Mevlütcan (6/5): Citytrip İstanbul - Het hotel was centraal gelegen. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam. Iedere dag kregen we verse handdoeken. Iedere dag werd ons kamer gekuist. De kamer was zeer krap en toe aan renovatie. (Zeer smalle badkamer) Als je niet bij de eerste was voor het ontbijt, moest je lang zoeken (wachten) voor een plaats. Het ontbijt was zeer beknopt en werd laattijdig aangevuld. We hebben gelogeerd met 4 personen, maar de kamer was niet geschikt voor 4.

Frances (1/5): Terrible do not stay here - It had a restaurant 8 in the morning no hot water, neon sign directly outside the room window with no block out curtains. The noise was terrible, it started early in the went until after 5 in the afternoon. The smell from the bathroom was so bad we had to have the canon all night . We have stayed in Istanbul many many times this is the worst hotel.

Daniela (3/5): - Pozitia hotelului față de punctele de interes. Când am ajuns in prima zi din trei camere doar două au fost disponibile, restul ni s-a spus că au o problemă la baie. Am fost cazați la doua hoteluri diferite, cu toate că noi am luat special în același hotel, să stăm împreună tot grupul de prieteni.La hotelul unde ne-au trimis, cu greu au găsit o cameră, iar camera nu era gata încă și am lăsat bagajul in acea cameră cam o ora, până au terminat de făcut curățenie. A doua zi când am revenit la micul dejun, camerele încă nu erau gata și a trebuit să așteptăm până după amiază și bagajul l-am lăsat la recepție. In camera triplă unde am stat(308) ,patul de o persoană era rupt și foarte murdar, iar în baie cât și în cameră se simțea miros de canal și mucegai, vederea din cameră dădea într-un hol interior.Suntem a patra oară în Istanbul, dar așa ceva nu am întâlnit, să vi obosit de pe drum și să te plimbe că nu au camere și să nu ai unde sa te schimbi de hainele de pe drum ,să îți faci un duș, să stai un pic să te relaxezi.

Guest (9/5): We enjoyed our stay in your hotel and in Istanbul. - The breakfast is very tasty. The location is very good,only it s a bit uphill to the tram. The beds are big and very comfortable. The room,bedding and towels are really clean. Please ,fix the lock in room 304 and TV.
petros (4/5): - Η τοποθεσία. Είναι κοντά στο τραμ κ στα βασικά αξιοθέατα. Πολύ μικρό το δωμάτιο. Μερικά είναι ισόγεια ή κ υπόγεια, μην σου τύχει δηλαδή. Το πρωινό κάθε μέρα τα ίδια, μέτριο. Ο χώρος είναι ισόγειο ς, το μεσημέρι γίνεται καφέ κ το βράδυ ταβέρνα. Στο πρωινό λέγαμε: τελείωσε το ψωμί κ απαντούσαν: Ε να μην φάτε ψωμί. Δεν είχε πιρούνι κ μας απάντησαν: Ε μην φάτε με πηρούνι. Δεν είχε ποτήρι κ είπαν απλά ότι τελείωσαν τα ποτήρια. Πολύ ακριβό ξενοδοχείο για αυτά που προσφέρει. Ξεγελαστηκα από τις κριτικές αλλά δεν ισχύουν. Αν κόστιζε το μισό θα το έλεγα αξιοπρεπές αλλά τώρα το λέω χάλια.

Ján Jasenka (7/5): Pictures better than reality - The location was more than great. Breakfast was alright - good value for the money, but not enough space for all the guests. Also the bad was great. The hotel looked much better in the pictures than it was in reality. The wardrobe in the room was old and crooked. We missed having a normal duvet on the bed, although I know that they sometimes don't use regular duvets. The internet was very weak and there was a smell coming from the sink in the bathroom. Also, the shower was leaking. Occasionally, there was no hot water. Also, be careful which room you choose, because ours was right next to the elevator and it was very noisy every time it was used.

Zona servita da mezzi (tram) Stanza pulita e accogliente. La colazione è da rivedere sia nella scelta e qualità del salato che dolce.

Sophie (1/5): - La situation même si l'on n'a JAMAIS DORMI DANS CET HOTEL Nous avons réservé pour 4 nuits et n'avons logé que dans des taudis : 1 nuit Hôtel HKK= 1 porte douche cassée, penderie impossible à ouvrir, lit quasi aussi grand que la chambre, prises au nv tête du lit, puis relogés ds 3 appartements=invasion mouches, literie horrible, salle d'eau avec plafond délabré (trous, plafond qui manque, chambranle qui tient avec une fourchette tordue) et robinetterie douche qui ne tient pas au mur, 1 lavabo avec robinet qui n'est pas fixé mais un second lavabo dans le couloir, et nos affaires ont été remballées par d'autres personnes vu que l'on ne nous avait pas dit que nous y logerons qu'une nuit. Puis 2 nuits dans un 3eme hôtel : Vizyon = odeurs d'égouts dans la salle d'eau, pas de housse de couette, collection de chaussons d'anciens occupants avec une tonne de poussière ainsi qu'une paire de chaussettes d'un client. Pas d'accès à la penderie, portes déglinguées, pas de cintres et surtout couette, oreillers supplémentaires coincés dedans. Aucune possibilité d'accrocher ni déposer une veste... Nous avons dû batailler plusieurs jours pour récupérer des photos qui n'avaient pas été récupérées lors du déménagement forcé sans notre présence. Quand je vois que nous avons payé 4 nuits pour de grandes chambres (idem photo du site) pour un hôtel 3 étoiles avec un label de qualité et vérifié... AU SECOURS !!! La pire expérience de ma vie et je voyage depuis très très longtemps. C'est simplement du vol, un manque cruel de considération, on a été balancé d'un endroit pourri à un autre plus ou moins pourri mais pas conforme aux photos de ce que l'on a payé !!!
Alina (9/5): Per total este o locatie ok, foarte aproape de obiectivele turistice, raportul calitate-pret este ok. - Aproape de bazar si toate locatiile de vizitat La baie erau obiectele sanitare destul de uzate/ ruginite desi erau moderne, capacul de la toaleta se desfacea la fiecare utilizare. La micul dejun destul de putin diversificat.
LUCIAN FLORIN (7/5): - Cu toate ca am rezervat acest hotel, odata ajuns acolo nu am fost cazat acolo motivatia fiind ca erau ceva probleme tehnice cu camera mea. Am fost cazat la Blue Istanbul Hotel, care era in apropiere, coborand o strada in panta. Mi s a oferit o camera dubla, fata de cea single pe care o rezervasem. Micul dejun trebuia sa l iau insa la Hotelul Santa Sophia. Nu am vrut sa mai umblu intre hoteluri si m am lipsit de el. Este a doua oara in decurs de 2 saptamani cand nu mi se da camera rezervata si platita si mi se ofera o camera in alt hotel, inferior, din cauze tehnice. Incep sa cred ca de fapt este altceva la mijloc.
Saadia (1/5): Totaal onprofessioneel. - Helemaal niets. Voor ons vertrek hadden we een transfer van het vliegveld naar ons hotel geboekt, en we ontvingen een bevestiging. Bij aankomst op het vliegveld in Istanbul bleek er echter een fout in het systeem te zijn; onze boeking stond niet correct geregistreerd, wat betekende dat er geen vervoer voor ons beschikbaar was. Na een halfuurtje wachten, werden we uiteindelijk naar ons hotel gebracht. Bij aankomst ontdekten we dat er een lekkage was op de verdieping waar onze kamer zich bevond. We kregen te horen dat we naar een ander hotel in de buurt moesten verhuizen, dat dezelfde kwaliteit bood. Het was inmiddels 00:30 uur. We vroegen om iets te eten en de jongeman aan de receptie bestelde wat pide en soep voor ons, met de belofte dat hij het zou brengen zodra het bezorgd was, aangezien het nieuwe hotel dichtbij was. Om 01:30 uur kregen we echter een telefoontje dat onze bestelling was geannuleerd, en we moesten zonder eten naar bed. Dit was een teleurstellend begin van onze reis. Op de tweede dag kregen we opnieuw te horen bij de receptie dat we weer naar een ander hotel moesten verhuizen. Het hotel had blijkbaar slechts een nacht beschikbaarheid voor ons. Dus met onze koffers in de hand, liepen we door de straat naar ons volgende verblijf. Gelukkig was ons derde hotel schoon en waren de medewerkers uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Tot nu toe hebben we echter niets meer vernomen van Santa Sophia; we hebben tot op heden geen excuses ontvangen voor de ongemakken die we hebben ervaren.

Antoinette (7/5): - L'hôtel est très bien placé, on trouve tout à proximité ( commerces, restaurants, tram) beaucoup de visites peuvent se faire à pied.Les chambres sont correctes avec une literie très confortable. A notre arrivée la salle de bain n'était pas très propre, grands cheveux noirs dans la salle de bain et la douche, WC sale. Les serviettes sont changées tout les jours mais le ménage n'a jamais été fait durant la semaine. A part une femme de ménage et deux hommes à l'accueil le soir, le personnel et très désagréable, pas même un bonjour. Vraiment dommage.

Polonca (5/5): - Lokacija Ko sva prišli ni bilo sobe, kot sva rezervirali. Ob pol dveh ponoči so naju zaradi tehničnih težav odpeljali 2 min peš v drug hotel. Soba v kleti, primerna za 1 osebo. V kopalnici prav tako brisače za 1 osebo.

Brendan (10/5): - I love this hotel. This trip was my second stay there. The staff are easy and helpful, the room pretty nice and the location is great. Good breakfast. Not much to say here, this is a pretty good hotel and good value.

Angela (2/5): Pessimi - Solo la posizione Avere una camera senza finestre sotto terra che non hanno voluto cambiarmi neanche pagando un supplemento, pur avendone a disposizione. E già avevo pagato tanto la stanza rispetto alla media del periodo. Il bagno puzzava di muffa e gli spazi di bagno e camera piccolissimi.

FLORINA ALINA (10/5): - We stayed 5 nights and everything was really lovely. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was warm and welcoming. The room was comfortable, the beds were great and also the pillows were very restfull. We enjoyed the breackfast which was varied and delicious. The location was great. Close to the Blue Mosque, grand Bazar and tram. Good wifi. Nothing to complain.
Nakipov (10/5): - Отличное местоположение отеля. До всех достопримечательностей можно легко добраться пешком, а так же развитая инфраструктура общественного транспорта. В отеле было чисто, и вкусные завтраки!

Setti (6/5): Accettabile - Posizione perfetta Letto comodo Lo scarico della doccia non andava bene e si è allagato il bagno Ci è stato proprio un cambio camera che ho rifiutato per mi avrebbe costretto a rientrare in hotel alle 14 Ci hanno lavorato e qualcosa hanno risolto La porta del bagno non si chiudeva
