• Heidi (6/5): Mehr Schein als Sein - Gute zentrale Lage. Das Badezimnet sieht neu aus und ist groß. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet außergewöhnlich viel incl. frischem Obst. Die Begrüßung erfolgte dürftig. Es wurde nur nach dem Paß gefragt. Kein warmes Wort. Keiner des vielen umherstehenden Personals hat es für nötig erachtet, mir mein Gepäck abzunehnen ( Rucksack) Ich wurde auch nicht auf das Zimmer begleitet oder mein Gepäck aufs Zimmer gebracht. Hatte ein Delux-Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Der Balkon sah extrem verrottet aus. Die Vorhänge des Zimmers waren schon grau verfärbt vor Dreck. Zimmer wirkte schmuddelig. Beim Frühstück stehen die Mitarbeiter ständig an einem hinten dran. Ich reise viel, bin also auch asiatische Standarts gewohnt, aber dieses Hotel war vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis das schlechteste auf meiner 4 wöchigen Reise durch Vietnam. Das viele umherstehende Personal sollte effizienter eingesetzt werden.

Simply not friendly. The worst thing was, that I paid for 2 people breakfast (2.1 million in total). When I invited my friend from outside I had to pay for his breakfast. Another bad experience was, was that the office staff told me that my gf was not allowed to sleep with me because of police policy. I have never ever had this issue before in Vietnam.

• Brian (10/5): Fantastic Hotel - A Must Stay! - An excellent location with great service and breakfast. I'd highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to be close to Bên Thành Market, September 23rd Park, the new Metro Line 1 and excellent markets and restaurants.

• Caroline (10/5): Great hotel fabulous location - This hotel is central to everything in District 1. Our room was lovely quite modern, clean. Staff fantastic very accommodating. Breakfast is a Buffett there is a large selection of food including Pho. There is a restaurant/Coffee shop in the reception area. We had room 509 great view of the street and park area. Would highly recommend this hotel and I will be booking my stay again here for next year. Our fridge didn’t work which honestly did not affect our stay.

• Richard (10/5): Exceptional - The most comfortable bed I have slept in Thailand and Vietnam All the people smoking outside. It was a real turn off The smell of cigarette smoke often came in through the bathroom ventilation system etc and could be smelled in the room

• Shuvam (8/5): Good value for money hotel in a very good location for a tourist in HCMC - Great location, very close to the Bui Vien street but not on it so noise is minimum. Decent breakfast spread. Rooms have balconies and some face a nice park in the front. Overall good value. Lookout for good rooms. At first we were put in a corner room which was so tiny that there was hardly any space to walk around the bed (and an open but dirty balcony). They changed upon request. Breakfast area can get busy soon.
