。 上の階にあったフードコートはもちろんありません。 ラムカムヘン通りを挟んだ反対側のモール3の半分は相変わらず更地のまま。 外での飲食が近場で確保できないのはちょっと不便です。 ⑧あと数年でラムカムヘン通りに地下鉄？が開通するようですので、それまで辛抱するしかないかもしれません。 それまではVISAタッチや便利なアプリが使えるようになったエアコン・バスを活用して動き回るしかありません。 ⑨ホテルスタッフの皆さんは、相変わらずとてもフレンドリーです。 中心地から離れてはいますが、飲食店の件を除けば、利用目的にもよりますが、とてもコストパフォーマンスはいいと思います。

• Jufrisakka (6/5): Value for Money - This hotel was previously managed by International Hotel Chain and already quite old. Located not in the main road but opposite with one of local shopping mall. Room are spacious, clean and breakfast items not many choices but still good as you may think about the Value for Money. Another good things also their team are very responsive as in the first night our Air Con in the room are not working well and they came to fixed it so quickly.
• YOSHIAKI (8/5): ショッピングモールに近い、便利なホテル - 運河のボートを利用してホテルので移動しました。桟橋に到着後、ショッピングモールの駐車場を横切ればホテルの正面玄関につきます。朝食は、団体客が観光バスで出発する9時直前が混雑しますので、7:00-8:00の利用をお勧めします。7Fに滞在しましたが、シャワーの水量は十分あり、温度も熱く満足でした。

The area is busy at night, lots of vendors (food that is being sold looks great) so it’s not scary to walk from rajamangala stadium back to the hotel.

They make an extra effort to ensure visitors have an enjoyable vacation. The whole resort is kept extremely clean and comfortable. I would and have recommended this hotel to everyone I know. There were a few staff members who went above and beyond and I plan on returning as soon as possible!
• amitnaseri (6/5): A budget property for budget traveler - The property is suitable for the persons who do not expect anything from the stay. The rooms are small with typical smell without windows. Once you inform them the housekeeping comes and sprays the room freshener as a formality. Bathroom is small. The management needs to give a serious thought for the cleanliness and overall service of the property. Wifi service is only available in lobby. The water taxi station is just walking distance and you can reach Sukhumvit within 15 -20 minutes by boat for Baht15.....

• Tris (8/5): - Thankful for the friendly staff who can speak English! The room was also adequately equipped with the basic facilities, so that was sufficient for my one night stay!
• Yong (8/5): - Overall the hotel was nice. The bedroom was clean and it has all the basic amenities such as soap, shampoo and all except for toothbrush and toothpaste. It will be good if they can renovate the toilet as the toilet is the only part of the hotel that is lacking. The silicon holding the glass door for the shower area was peeling off and the ledge that was holding the glass door was also loose.
• darrenmichaelr (4/5): Disappointing - Very disappointed following my stay at this hotel last week. This hotel is in need up updating and quite frankly a good clean up. Hotel appears great on advertising photos but indeed is not. Please all be aware that whilst this hoteI might advertise itsself as having a gym, it does not. The hotel is located at a great distance from the centre of Bangkok and will cost you 300 Baht to travel, by taxi, one way. This hotel advertises itself as being in a great location, it is not. I might add however that there is a water taxi service located close by that will take you close to the centre of Bangkok and is mainly used by the local people, this will cost you 15 Baht, one way. In the room,the shower had extensive mould, the laminate floor was coming up. some skirting board was missing. The only redeeming factor for this hotel was that the staff where very accomodating and genuingly friendly, In particular the gentleman who works behind the bar and serves the food. This gentleman was a credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for his service. If it wasnt for the excellent hotel staff, then i would have rated this hotel lower. I have stayed in worse hotels and given them higher ratings, always bearing in mind the cost of the room. This hotel is actually expensive considering and hence the rating reflects.
• LuluFauziah (6/5): No wifi - I stay there for bussiness with my college. Location not really near city, but near a supermarket and mall, so easy to get snack But there is no wifi at room and the room not clean enough. Breakfast good, have a lot menu
• aarti2010 (2/5): Don’t expect any hospitality - Me and my husband arrived for the end of our honeymoon around 10am. Receptionist said we couldn’t check in until 2pm because “rooms weren’t ready” however he did say if we paid more (500baht) then we can do an early check in...He suggested we go check out the mall near by while we wait. The mall didn’t open for another 2 hours. The hotel is in the middle of a large construction area so hard for taxis to come or find transportation. Walking distance to a road was about 25-30 mins due to construction. Also keep in mind the hotel only has Wi-Fi in the lobby (which could use a major upgrade: floorboards rising, water leaking from ceiling). I can’t wait to see the rooms (when we finally get in) and the rest of their hospitality.

• norhisham (6/5): Budget hotel, suits the casual traveller. - Used to stay here last March 2018, parking bays limited.Still need to refurbish most rooms.You cannot avoid the tour groups, cannot blame them as they need a budget priced room.Stayed without breakfast, the breakfast, if you book a room inclusive of one, is very filling.Pleasant smiling staff at front desk despite their clientale..must be patient when dealing with tourists.Love the tv box,around 800 tv channels.Flat screen tv, Samsung, used the usb port to watch my downloaded films, very nice.Hopefully, my comments to management will be useful for them as the rooms are really looking tired.Great cleaning staff.Could be better but you get what you pay.

Pro : Nice staff, There’s a water heater jug so you can make coffee and tea inside your room, Near small mall with KFC and Mcd and 1 halal restaurant, Near Supermarket Family Mart Near canal boat, they called it pier who can take you to the city like Pratunam, The Platinum etc, Cont: Far from the city, Wifi only on lobby Breakfast is so so Room is not quite big, so far clean
• dandee91 (8/5): Good Hotel for the Price - The Hotel is located directly across a mall with lots of shop just on the main road selling many tourist items especially cloths. Nice and Pleasant Hotel with very friendly staff, Some rooms have been renovated and we were on the 7th floor. Room is nice with bright colors and clean. Cannot ask more for the price especially when included Breakfast. Its a Good 3 Star Hotel and even have a pleasant 2 persons band performing in the lobby, relaxing area to listen to music. • Sheenzoff (4/5): Whole place needs an upgrade - The hotel is in need of refurbishing. The rooms are dimly lit and very small for two to share! The bathroom is tiny and you cannot close the shower door without hitting yourself. Hot water is constant and pressure is good. The breakfast spread is limited and the dishes sort of repeated on alternate days. Many tour groups stay here so be prepared for noise. Breakfast can be quite a crazy affair. The elevators are small and get overloaded very easily. Wifi is available at the lobby only. Staff are courteous. There is a mall opposite, a 24h supermarket (Foodland) and KFC within 400m.
• JacquelineMa (2/5): Old and tiny rooms - The rooms are small and the furnishings are old. Every night I come back to a room smelling of stale cigarette smoke. The toilet tiles are stained and I can’t even close the shower door. This is not a 3 Star at all. Morning buffet is a war zone. Many tourists squeezing and pushing. The quality of food isn’t good. Even though the staff do their best to rectify some of the problems face. I will never revisit this hotel. You literally get what you pay for. Although there is a small mall very close by, it’s not near the BTS which makes it quite inaccessible too.
• Pengulas (6/5): An old budget hotel on the uptown of Bangkok - This budget hotel is rather old and dull, with a simple room and bathroom. There were some signs on the details of the room that already show their ages. Wifi is free but is only available at the lobby. Also include complimentary breakfast with basic menu.
• AngusUk (4/5): Not as good as it used to be. - This hotel was one of the best budget options around but now it has started to take in coach loads of Asian tourists. Some of whom were quite badly behaved during our last trip. I can no longer recommend for families.

• Shigeru (8/5): 渋滞は関係なく市内に - バンコクの渋滞はとてもひどいです.しかし、ホテルのすぐそばにある水上バスの船着場を利用して行くと、渋滞は関係なく市内に行ける。

Uima-allasta ei ole vaikka niin varaussivusto väittääkin.. Sitä olisi helteellä kaivannut. Aamupalaan petyin, ei juuri mitään länsimaalaista. Ei kananmunia, jogurttia tms. Riisiä kun ei aamupalaksi jaksaisi. Muroja sit vedin enemmän koska oli ainut länsimaalainen ruoka. En menisi uudelleen... Aasialaisille varmaan loistava hotelli.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Good budget hotel - Overall a okay hotel, though some may want wi-fi in their own rooms. Room AC outlets need fixing and one of the elevators is pretty scary with a lot of bumping. If you know how to use the canal boat or buses, I think it's a pretty good budget hotel.

• Bernie (2/5): Close to shopping - Mold in every corner of the bathroom and shower rod, ceiling in bathroom bubbled, needs new paint. Seals in Bath all need to be patched, not puttied over and over, shade in bathroom window delapitated, broken and filthy. Curtain in bedroom not on all hooks and who knows when those where last cleaned, the endtables appear to have been puttied to the wall, the bed had no mattress, but a hard pad and the room only had 2 coat hangers. I only stayed here for 3 days and if the stay had been longer I would've changed hotels the 1st day, however Expedia somehow cancelled my original reservation and had to rebook another room at 2:00am in the morning, with hotel staff that spoke no english and after an 18 hour flight, thanks, Expedia.
• Peter (6/5): A good honest hotel without the frills and cost - I often stay here when in Bangkok. It's not the Ritz but it is clean, cheap and functional. I like the Mall location and the free tea/coffee making in room. Fairly close to the BKK airport, 15 minutes and $6 away by cab. Also accessible by airport train to Ramkamhaeng and then a 71 bus (less than $2).

• Patrick (2/5): This hotel does not deserve three stars! - This hotel is dreadful — it does not deserve three stars. The All Seasons is old, dirty, and it's a rip-off. These jokers are trying to charge $10 per day just for WiFi in the room, and $5 for a small can of Singha beer from the minibar. Are they having a laugh? At my old apartment in Bangkok I paid $15 per month for WiFi, and at the 7/11 I pay exactly $1 for a small Singha. The All Seasons is stuck in the dark ages. How on earth can a hotel expect to survive in the 21st century without providing guests with free, in-room WiFi? It's the most important thing for most of us these days — but the All Seasons is yet to realise this. Admittedly, I should have taken more care when reading the All Seasons profile on Hotels.com, which does state that free WiFi is only available in the lobby. But trying to charge $10 per day just to connect? — they're twisting my melon with **** like this. So why does the All Seasons have three stars, you might ask? The answer: I simply have no idea. Our television was constantly sparking from the plug, and it nearly electrocuted my friend almost as soon as we entered the room. The bathroom is cramped, foetid and mouldy. The shower head is covered in lime scale. And every item in the mini bar costs have you filing for bankruptcy. In all honesty, I would rather stay the night in a Thai prison than face another stay at the All Seasons.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Outside Gem - This is a great place outside of the busy Sukhumvit area. It is close to golf courses and a night market for shopping... cheaper than downtown (MBK .. etc) However, if you are looking to party like in places eg .. Nana then it is not to place for you.
• choon huat (8/5): Good value - This hotel is besides a big mall and it is very convenient for shopping and night market which is just outside the mall at night .. and also close enough to golf courses without the traffic.
• choon huat (8/5): Great hideaway gem - It an older hotel but room is clean and service from staff more than make up for the lack of flash. Just opposite to a big shopping mall and in the evening there is night market just outside of the mall that goes for miles. Cannot really fault this hotel and at such a good price .. it is really a gem if you wish to be outside of main street bangkok and near golf courses.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Great place for budget traveler A+service... - Great service from all hotel staff specially Kittikan at bar and restaurant. Mr Pot the cab driver from hotel was amazing he drove us everywhere as we book him as our day driver it was a private tour but without the hassle of times or schedules he was so accommodating and friendly. If you hace the chance and he is availible don't hesitate book him. Oh and he offered us a great price compared to tour companies. Great breakfast buffet for about 6.00 us dollars. Everything is about 20 mins from hotel and from each place good location. Taxis service is pretty good and cheap. Will stay here again no doubt.

• DW (6/5): Good price, but small rooms. - The staff was super friendly and made the stay enjoyable. The price was great and the beds wee comfortable. However, the rooms were not 3 star. They were very small and the shower leaked and the hot water was nonexistent.

• William (6/5): No frill hotel - Value for money transit hotel. Arrived at 11pm, before the curfew start, left next morning at 8am to Chantaburi. If you are going to bangkok city everyday, this is not the right hotel.

• Victor Grant (10/5): Victor Grant - I stay here every year. Big upgrade in my opinion. Pulled old carpets up and now there are nice wood floors. New shower heads. Good service but wish some of the desk help spoke better English. Love the mall next door. Good prices.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - this hotel is spot on apart from the location. i have stayed here quite a few times because it's a nice hotel with friendly staff. it is very clean but could do with some quality maintenance and not the people that think an inch bead of silicon around the shower tray is quality!!!! and cutting in on paint edges are probably done with a sweeping brush!!! but having said that, it is clean, the staff are great the downstairs bar is nice and serves lovely fruit coctails with a nice smile. the breakfasts are not great, eggs are always over done, but always plenty of fresh fruit and coffee. like i said i do stay here when in bangkok but sukkhumvit is a good 12 minute taxi drive if no trafik which is only after 10 pm.or weekends but at the rear of the hotel you can take the river boat which only costs 14baht to nana sukkhumvit, and is spot on and only takes about 7minutes although knowing which stop to get off at is guess work as the stops are only written in thai, clever eh? will i stay here again? yes of course i would. large shopping precinct next door, plenty of places to eat, but like i say if your after the night life then it's a taxi ride away at about 80baht, £1.65 at todays rate. nice little outside pool aswell. for the money, you will be hard pushed to find a better hotel!!! and i come to thailand regularly. bon voyage. ken.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Not close to anything - Showers were not very clean, had mildew. Rooms were alright but beds were rock hard. Air conditioning was nice but turned off when you left the room with your key. Staff was helpful. Not a very convenient location.
• Champzhou (8/5): The Tour Group Hotel... - Have a many tour group form India and China. A lift is so tiny.(Can pick up only 4 pax.) A room is good condition but a bathroom is small too.

• Byrack (2/5): - It was not a good choice made by me. I had 2 bookings with the hotel. I chose not to have my second stay at the place as it was not good for me. The hotel was over all shabby and require immediate maintenance. The breakfast was not very hygienically presented. But otherwise, the hotel is calm, no other problems, safe and location wise great!

• traveller josh (6/5): very cheap comfortable room - pros - a dark room to sleep in when curtains are closed, friendly front desk, swimming pool, located near local eteries and convinience stores, lots of tv channels cons - a terrible location as its too far from the airport link or sky train, getting back to the hotel around rushour takes a very long time along rhe main road i only ended up paying usd15 a night because of some promotion on ratestogo. it kncluded free wifi and breakfast. so i got a very very good deal. however, because of the inconvinient location, i wouldnt stay here again.

• Anonymous (10/5): An excellent budget hotel that - An excellent budget hotel that provides good facilities. Mainly targets at tour groups but excellent service. Good location for cheap eatries and quietness.
• GeminiMoai (6/5): Average, but vegan friendly. - If you're planning on not spending much time in the hotel I'd recommend it. The place was kind of dingy (carpet, furniture, slightly stained towels, and bedding.) The kitchen staff was very accommodating and prepared vegan pad thai for me. Most of the staff spoke enough English to get by, but a few of them couldn't at all, so there were a few communication break downs. But the staff was generally pleasant. Pluses: river boat stop is very close to the hotel, shopping center is right in front of the hotel, about 20 mins. from the airport (no traffic), two Internet computers in lobby Minus: lots of traffic 'til late at night, not central to tourist sites
• Anonymous (6/5): Good for its price - The room was clean enough but you may notice that this hotels was quite old with little bit poor maintenance in small details. The shower screens had problems, thay can't protect outside area from water so bathroom's floor always got wet when you take shower. The location is better because of Airport Link Train and it's close to The Mall shopping center and public boat at Sansab canal so your life here is quite civilized.
• Andy (10/5): This was the perfect hotel to - This was the perfect hotel to stay when arriving on late flight into Bangkok. Staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast great, really good value for money hotel. Rooms basic, cleaning standards only average but this would not put us off staying here again in the future.

• Rohan (8/5): Nice Hotel not far from Airport - Nice Hotel not far from Airport but along way from shopping and nightlife districts. Had to pay 100 baht each for breakfast but had reasonable choice and good fresh fruit and pastries. Good value and would stay there again if the need arises
