• Jacqueline (10/5): Unschlagbares Preis-Leistungsverhältnis - Das Hotel ist super gelegen, sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und wir haben gut geschlafen. Das Personal war immer höflich und freundlich. Man konnte sich viele Sachen ausleihen, wie z.B. Bügeleisen, Bügelbrett etc. und auch ganz viele Sachen umsonst nehmen falls diese benötigt werden, wie z.B. Zahnbürste, Tee usw. Die Zimmer sind natürlich ziemlich klein aber das ist normal in Tokio. Wir kamen zu zweit mit je zwei großen Koffern gut zurecht, mit mehr Koffern wird‘s allerdings schwierig.

Udogodnienia w toalecie oraz czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Jedynym minusem były przeszkolone drzwi do łazienki (w górnej części przykryte dodatkowo przezroczystym materiałem)

La posizione è ottima, comoda per spostarsi e visitare Tokyo, ma allo stesso tempo situata in una zona tranquilla, silenziosa e molto curata, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo le giornate in città. Nous ne pouvions même pas ouvrir nos valises. Le petit déjeuner pour les réservation booking (a priori) étaient limitées d'après ce que j'ai constaté. Le thé très moyen (comble pour le japon) Comparativement au autres hôtels de notre voyage et aux prix réglé. Dommage.

• Graham (8/5): We loved Tokyo, have recommended the Sotetsu Fresa Inn to friends but warned them about the size - Staff were very friendly and helpfull, plus the location was great for what we were looking to do. The room was very tiny, which meant we could only have one suitcase open, and the only place we could sit in the room was on the bed. This meant that we had to be outside of the room to be able to sit anywhere and relax.

• Patrizia (9/5): Super comfortable! Would rebook if in Tokyo. - The room was very clean, and despite unknowingly booking a 'Smoking' room, the room was really clean, with hardly any smell. The bed was comfortable, although they could afford a smaller bed in favour of more space. Having the train station right across the street was just perfect. Breakfast was okay, too, nothing special, but good. They even had a hair curler and more stuff that you can borrow for free! I was surprised to learn that a 'Smoking' room is cheaper than a 'Non-Smoking' room.
• Jasmina (7/5): - Very well located, super close to multiple subway stations and a lot of good restaurants/convenience stores. A quieter area with not much to do, but you can get to the busier/touristy areas easily. The amenities provided in the lobby included a wide range of skincare products in addition to standard toiletries like toothbrushes. The room was clean. As expected from a Tokyo hotel, the room was super cramped. We were two people with two check-in and two carry-on suitcases, and we had to stack the carry-ons on top of the check-ins in order to make everything fit. For one person the room space would be pretty ideal. Our room was also fairly warm despite us adjusting the thermostat and trying to use the fan/AC. The pillows were flatter than those in western hotels, so some people may not be used to them, but I think you can request different ones from the front desk.

The hotel has a lot of amenities to use and also they have a stamp so if you collect stamps around Japan that’s a good souvenirs! Breakfast was good however it is provided by the nearby coffee bar and they offer only a few items!

We booked with the breakfast option; good coffee, and the hot entrées (choice of 6 different western breakfasts) were tasty if limited. O per mancanza del manico, o perché il manico era come "sigillato" in modo tale da non poter essere girato. Sfortunatamente dopo 7 notti in cui non puoi far arieggiare la stanza nemmeno per qualche minuto inizi inevitabilmente a risentirne (mia madre in particolar modo) Colazione NON a buffet. Scendi, prendi una cosa da bere e una da mangiare e poi hai finito. Se vuoi ordinare altro, devi pagarlo.

O café da manhã é otimo, na medida certa no café anexo ao hotel. Tem varios amenities na recepção. As instalações do quarto não são novas, mas são bem conservadas. Tv antiga não era smart então só tem alguns canais japoneses.

El barrio es tranquilo y tiene muchos restaurantes, es lindo dar un paseo. El hotel es muy cómodo, la habitación no es muy amplia pero está muy bien.
