Guest Reviews
- Biswa28 (4/5): All good but the room I face personally not good as hotel was fully booked - I stayed with my family this month Only, the AC was not cooling in my room they changed the room but the same complaint about the new room also. Lastly I ask for a stand fan then I spend 2 days in the same condition
- Biswa28 (5/5): - I stayed with my family this month Only, the AC was not cooling in my room they changed the room but the same complaint about the new room also. Lastly I ask for a stand fan then I spend 2 days in the same condition
- maheshkandathil (2/5): Very bad experience, not ideal for families - The Hotel is not good for families. The reception was very rude. They were asking for 2000 bath security deposit, which they were not accepting via card, even though the Hotel was 3 star classified. I was travelling with family and the receptionist asked me to go out and get money from some exchange House. The rooms are also not that great AC was not properly functioning. I would never recommend this Hotel to anyone.
- gemunud (6/5): Could be better... - Checked in on a Thursday afternoon, didn't take long. The front desk staff could communicate in English and were quite efficient.
The rooms were large and most importantly clean. once in the room the traffic+ outside noise was not an issue. The toilets had a shower cubicle and had all the basics including a hand held bidet.
The location was good for shopping but not so.. if you want to enjoy the night life.
Wish they had a pool, would have been nice to be able to take a dip after a long day out in the heat.
The food was good.
Definitely value for money.
The front lobby and restaurant could do with a bit of colour and character.

- abunpt (8/5): Thailand trip with friends - Hotel is clean and have spacious room. However, it was very crowded during our stay , felt breakfast was unmanaged, no attention to guest table and dont care about service. Food taste was very average. Front Office ladies helpful in any query. Location near to malls just a km distance. Only things missed was rooftop.
- Dinesha Lakmali (10/5): -
- ayankroy (10/5): Good one - Spacious and clean rooms. Hotel staffs were well behaved and helpful. location wise the hotel is well placed. Enjoyed the stay
- NimaVnV (10/5): Good hotel for 3 stars - It was my First time in Bangkok and season siam was great hotel with good breakfast and staff was nice
It was close to everything,shopping,7eleven and restaurants
You can find any thailand food and clothes near the hotel
Hotel is good for 3star hotel
Breakfast is always same foods
Thanks we really enjoyed
- Dhanika (9/5): Superb -
- SumanBudhathoki (6/5): Good Location-Budget 3 star hotel-Seasons Siam Bangkok - The best part of the hotel is its location. It is nearby shopping malls, BTS and Airport link. The rooms are clean but the amenities are limited. Maybe because of lot of tourists, they even do not extend 1 day without prior payment. The breakfast has limited options and no taste of Indian Breakfast.
- Ahmmed (5/5): Passable -
- Shahzad (6/5): Pleasant -
- Alisha (4/5): Disappointing -
- Freesoul12 (2/5): Terrible - Very rude staff….no proper maintenance…bathroom was overflowing and disgusting…different treatment for indians compared to other tourists…indian was served food with constant monitoring and it felt really bad..feel like we are there for free….never ever again
- Palaniswamy (8/5): Very good -
- Hagues (8/5): Very good -
- clairepV6424PT (10/5): Fun filled Thailand holiday - Brilliant hotels pretty central, not far from the sky tower and all the indoor and outdoor market areas. Pizza hut around the corner, we stayed here for 3 days before we went on to Phucket. Breakfast was basic but there was still something for everyone. Rooms are comfortable and we had a room with a view of the sky tower
- Ricky (9/5): Superb - The staff is approachable and honest. I was not able to check my credit card and I didn't notice that the charge for our stay was automatically deducted in my card but the staff approach me and told that it was paid already. Nice breakfast and the place is near the bus station.
- Steven (7/5): Good -
- Dream28442448530 (2/5): Staff are frauds - Staffing are frauds, they have take signature for receiving 2000 bhats, but they give only give 1600 bhats because of 1 hour late checking out
I asked to give me bill for 400 bhat they won't give any bill
They don't have hotel policy and notice board also not their
Very bad experience, I never refer to anyone
- Oeng (6/5): Pleasant -
- Hav (8/5): good place to stay - cleanliness no comb
no slippers
- Kentx (6/5): Okey -
- Anne (4/5): Disappointing - Location was far from shopping
View from bedroom window was very poor.. it was opposite some dilapidated living area
Construction noise off and on
Daily cleaning poor
- Billy (10/5): - Older Hotel but that was reflected in price, staff great and helpful in all aspects. Comfortable and clean. handy to all shops and Malls around Victory Monument and BTS link to International Airport only 800m away. Great breakfasts and cafe,
- Anonymous (8/5): Relax and had a good sleep. - It’s clean, in middle of city and walkable distance to few good hotels. I stayed in this hotel whenever I visit Bangkok, I remember last time I spent night in this hotel was in the year 2013 and place looked fabulous. We were in a group that time and there were varieties of breakfast. Now hotel needs some maintenance and upgrade to meet todays standard.
- Waqas (8/5): Very good -

- Maksim (5/5): Passable - Comfortable beds. Spacious room The room had a bad smell. It looked old, on the verge of starting to fall apart
- Ameer (1/5): Bad -
- Lim (6/5): Pleasant -
- Kimleng (9/5): Superb -
- Andrei (9/5): Superb - Great value for money, located at the centre of the city, but it’s not noisy
very clean room, friendly staff that always ready to help it’s a bit old, but for me it was more than good for the price they ask
- Kriska (7/5): Good -
- Ramel (8/5): Very good -
- D6985MTandreap (2/5): A dirty place - A BAD EXPERIENCE and a bad place! very small, dirty rooms, unfriendly and unavailable staff who do not speak English and food to say the least bad. the hotel overlooks asbestos barracks and is not very centered. The Wifi is never good, stay isolated all the time !!
- Tsuyin (2/5): By far the worst hotel I have ever been to. - Horrible service. Horrible staffs. Room was old and stuffy. They did not change the bedsheet on daily basis. The wrapper on the nightstand was left there despite having house cleaning services. One of the days for breakfast, the broccoli served was sour and we suspected that it is borderline rancid. The only upside is that it is centrally located, else this hotel is a train wreck. If it wasnt being included in the tour package, I wouldnt pick this hotel at all.
- Sarkar0072 (6/5): Not so great Hotel apart from Location - We stayed this hotel during first week of Jan-2020. The hotel located centrally and hence any place, be it Sukumvit or Khosoan takes only half an hour by Taxi. However, room size is very small and you may feel somewhat uneasiness while staying such a small sized room. Bathroom also very small and you will feel difficulty while using commode. There is a separate glass enclosure put inside for taking bath. The breakfast menus are dominated by pork, noodles etc. Although, parata / rice were kept for Indian visitors, I found it very difficult to eat.
- 823ramanjits (8/5): Booking starts from1st Jan 2020 - Hoping to have good experience at the hotel as booked Superior Room despite reading all the reviews
Will share my post visit. Hoping to have smooth stay
Any suggestions about near by places to visit. Time to Enjoy
- Thyagarajan (10/5): Good hotel. Value for money. - The hotel is good contrary to various reviews. Good location and value for money. Though the rooms are small but we'll maintained.basic facilities needed for travellers are very much there. Indian food is also available but not tried yet. If you need good indian food there is an Indian restaurant across the road.
- Sylvia_Kristel (6/5): Okay - Located in the heart of the city so it's convenience to travel around destinations. Howerver, the traffic jam anoyed me a little bit. The breakfast buffet is fine, the room's clean & the staff is friendly.
- smritig2014 (2/5): Bad Hotel , Bad Service , underpaid rude staff - Even though centrally located but this is the one only plus to this hotel. Rooms are stuffy , breakfast is not edible. Staff is rude .. they don't know english and keep repeating same statement over and over again in case you want to ask something. This the most pathetic hotel I had ever been to. Serving staff during breakfast looks sad and totally unhelpful.
- Bishwar2014 (6/5): Hotel for travelers - I stayed in this hotel in new year vacation with my family. It was booked by the the travel agency as part of the tour package. Overall the hotel is good; it is in a central location near to many shopping malls, the staff in the reception is very helpful and cheerful. However, the rooms are smaller and the internet does not work well in the rooms. Furthermore, there is no locker in the room. Since this is a budget hotel, it is booked mostly by the travel agencies and there are a lots of guests who come for short stay. Some guests make lots of noise and there is a rush in the restaurant during the breakfast.
- DivyakantMeva (6/5): Budget hotel in Bangkok city centre - It was a good stay. Rooms were not too much spacious. Bathroom was too clumsy. Faced problem of smoking smell in the room. Room service was good. Breakfast was good. Best thing about this hotel is it is near to indra square and platinum fashion mall.
- shovaa803 (4/5): Small toilet, small old rooms - The hotel need to refurbish its room in term of furniture and toilet as they look too old. The toilet is also too small. The hotel corridor is too small and looks like tunnel .Doesn't meet my expectation.
- trang7803 (10/5): Good location and service - I stayed on Nov 24th to Nov 25th, and used to stay at this hotel many times. They got a nice room, good breakfast and very good location, near shopping central and open market that we can walk. We got the problem with our booking, but Mr. Korn (Front Desk) had assisted me get the room earlier than my expectation. I appreciate for their helpfull and professional. I will recommend this hotel with all my friends.
- saravananmta (2/5): The Receptionist were rude - We stayed 2 days along with my friends for 2 nights (07 Oct 18 to 09 Oct 18). We need to coordinate with our local guide for sight seeing amendments so we try to call from the reception. The reception guy informed 2 min 20 Thai Bhatt and for every extra 1 minute he charged 20 Thai Bhatt he know very well that we are new to place and he charges every time the same unfortunately since we are new to the places we are forced to paid up
- Famiana (8/5): Vacation - We stayed here for 2 nights. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, but the bathroom was not designed well, there was only the small shower put stably on the wall, it was quite small and difficult for bathing. The breakfast was ok, not many choices, and the space was too small, mixed the same place with reception.
- Psytravellr (6/5): Clean and Budget friendly - Just stayed for a night. Rooms were neat and clean. Victory monument and shopping market was just walking distance. The Buffet breakfast was good had options from veg and non veg. It is centrally located so to travel by metro is convenient and airport is also nearly 40 mins drive.
- Doanluu2016 (8/5): Vacation - Good location on Bangkok if you want to go to downtown and easy to catch bus or any transportation to go. Room quite good and enough what you need. However, lounge too small for buffet breakfast with many people there.
- Verified traveler (8/5): -
- Chung king Czarinado (6/5): -
- Verified traveler (8/5):
- expediarelocation (8/5): Good location, friendly staff. - Staff is friendly and accommodating. Hotel is located within a short walk to the Airport rail and pratunam market. There's a convenience stall beside the hotel and a bus stop right outside.
Everything is good about this hotel. Breakfast was average but still fresh.
- peedi (10/5): Super - Pllesentstay full enjoy
- Verified traveler (6/5): Reasonable price, friendly hotel staff and limited - Reasonable price, friendly hotel staff and limited hotel service.
- H@n@ (6/5): Not too bad - About 20-25 mins walk to pratunam. Overall experience was ok, room was clean, but mattress and pillows in bad shape. A very small hotel, no gym, no spa, and the receptionist who works the night shift understands very little english. Nonetheless, we are out shopping most part of the day and only return late at night.
I would still prefer to stay within the vicinity of baiyoke sky hotel. Night market is at your footstep, and easier access to muslim restaurants.
- Anna (10/5): Cheap and nice hotel - Hotel is roughly 5-10mins taxi/tuktuk away from platinum mall. Staff is friendly and helpful in all your matters, speaks english too. Room is clean, but realize they don't really change your bedsheets everyday, how i know is, there's a very small stain on the bed sheet near my pillow. So everynight when i came back to the room, i checked, the bed is tidied but the stain is still there. So i concluded that, they just tidy up your mess instead of changing the sheets. Bathroom is acceptable, just a note, do remember to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, they do not provide, and they require 1000 baht deposit PER room, you'll only get it back when you check out. And there's taxi/tuktuk of the same driver camp outside the hotel everyday, so you don't have to flag cab, just remember to lower their offered price. Overall, pleased with the price paid.
- Dhiraj (6/5): No Free Wifi in the Room - No free Wifi available in the room & we have to pay additional charges to use wifi in the room.. which was little upset for me.
- Hean Chin (8/5): Close to Central World and my relative house. - I stay 4X in this hotel very convinance. Near Central world and breakfast very nice.
- Verified traveler (6/5): seasons stay - I had booked the hotel for 2 days but frankly i was not at all satisfied as the room wer very cheap as compared to the name. Their was a feeling like we were staying in a cheap lodge. The hotel room are very old types rst the menu is very much expensive
- Pouyan (2/5): IT IS TERRIBLE - I was there just few day before, IT WAS TERRIBLE
Room was dirty, Hotel was full of indian family and LOTS OF NOISE!.
Stuff are friendly and helpful But totally i am not staying in THE SEASON HOTEL BANGKOK again.
- Ross (4/5): A hotel which does not offer much - I stay in The seasons for about 5 days. The hotel does not have any plus points worth mentioning. They provide free WiFi but you can only access it at lobby floor. And WiFi is not available from 6-10:30am! You need to walk at least 2 km to the nearest BTS station.
Another thing is that I notice the room smells funny like as if the room was not housekeep for some time when I checkin.
- rudynandez (6/5): Good if youre looking for budget hotel - Cheap, friendly staffs and location were ok just walking distance to malls.
- A Kwok (6/5): Quality service - Staff were friendly as usual and could provide me with fast check in and out service. They gave me transport advice promptly and accurately. Going to Don Muang Airport from the hotel is a good choice. However, hotel needs to be renovated as it gets older and older
- Budget Traveller (8/5): - The room is clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby is small and at times packed with people.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Nice hotel, and good deal.
- John Gregorio's (6/5): Comfort and affordable - Was satisfied with the hotels reception only watch for the 12noon check in
- stu (6/5): - Staff very freindly the location was not good and many taxi drivers did not know where this hotel was? Although had a great nights sleep.
- Richie (6/5): Good location, but not without fault. - Overall stay was fine as I didn't go expecting much, good thing I never. On the opening of the elevator door on the 5th floor I was greeted by a family who's kids were running up and down the hallway into other rooms of friends, it was as though a whole family and friends from India had booked the floor to themselves. I changed floors immediately as a result as galavanting kids wasn't on the hotel features list. Wifi was disappointing, One had to be in the hotel lobby to get a wifi signal or pay loaded rates to receive a wifi in the room, needless to say I wasn't able to properly do any work, as when you were in the lobby you had to deal with others on Skype to their loved ones and so on. I wasn't totally disappointed nor was I satisfied 100%. Hallway carpets are well worn out and can do with a change and a shampoo won't go amiss here neither, hotel needs new carpet or floors and are in urgent need of new showers (on inspection of my 1st room on the 5th floor I saw black mould all over, I wouldn't feel clean after a shower here. In summary, this won't be my first choice for a hotel in this area but if I was on a budget and needed somewhere cheap, then you'll probably see another similar post. Nothing to write home about.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Need up grade there service and keep clean - The Hotel service is very poor as a business man need more service and clean to hotel but in the floor are bad smell .
- Verified traveler (8/5): All Seasons Siam, Bangkok (May) - The hotel is generally clean, the staff were helpful whenever we asked them questions or asked for directions. However, the hotel is really VERY far away from the BTS. It will take approximately 15-20 minutes.
- Clive (6/5): Good location - Have stayed here several timesHave noticed that rooms are beginning to look jaded and shabby and need an overall refurbishment
- f (4/5): Basic - Conveniently located. Clean rooms - however, needs renovation. Also wifi internet only available from 9:30am.
- Ms. Sakthi jan (4/5): Not good hotel to stay .......... - I would like to advice not to stay there... the surrounding area very dirty many food stall have bad smell when you walk, very far if you looking for clean and good food. Most of the people staying in the hotel from india & china. There will be a con man cab driver will ask you want to go for flooting market he will never tell the entrance fee until you go to the counter immediately the will give you the tiicket The price for the entrance fee is USD60.00 very very high. Be extra careful with this con man in Thailand any where also you can find them
- Verified traveler (4/5): Nickle and Dimed - Adequate room, really stingy about wifi, bfast, etc. Could have paid extra $15USD a day for that stuff, but, come on.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Hotel. - I have had many stay in All Seasons Siam.Great staff and food. The staff all recognise me and are so welcoming. I reccomend to frieds in New zealand.
- H (6/5): Budget hotel, poor service - The room here was fine but the hotel corridors are pretty shabby.... carpets are stained and walls need a lick of paint. The lobby of this hotel was perpetually filled with people and their luggage making the journey through this area somewhat of an ordeal. The reception staff were rude when I checked out, accusing me of both drinking a can of lager that I hadn't and stealing their laundry bag! Having said all that, the deal through hotels.com was pretty good.
- Michael53 (6/5): Good value hotel - A good middle standard hotel with all you need and a good breakfast. Staff are always helpful and knowlegable. Value for money. Do not use the Tuk Tuk drivers outside as they will rip you off. Use the metered taxis which are so much cheaper than the Tuk Tuks all accross Bangkok!
- Vernon (8/5): Bangkok holiday - Bangkok is such a wonderful city and All Seasons Hotel made it more wonderful.
The free breakfast was really great because when your hungover you could just go down without worrying to pay for it and this will give you quite a relief. :)
You could easily get cabs with the help of their staff.
The downfall here is that the BTS Train station takes 10-15 min walk and because of the heat it seems to be soo long. When your in the BTS already it can bring you anywhere hehe.
- SIE (8/5): Far away from the shopping mall, - Far away from the shopping mall, we walk from the hotel to the nearest shopping mall Indra Regent take about 15~20min everyday, no WiFi, but the hotel room is very clean and the complimentary breakfast is good.
