• Hayley (5/5): Great location - Great location for our purpose. Worst bed I think I've ever slept on, both ended up with sore backs. AC was located in the living area only so no airflow in the bedroom. Tiny couch.
• Mills (8/5): Ideal location - The location was absolutely brilliant, and we were able to walk everywhere. The people in the office area were friendly, polite and helpful. Would stay again because of its location, set up and cleanliness. The siting of our room was on the corner of a main intersection and road noise and traffic lights noise was loud because the windows were not double glazed and the curtains did not reduce the road noise.

• Ruby (4/5): Very budget - In a great location, staff were friendly and helpful Rooms are facing the street with no privacy so had to keep curtains shut the whole time. The room wasn’t that clean or comfortable, there was hair in our bathroom that wasn’t ours, shower seemed quite dirty.

• susan (8/5): Was definitely a budget 3 star Apartment - Location was close to darling harbour and Bangeroo We were two single ladies. We booked for a sofa bed plus bedroom double bed apartment. The sofa was a two seater no pull out bed. We had to pay an extra $50 for an extra bed to be brought to our room. Also $50 for parking . For the extra $100 we could have got better accommodation.

• Ron (6/5): Enjoyed our stay, great location and friendly staff, just a little disappointed with the cleanlines. - Great location, friendly staff, good to have a balcony. Good price for accommodation, we come and stay twice a year. Was a bit disappointed this time, as the toilet wasn’t very clean and the hand basin still had hair from shaving on it, and there was mold around the plug hole. Also there was only 1 teaspoon, and 1 glass.

This time we stayed in room 405 and unfortunately the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress dipped in the middle and was extremely hard. Otherwise our stay was lovely as always.

• Barbara (7/5): The place was okay and was well located but it’s unlikely we would choose to stay there again. - The location was ideal for our purpose in visiting Sydney for the night. The fridge froze our food which meant we couldn’t use it for breakfast. The kitchen facilities were dirty. The building didn’t feel secure as anyone could enter and access all floors night and day.

Easy access from Train close to ferry service to get to Circular Quay. Kitchen facilities bit lacking if you want to cook for yourself. Couch wasn’t comfortable for me not supportive enough.

• David and Karen (8/5): - Convenient location and surprisingly quiet. Everything we needed on hand to be self sufficient, parking available at a fee, cheaper than the public carpark opposite. We knew when booking we were not getting an upgraded room, but found a double bed too small for 2 adults when most places are queen or king bed. To be fair the description did say double. Next time would pay more for a renovated room with better fixtures and fittings.

• Adelle (7/5): - The apartment fulfilled all our needs in a really great location - no shortage of cafes, eateries, facilities and the metro line is the direct line from the airport which makes travelling very convenient. The photos in the listing are of newly renovated units, and we were put in an older unit - it was still clean and comfortable with everything else per listing, just a bit misleading. Our biggest concern was security, as anybody could walk into the lobby and the lift without an access card.

The staff were friendly and able to help sort out an issue I had with the room quickly. The lobby smelt funny. The remotes to the TV and air conditioner didn't work properly.
• Daryl (8/5): Spacious Apartment for a weeks stay in Sydney - We chose the location of Napoleon on Kent as it was near to all the attractions, places we planned to visit. It is near a train station and a short walk to light rail. The apartment was very spacious and the kitchen facilities were great. The bed was a super king and there was plenty of wardrobe storage. It definitely suited our needs. I think like anywhere you stay in the CBD it got quite noisy at night with passing traffic, sirens etc - but it was our choice to stay inner city so we coped with it.

Friendly staff - friendly staff big room good shower very centrally located and next to Wynyard station needed another bedside table and lamp when the curtains were open you are exposed to people walking past. Needs some roller blinds or sheer curtains as well
