- Explore41047503854 (10/5): Prague Central Plaza Hotel - I can't understand the negative reviews. I'm fussy and don't give a toss about offending people when it's deserved. The room was really clean and modern with fridge, TV, and plenty of cupboard space. There is a kettle but limited supplies of tea, coffee and milk. That was easily sorted by nipping to a Tescos and buying small amounts of desired product. The Bathroom looked brand new. The tile grout lines were spotlessly white. The room was cleaned and replenished every day. I read the hotel staff were rude but I initially approached them with a smile and greeting and they reciprocated with the same attitude. They politely greeted me every morning. Breakfast was extensive with a wide choice of continental food and as much as you can eat. The only downside was the shower water was cold in the evening. It was red hot in the morning. I never tested the TV as I didn't visit Prague to sit and watch TV. I'd advise to always take a continental plug adapter with multiple type outlets. A 5 minute walk to I. P. Pavlova Metro and various trams. Always use the Pid app for Prague transport and ticket sales.

- Karolina (6/5): Průměrný hotel - Blízko metra Žádné české programy v televizi.
Snídaně velmi slabé.. žádná vaječina, slanina ani zelenina. Pořád to samé, párky..Džusy byly spíše voda než džusy.

- M4694VRneilw (8/5): Clean, tidy and good location. - A standard 3 star hotel that met our expectations. Room clean and tidy, bathroom fine, though shower might be tight for someone of a larger disposition. Breakfast is usual continental, nothing flash and acceptable, though both grapefruit and orange juices tasted like flavoured water. Reception staff were helpful and pleasant. In terms of location it was only a short walk from Wenceslas Square, and about 40 minutes to the castle, Natural History museum is a 10 minute walk away, which is highly recommended(it faces Wenceslas Square). All in all a good hotel that does what it says on the box.

- Aistė (5/5): Outdated, uncomfortable and poor quality when comparing to the price. - The room had an amazing view and huge windows, and even if the streets outside were very busy, the room itself was very silent; no police sirens (which there were many, possibly the station was nearby) were audible from it. The room's price and quality did not match at all. We booked one of the more expensive options to have comfort and quality after a long business trip. However, the entire hotel was very good maybe 20 or more years ago, now it is very outdated, with cracks everywhere, the door of the shower was completely broken and falling out, and we found someone's hair in the shower as well. The tiles of the floor were broken in multiple locations, and we even cut our feet in one. We also did not receive any wifi instructions, and the room did not provide any welcoming instructions at all. Lastly, we ordered a double bed; it was 2 beds just pushed together and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable.

- Gregory (10/5): -
- Nikolina (8/5): Ugodan i zadovoljavajuć boravak - Udobni i veliki kreveti, velika soba, čistoća, lokacija u blizini stanice metroa i tramvaja.
Buen desayuno. Spa en hotel que no usamos.

- J8283DGlouiseb (10/5): Lovely hotel - We stayed 4 nights the hotel is lovely the staff were very friendly, rooms were clean and refreshed daily there was a good choice at breakfast for a continental and the hotel itself is 20 minutes walk into the old town and also has good links with trams close by , we used ubers as i have walking difficulties which cost aprox 150 Czh Kona per trip we would definitely return 😀
- Journey25324253865 (6/5): Totally honest review - Starting with the good. Warm clean accomodation. Breakfast just as expected. Continental style. You won't starve. Plenty tea coffe juice etc. Meats cheese pre cooked omelette cereal toast jams. Thats the good... the not so good. Not central at all. Very little pub/resturant wise close by .Beds hard. Very basic rooms, not like described. On arrival tea/coffee tray had 1 breakfast tea bag and one green tea bag. 3 little uht milk and sugar. No coffee. On the Wednesday night that's the 4th match we came back after a long day. Asked at reception could we please have tea coffee milk sachets to take to room for morning. Told no. No coffee only at breakfast. If we wanted tea bags then take tomorrow morning from breakfast room. I said surely you supply this. Receptionist then said we don't speak a lot of English. Seriously? She knew exactly what I was asking for. Just pure rudeness and her colleague male bald man wasn't much better. We met several English in the breakfast room so surely staff are used to English visitors! Hotel manager maybe you're staff would benefit from a course on hotel hospitality and how to treat guests. Saying that could I thank the lady who checked us in and out she was very friendly and helpful. Also the young man on reception on Thursday morning helping us with tram information. Also the breakfast ladies... would I recommend this hotel. Location not great.. unwelcoming by some staff. Put me right off. Very basic for the cost. Loved prague just wished I had researched this hotel before booking
- Sylvester (3/5): - The staffs were okay, the price for the stay was acceptable, but bit extra. Location, clenliness of room, view from room and facilities. The breakfast is not up to the mark. Quantity is good but quality of breakfast was so poor.
- Kateryna (10/5): -
- L7805UDlyndam (8/5): Great location - Rooms clean, great location....the guy at reception when we first arrived wasn't very helpful, we had a flight delay and had a night boat trip booked but when I asked him for help on how we got there ( we would have made it in time now we know) he said he didn't understand, it was my husband's birthday so we were rather annoyed....the rest of reception staff were good though, we would stay there again

- Ágnes (8/5): Kellemes, kènyelmes, tiszta, a belvàros gyalog is könnyen megközelîthető - Bősèges reggeli, kedves recepciósok Fizetni kell a lègkondièrt
- Charitomeni (3/5): -

- Trude (5/5): - Jeg likte rommet. Lite bra for allergikere. Erite ut over

- ELM2004 (6/5): Warm and clean - Warm and clean hotel with breakfast 7 until 10. Comfy rooms with hot showers, everything you need for a city break.
We were very wary of the hotel receptionist, he was unhelpful and aggressive towards women.
- Dora (10/5): Comfortable stay , dissent brunch , quit place and very close to transport and the centre - They cleaned our room every day. Our beds were very comfortable and the room was so hot 😍 we love it because we for winter vacations and outside the weather was so cold I didn’t like that the taxes for each person were not included in the total price we paid at first and we haven’t been informed about it . We were fine and paid there but someone maybe not have planed the expenses for that . So I think it’s better to prepare the guests at first
- emmyc463 (4/5): Terrible receptionist unhelpful and rude - Middle aged bald man with glasses on reception is awful. He obviously doesnt like his job. Worst receptionist, unhelpful, rude and if you want buy anything from the fridge you will wait 15 minutes. He does not speak when you arrive he stared at us and i started to give our details and was told, "give passports" he does paperwork gives us a room pass, norman bates would be friendlier. I asked which way to room and was just stared at. Not sure if hes a future serial killer or just hates his life. The breakfast was ok, the warm stuff is luke warm, the bread is stale, wide selection. Rooms are clean and warm. Dont try and book trips with the receptionist or ask for any help, wasting your time. There is a mini market around the corner we used rather than trying to get him to sell anything. He did speak better if you are male.

- 745Jules (2/5): DON'T STAY HERE (it's really that simple) - Pay attention to the reviews as this is a terrible hotel. As a family, we spent 3 nights here and this was 3 nights too many. There is literally nothing good to say about our stay here. When we arrived, the reception staff were extremely rude. There was no welcome and their attitude made me want to turn around and run. I appreciate that different nationalities have different personalities, but a welcome is a welcome, where ever people are from. And they should remember that we are paying guests. The rooms are basic and the beds are like rocks. We have the worse nights sleep ever. The breakfast is basic but they had no eggs on our third day. Even the breakfast staff don't smile. Considering it was Christmas Day when we were there, no one wished us Happy Christmas. In fact, no member of staff spoke to us at any time. There are only 2 tea bags in the room for our entire stay and if you get make up on the towels, you are charged. One final point is the location of the hotel which is a GOOD 30/40 minute walk from the main squares or any of the attractions. Our advice is DON'T STAY HERE. (It's also interesting how the hotel management have NOT responded to any review.......clearly the attitude of the customer facing staff is also reflected in the Management).
- Alicja (8/5): - Pyszne śniadania , szybka obsługa , czyste pokoje , codzienne sprzątanie , baaaardzo wygodne łóżka.
- Ievgeniia (10/5): -
- E4598LAlaraw (2/5): Central my ar** - Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my life. The staff couldn’t be any ruder if they tried. We stayed for Christmas and not one person wished us a merry Christmas and if your in the breakfast hall after 10am they will literally turn the lights off on you.
The beds are rock hard and the rooms are either freezing or boiling.
The location is terrible and miles out from everything. Just spend the extra money and stay closer to the square and save yourself the hassle.
If you’re not English the breakfast is VILE from grey eggs to grey porridge.
God forbid you need anything and the staff look like they might spit at you.
Biggest waste of money of my life

- Ivan (10/5): - Excellent service! We arrived earlier in the morning, and the rooms were ready for us. No need to wait till standard time for check in. Breakfast was good! Large beds and very comfortable pillows. Everything was great!

- Michela (9/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. - Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.
La struttura è pulita e la camera è molto spaziosa.
La colazione buona e abbondante.
Nel complesso ci tornerei volentieri. I cuscini troppo sottili.

- christinef739 (4/5): Not a place I would recommend - This hotel, appears to be in the poorer area of Prague. Lots of building around with graffiti on them and run down. The hotel whilst clean had limited facilities, no restaurant apart for breakfast room. Beds were very uncomfortable. The description stated tea and coffee making facilities in the the room. On arrival there were two tea bags and these were not replaced once used. Had to buy water for the room. If you do stay there make sure females remove makeup before using towels otherwise you will be charged.
No volvería.
- Lauramummybear (2/5): Awful not English friendly or just friendly - ⭐ 1 Star – Avoid at All Costs
I stayed at this hotel while visiting the Christmas market and had an awful experience from start to finish. On arrival we were greeted by an extremely rude gentleman who didn’t even say hello. He continued chatting with his colleagues, snatched our passports out of our hands, and literally threw the keys and paperwork at us. When I tried asking what the paperwork was for, he acted like it was an impossible question and gave no proper response.
We booked a room for three people with three beds. When we got to the room, only two beds were made and the third was just a seating area that hadn’t been set up. There was one tea bag, three cups, two sugars, and a kettle — completely unacceptable for three guests. When we went to reception about the missing bed, we were told to go to room 140, take a bed ourselves, and make it up. Absolutely shocking.
The next day I asked to make an official complaint, but the staff refused. They told us, “You only get tea in your room,” even though there was only one tea bag for three people. We were also told it’s “only a three-star restaurant,” as if that excused everything.
Staff are extremely rude, make no effort to speak English, and don’t try to communicate at all. The hotel is not catered to English visitors whatsoever. There is a spa on site, and when we asked to book it, we were abruptly told, “No. No availability for you,” without even checking.
Housekeeping was also disappointing — they left dirty cups in the room after cleaning.
To top it off, when we were leaving, we mentioned there had been no coffee in our room all weekend and the coffee machine in reception had an out-of-order sign. A staff member simply walked over and ripped the sign off as we were heading to the airport.
Extremely rude staff, extremely poor service, and overall a terrible stay. I am extremely dissatisfied and would strongly recommend avoiding this hotel at all costs
- leannel443 (2/5): Not good - On attending, the man/women on the desk was so rude, they didn’t acknowledge us at all on arrival for about 15 minutes. They told us to pay, but didn’t say what for. (It was tax after we asked). They then handed us a paper to fill out with details, again didn’t tell us what for we had to ask. They Didn’t tell us where our room was, they seemed annoyed, frustrated and rude with us. We had to then ask how to get to our room. On arriving in the room, the third bed was not made up at all and everyone paid - all 3 people. When we went down to tell them we needed a bed making up, he told us to go to another room get the bedding and make it up ourselves, we refused as this is what we have paid for. We also told them we didn’t get the condiments for the room, no coffee he said “it’s there” and pointed to an out of order coffee machine, again very rudely. We tried to book onto the sauna and he said it’s fully booked until Sunday. Overall his attitude and demeanour was rude and we are not able to use the facilities we have paid for in our package with yourself.
When speaking to another lady regarding these issues she just said we are only a 3 star hotel

- J3377KLlisab (6/5): Clean, price is good, breakfast good. - Clean basic hotel. Some staff very friendly others no so. Breakfast had a lot to choose from. Take things to watch on your phone/tablet as the TV not great if you want to watch anything. The shower was amazing. Great location and for the price a great hotel.
- H2734JKleanned (8/5): Perfect location,clean, basic hotel - Lovely stay
Central hotel everything was in walking distance
Clean and warm
Friendly staff
Something for everyone for breakfast
- Travelacer123 (6/5): Okay stay - Good location , the mattress was very uncomfortable could feel the springs they could do with an upgrade.
The breakfast is very basic and typical Eastern Europe food ,cold meat and salad.
- Aleksandar Obradinov (9/5): - Pillows are very soft for sleeping.
- marksch1972 (6/5): A nice hotel, but for the money should have been better - This was a nice hotel, near to the city centre. However due to its size it was quite noisy on an evening with hotel guests slamming doors and having loud conversations in corridors late at night. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable but there is no aircon. We paid for breakfast but in all honesty it was not very nice. Limited selection of food, which for a hotel of this size was surprising. My husband and son who normally eat anything couldn't find anything they would eat so we ended up having to buy breakfast elsewhere.
- Greta (5/5): -
- Dominika (10/5): -
- Andrei (4/5): Not worth the value - Good accommodation, fast check-in, no problems with having two keys for the room. The breakfast tastes like it's made from food taken away from stray dogs. The cook must have studied for a long time to learn making everything taste like a piece of foam rubber. This is the worst breakfast I've had since spending several days in prison.
Additionally, the mattresses are way too soft, they've likely seen the times of the First Czechoslovakian Republic.
- Ivana (7/5): -
- E9011KIstephanier (2/5): Never again - Hotel is a 3* based on 5 floors check in was easy but trying to find the room wasn’t exactly easy to locate not very well sign posted there is a lift we we’re on the 4th floor the room was spacious bed was comfy and so was the pillow the bathroom was a good size and constant hot water the self in the bathroom looked like it was going to fall off the wall the towels in the bathroom were tiny could do with being bigger
There isn’t any air con so had to have to window open but it was so noisy so good luck if ur coming in the summer
The info on the hotel said that they have blackout curtains certainly don’t!!!
Breakfast was terrible seriously the layout was awful u had to queue to get the food and was so disorganised there was a massive school party and the kids kept getting in the way and the food wasn’t exactly a good choice 1 toaster which took ages bread kept running out
It was a terrible hotel price was good for 1 night but won’t stay again
- Maciej (5/5): Pobyt w Pradze udany, a hotel tylko do przenocowania. - Nic Słabe, podstawowe śniadanie, słaba kawa, pokój przypominający hotel robotniczy- zimny, pożółkły z malutkim monitorem wysoko na ścianie. Brak baru za wyjątkiem automatów z kawą i lodówką z piwem.
- Markus (7/5): -
- Pavol (6/5): - Prague is nice
- Arnþrúður Eik (5/5): - The location is great. The hotel room was clean. The breakfast was not good and in a small room that was often crowded. The beds were not comfortable.

- Kimberly (8/5): - The hotel isn’t very quiet. You can hear people talking and slamming doors at all hours. So most rooms don’t have AC but windows do open! I would recommend bringing an outlet strip because there’s not many and the ones by the bed, you need the light as there’s not much lighting in the room period. Has daily breakfast that’s decent!
- Szełęga (10/5): - Wszystko było ok
