- Maha (7/5): It was fair, but never booking it again - The bedding is so neat, the housekeeping is amazing and very helpful. The location is perfect if the purpose of your visit is for shopping. The reception staff and the management are not friendly at all, they focus on making money rather than customer experience. Room service is until 10pm only. Hotel entrance is questionable.

- Nicholas (6/5): Ok. - The breakfast is not served as a buffet, which is perfectly fine, but the overall quality did not quite meet the standard one would normally expect from a regular breakfast service. The service itself was good and the staff were helpful throughout our stay. One major downside, however, was the smoking policy. Smoking was allowed in many areas during breakfast, and regardless of where you were seated, it was difficult to avoid the smoke. The same issue affected the rooms as well. Initially, we booked a larger room with a connecting door to the neighboring room. Unfortunately, there was a significant amount of noise, and smoking in the adjacent room caused smoke to enter ours. Thankfully, the hotel changed our room without any issues. Apart from this, the rooms were acceptable, the service was good, and the location is excellent.

- Saghi (9/5): - I was pleased with the kindness of the staff. The location , on the 8th floor for breakfast had a beautiful view. It was very clean and peaceful and quiet. I didn't like the lobby because when you enter the hotel, you have to take the elevator to the first floor for reception. Breakfast is a set menu, not a buffet.

- Francesca (9/5): Bell’hotel in una location perfetta! - La location è perfetta, nel cuore di Nisantasi, vicino alla Metro ed a tantissimi ristoranti e negozi. Lo staff è davvero molto disponibile e cortese. Ho chiesto di trovarci una Guida che conoscesse l’Italiano per i nostri giorni ad Istanbul e ci hanno procurato una guida perfetta! Nadia. Siamo stati molto bene. L’hotel è un po’ strano, non sembra un hotel ma più un residence. Non ci sono spazi comuni, non abbiamo visto la palestra e la SPA che però ci sono, non c’è neppure la sala colazione che si fa al ristorante all’8 piano e non è a buffet. Forse unica nota stonata.

They helped every single time I asked for something. Room cleaners were superb As it’s on one of the busiest roads in nisantasi ( the reason I stayed in it ! ) it can get loud in the weekend

The staff were wonderful and helped a lot especially the lady when I first came in and unar when we left who helped us so so much The view from the window and that the ac control was not in the room so we were left with 18C at peak winter all day and night

- karim (8/5): Great location - rundown interior - The hotel needs renovation. It is run down in many areas. It also needs to be more interesting and well designed. For example there is this beautiful LED staircase yet the rest of the hotel is so banal and feels old. For the location it needs to be far more luxurious and contemporary.
