The staff is knowledgeable, kind and professional. The structure is amazing and located in a convenient position to reach many of Rome's attractions. Nothing.

A hidden tribute to the lavish but eccentric past. - Exquisite as ever - I always stay here when I am in Rome - I live in Venice - and it’s a step into a bygone world of understated elegance, privacy, charm, and privilege. The staff are all lovely, you feel as if you are at home, and everyone, from the wonderful Eva on down, makes your stay a pleasure. Not a hotel but a private villa, an homage to the Fendi sisters and tribute to the remembrance of things past. No tourists, just experienced travellers - and gorgeous rooms, a special bar, a gourmet’s breakfast, and a garden with wonderful views. Yet just twenty minutes walk to heaving centre of Rome. Calme, luxe, et volupte. Nothing, in my opinion.

- ANDREW (7/5): Disappointingly inconsistent with the elegance and refinement synonymous with the Fendi brand. - The hotel itself is nice, and the staff were courteous with decent service. Still, for a place tied to the Fendi family, it felt disappointingly ordinary—I expected a touch more luxury and refinement. It felt very much like a bait and switch. We were placed in the garden area or “garden house“, a section entirely detached from the main hotel, and the experience fell far short of what one would expect from the Fendi brand. The accommodations bore more resemblance to staff quarters than to the refined luxury typically associated with Fendi—weathered, outdated, and in clear need of substantial renovation. For those seeking a true Fendi experience, I strongly recommend confirming that your reservation is within the main hotel building, as the garden rooms do not reflect the brand’s signature standard of elegance or sophistication.

- Francis (10/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Villa Laetitia - The breakfast was excellent - especially the mini croissants and pains au chocolat. Eva at Reception was friendly and helpful in terms of securing us a reservation at an excellent restaurant in the Piazza del Popolo. The Liberty style decor as well as the garden seating to the side of the hotel could not have been more beautiful. Although a bit distant from some of the major attractions, this hotel offered a welcome sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of Rome.

Hotel maravilhoso, luxuoso, quarto amplo (isso superou nossas expectativas), limpo, lindíssimo (cada quarto tem uma decoração diferente, o nosso era o "Bambu" todo nessa temática). Equipe muito educada, bairro silencioso. Café da manhã incluído e DIVINO, um espetáculo à parte. Nada a reclamar, tudo maravilhoso. Como informação, importante que saibam que fica em região fora do burburinho turístico (o que no nosso caso foi desejável e intencional) e um pouco longe da estação de metrô mais próxima. Para quem não gosta de caminhar tanto, o acesso mais fácil é táxi.

- Lesley (9/5): Beautiful villa in a residential neighborhood with lovely luxury touches and a delicious breakfast. - Loved that this was in a residential area with numerous neighborhood restaurants serving good food to regular customers. It was an easy walk to some locations, such as the Vatican, Piazza del Popolo, via Condotti and via del Corso. The Villa was very beautiful and surrounded by a small green area with plenty of shade. The breakfast was served in a lovely space and food was fresh and delicious - the bread was still warm. The bed was very comfortable, but very low to the ground, which we are not accustomed too. It was sometimes difficult to get up from the mattress! The area was a little distant from some interesting parts of Rome, such as the centro storico.

It is in a good residential location but near enough to local restaurants and a short taxi to the sights. The staff were professional and courteous. Breakfast was exceptional, and the bar was great for a nightcap. We were upgraded to a deluxe room with a private shaded terrace - the bathroom had Aesop toiletries and a great shower, but it was tiny. A small quibble.

The location was good - close to the city center and the Vatican, yet not too touristy, the street fairy busy, but our second (European) floor windows were overlooking treetops and with windows closed it was fairly quiet. Breakfast starts at 7:30 and since we had to leave for the airport at 6, we missed out on it. In other hotels under similar circumstances we'd get a "to go" (sandwich, pastry).

Lovely staff and excellent breakfast in grand - Location in quiet upscale neighborhood away from heavy tourist area. Attractive gracious public rooms and lovely delicious breakfast in dining room. Quirky but appealing bedroom decor with nice bathroom in a quiet room. Very pleasant helpful professional staff. Felt like stepping back in time to a grand old Villa. Uncomfortable seating in our small room. Bed was comfortable but not luxuriously so.

Hot water didn't work for 2 days because something was wrong with the boiler. bed was terribly hard. They moved us to a room with a working air conditioner for our last night. the bed in the new room was lovely and comfortable, dare I say 'normal'. staff at reception were good, but better to be honest and say something cannot be fixed until x date, rather than say its been fixed when it has not.
