Parking podziemny płatny dodatkowo 11,50 euro/ dzień. Podczas pobytu jedna z dwóch wind nie działała, więc trochę słabo na tak duży obiekt. Cena trochę wysoka jak za 1 noc.
• Martin (8/5): Minimal Prinzip bei Ausstattung und Frühstück - Die Lage ist super, einmal über die Brücke und schon ist man in der Innenstadt. Parkplätze im Parkhaus unterm Hotel, zum fairen Preis. Bett war bequem und Badezimmer war sauber. Von zwei Fahrstühlen war einer kaputt und der andere machte Geräusche als wenn es hier auch nicht mehr lange dauert. Auf unserer gesamten Andalusien-Reise hatten wir hier das mit Abstand schlechteste Frühstück.

Pillows very uncomfortable as they were to high which made It very difficult to sleep. Voices in the corridor on the first floor every morning at 7.30. Chairs and tables in the breakfast area not enough clean after being used by previous customer.

Muchas cosas: la habitación no tiene dónde dejar las valijas; el baño no tiene dónde poner los objetos personales; no hay cafetera de cortesía; las toallas son malísimas; el secador de pelo no tiene difusor y te quema el cabello. Pagamos mucho por unas instalaciones muy malas. No vale la pena gastar en este hotel.
• Pouya (4/5): Unser Aufenthalt war nicht so, wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. - Nur die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, weil es nahe am Stadtzentrum war. Das Hotel hatte nur sehr wenige Einrichtungen. Die Zimmer waren sehr klein. Es gab keinen Balkon und die Fenster konnten nicht vollständig geöffnet werden. Wir hatten das Gefühl, wie in einem Gefängnis zu sein, weil die Fenster abgeschlossen waren und sich nicht ganz öffnen ließen. Im Zimmer gab es nicht einmal einen Wasserkocher, um Wasser zu kochen.

• Abdullah (7/5): Super location - The staff were very helpful and nice. Location was super in the city centre close to everything. There was a big TV screen in the lobby which was nice to watch some football matches at night. The hotel was a bit expensive for 2 stars hotel. The quality of breakfast was good but it would be better if they changed the dishes a bit from day to day as I stayed for 4 days and the breakfast didn’t change. I also noticed some small insects in the bed not sure from where they come from, I called the reception to change the bed sheets and they thankfully did that immediately.

• Yang (7/5): Good, but can be better - The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. The hotel’s air conditioning wasn’t very good; it was very old and outdated. The cooling function wasn’t great either—after running for a while, it would automatically start blowing hot air. I’m not sure if that was because we hadn’t set it properly. By comparison, sleeping with the window open was cool, but it was very damp and noisy. And to think there were actually mosquitoes in Málaga at the end of February—hahaha. Perhaps the hotel could consider providing electric mosquito repellents so that we can sleep with the windows open.

• Sanaa (1/5): Terrible - Only the location Terrible experience. The reception girl at check-out was extremely rude and unprofessional. Housekeeping banged on my door while my baby was sleeping, then opened the door without permission. My baby got scared and the staff member kept shouting in Spanish instead of apologizing. When I complained, reception told me “go to the police if you want.” Absolutely unacceptable behavior. I will never stay there again and I do not recommend this place at all.

• Megan (8/5): If we return to Malaga we would book it again. Car parking excellent - We have stayed there before and chose to return because it was convenient and comfortable. The food service in the evening could have been better although breakfast was good.

• Sara (6/5): Zum Schlafen perfekt gelegen. - Die Lage des Hotels ist super gut, ein paar Schritte von der Altstadt entfernt. Durch grosse Fenster ist es hell und freundlich im Zimmer. Im Zimmer fehlt es an allem; keinen Safe, keinen Kühlschrank. Für ein Doppelzimmer viel zu wenig Fläche, um Koffer/Taschen hin zu stellen. Die Fenster kann man nur kippen, daher kommt sehr wenig frische Luft rein und die Klimaanlage ist in die Jahre gekommen und somit sehr laut. Leider hört man jedes Wort von draussen, wo direkt die Aussenterrasse eines Restaurantes ist und somit sehr laut. Hinten raus, kommt morgens um 4 Uhr die Müllabfuhr am Sonntag...man steht im Bett. Personal ist gerade mal so nett, wie es sein muss, leider sprechen sie kaum englisch.
