- SYMsaeid (8/5): Nice hotel for business and leisure - Very good location, almost between two airports Istanbul and Sabiha. Breakfast and coffee are good. Tried the restaurant once, but I preferred to go to neibouring block, where there are plenty of good and upscale restaurants and cafes. Bed us comfy, but more selection of pillows are necessary. My room was good with a great view of the sea. Staff are very kind and supportive. It will be my choice in future visits. Rooms are good but need routine maintenance. e.g. clogging of basin, battery of the safe, ... Food quality in the restuarant should be improved in order to compete with restaurants nearby!

The team have been so accommodating and kind, I am gluten free and they ensured they took me on a buffet tour to show me exactly what was safe and beyond that, even went the extra mile with the chef making me special dishes like freshly baked gluten free bread, pizza and gf cookies and bread sticks! I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

- SYMsaeid (8/5): Good hotel in a good location - A good hotel in a good location, good view of Bosforous at Kenedy avenue, somewhere between Sabiha and Istanbul airport, one hour drive from each airport, walking distsnce to Buyuk yale an upscale district with tens of restaurants and cafés as well as a supermarket, ten minute walk from train station and near few other good hotels, good breakfast, very nice and attentive staff particularly Selin, I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back. I had to ask for a thin and soft Pillow, but they brought it immediately. A better maintenance of the rooms deemed necessary, but they are small issues such as malfunction of the safe, clogging of the sink,... The food in the restaurant could be better, however, plenty of good restaurants are right next to the hotel.

Stunning location next to the ocean. - The girl at the reception was very welcoming and accommodating upon my early morning arrival, and ensured I could check in early after a long flight from Australia. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping kept a steady standard. The staff was professional and helpful throughout the stay. I injured my finger during my stay. One of the receptionists, Misa or Selinay, stepped in and provided a first aid kit and support. That made a real difference. Thank you to the whole team, and special thanks to Misa and Selinay. I would stay again.

Супер парк за разходки на морската алея. Интернета на хотела като се свърже с някое у-во и му запомня МАК адреса и ако си смените стаята или се върнете в хотела след няколко дни отново - устройството ви е запомнено за друга стая и цикли.

- Ahmed (9/5): A perfect stay with a stunning Bosphorus view and highly cooperative staff - • The Prime Location: It is perfectly situated close to all essential services and transportation, making it very convenient for getting around. • The Bosphorus View: The breathtaking, unobstructed view of the water was a major highlight of the stay. • Exceptional Service: The staff's proactive attitude was impressive—specifically their quick response in providing an extra fan to ensure your comfort when the central AC was in heating mode. The only minor issue is the centralized air conditioning system, which is standard across Istanbul hotels. During colder months, it is switched to heating mode and cooling is unavailable. However, since I was already aware of this and the staff was kind enough to provide an extra fan, it didn't negatively impact my overall experience.

- Dolly Maxim (10/5): Pink moon reflection - View of my room, comfort of my room, cleanliness, breakfast presentation, kindness of the employees. Many thanks to the Reception team: Selin, Ihsan but of course the others were same kind and helpful. Cannot say that I didn't like but I think coffee machines ( Nespresso type I mean) in the room could be highly appreciated by guests.

- Firat (6/5): - Odaların manzarasından ve kahvaltıdan memnun kaldık. Önbüro görevlileri yetkin ve başarılı. Otel odalarında -yasak olmasına rağmen- sigara içenleri engelleyecek geliştirmeler yapılmalı. Odalarda majör teknik sorunlar var. Restoran görevlisinin misafirlerle iletişim eğitimi alması, kahvaltı esnasında saçma diyaloglardan arındırarak daha kaliteli bir hizmeti sağlayabilir. Kahvaltı başarılı ama kahvaltı esnasında garsonun sık sık gelip gereksiz diyaloğu gereksiz.

- Abdulmohsen (10/5): Friendly staff & excellent view. - Very friendly staff (especially Berkay at the receprion). The hotel was clean with a very good sea view. To the price I paid, I can't think of any dislikes.

- ADEL (8/5): جمال الاطلالة - جميل ونظيف وبه مواقف سفلية، والموظفين محترمين، اطلالة غرفتنا كانت عالبحر، مناسب للي معاهم سيارة، وكانت الغرفة تحتوي على اريكة سرير، وسعره كان مناسب بالنسبة لي. المكيف مركزي حسب افادة موظفة الاستقبال ولايمكن التحكم به وكان الهواء حار فقط والغرفة كانت كتمة للأسف، اللي يحب الهواء البارد ماراح يناسبه ابدا لو زاره في الشتاء والشباك مايفتح بالكامل.

- فواز العون (10/5): - نتمنى تمديد فترة خدمة الشاي والقهوة في اللوبي إلى الساعه 2 صباحا حيث أن هناك جلسة جميلة على حمام السباحه وفي بعض المرات آخر الليل لا يكون الضيف نائم فننزل إلى اللوبي ونطلب القهوة لكن الخدمة تكون مغلقة شكرا اغلاق خدمة القهوة التي في اللوبي مبكرا

- Murat (10/5): Waar voor je geld. - Personeel is super vriendelijk. Locatie was goed, binnen een paar meter heb je de Fisekhane waar je savonds wat kan eten en drinken (keuze zat). Rondom het hotel heb je ook genoeg eet gelegenheden. Niks, alles was top.
