• Bendelli (7/5): - Disponibilità, posizione, il palazzo in cui è inserita la struttura. La mancanza di prodotti da toilette Vedi shampoo e altro e la mancanza di in bollitore x caffè o tè e di un paio di bottigliette d'acqua. Piccole cose che migliorerebbe di molto il soggiorno.
• Graziella (8/5): - Relais in un palazzo molto bello e in posizione davvero strategica, a pochi passi dal Vaticano, vicino alla metro Ottaviano e davanti alla fermata del bus 32 per il Foro Olimpico (raggiungibile anche a piedi in circa mezz’ora). Molto comoda anche la presenza di un ottimo bistrot nelle vicinanze per la colazione. Le camere del nostro gruppo erano spaziose e gradevoli; con una maggiore attenzione alla manutenzione di alcuni dettagli (silicone della doccia, scalda salviette, piccoli accessori e presenza di un bollitore) l’esperienza potrebbe essere ancora migliore. • Lulzime (9/5): Sicherer und angenehmer Aufenthaltsort - •Komfort: Bett sehr angenehm. Kaum Umgebungslärm. Lampen an beiden Bettseiten vorhanden. •Personal: Sehr freundlich & sympathisch!! 😃 in Person offen für Fragen, kundenorientiert & behilflich. Zwei Räder der Duschwand sind vom railing abgekommen, habe es ihnen weitergeleitet und sie haben sich direkt darum gekümmert. •Sicherheit: das Hotel ist legitim (ich mache mir immer Gedanken, dass es ein Scam sein könnte, da ich noch nicht viel Reiseerfahrung habe und meine 1. Reise eine schlechte Erfahrung diesbezüglich war 😅). Die Umgebung ist lebendig, es fühlt sich sicher an, mehrere Restaurants und Bistrots in der Nähe sowie auch die Vatikanstadt. Die Sicherheit war für mich sehr wichtig, da ich zum 1. Mal mit meiner kleinen 12jährigen Schwester gereist bin. Die Eingangstür ist vom McDonalds her auf der anderen Strassenseite (parallel). Wir haben uns Danach beim Aufsuchen der Eingangstür orientiert. An der Klingel ist „Il Gattopardo Relais“ angeschrieben. Sauberkeit/Service: wenn man den Gastahaus betritt gibt es eine Schüssel mit Süssigkeiten zum sich frei zu bedienen - meine Sis hatte Freude daran. Es wurde tgl. geputzt, es schien immer sehr sauber. Einziger Macken: am Duschkopf war ein kleiner Schimmelfleck (denk ich mal, war grünlich verfärbt). •Öffentlicher Verkehr: Metro ist in ca 5min Fussweg erreichbar (Richtung Anagnina & Bistrotti). Busstationen ist einer in ca 3. min Fussweg und ein anderer in 10min Fussweg erreichbar. Wir waren öfters mit dem Bus unterwegs, doch die Büsse sind zeitlich nicht wirklich zuverlässig. Metro ist zuverlässlicher, angenehmer und schneller, da auf dem Autoverkehr viel Stau gibt. •Ausstattung: Lavabo mit Spiegel und genügender Fläche zum Material (in meinem Fall MakeUp 😂) draufzustellen, wobei im Schlafraum ein mittelgrosser und ein kleiner Tisch (nebst den kleinen Nachttischen an beiden Bettseiten) vorhanden sind. Föhn, Seife / Duschgel und Frotte- sowie Badetuch wird bereitgestellt. Tücher werden jedoch nicht tgl. •Online Kommunikation: Der Aufenthalt antwortet auf Anfragen zurück, benötigte in meinem Fall >24h. •Heizung: leider nicht einschaltbar, habe auch das Personal gefragt. Denn es hatte an einem Tag sehr stark geregnet und ich wollte unsere Kleidung trocknen sowie die durchnässten Schuhe darunter stellen. •Steckdose: auf beiden Seite des Doppelbetts gibt es je eine Steckdose. Meine Steckdose auf der rechten Seite funktionierte leider nicht. Habe es dem Personal mitgeteilt. Aber es gibt noch nebst auf der anderen Bettseite, zwei weitere Steckdosen im Schlafraum. An der Bettseite wäre es jedoch sehr komfortabler gewesen 😂

La posizione é strategica: fermata Ottaviano sotto il portone e capolinea del bus attraversando la strada, da cui vi passano il 32 e il 490 che portano in tutta la città. Tra l’altro, proprio affianco la struttura c’è un bar/bistrot dove è possibile consumare una buonissima colazione a prezzi bassissimi, che dispone anche di alimentari per il pranzo/cena ed è fornitissimo di prodotti senza lattosio. • Özge Cüntay (4/5): - Easy access to public transport Upon arrival, we had not received any check-in instructions on our phone, even though we were asked about our arrival time a few days earlier. We ended up waiting at the door for about 30 minutes due to poor communication. Eventually, someone contacted us via WhatsApp and guided us remotely, asking us to show different things step by step. This approach assumes that every guest has a working phone, internet, and battery, without informing them in advance. The next morning, around 10:20 AM, we were woken up to pay the city tax and to be asked about cleaning preferences. This is quite early for a holiday morning, and it would be better if this policy were clearly stated on Booking in advance. When we expressed our discomfort, we were told that guests are expected to be awake at that time due to cleaning staff availability. I would not recommend this place.

Voorbeeld de frigo. Waarschijnlijk nooit ontdooid. Resultaat: één ijsklomp in de freezer, waardoor het koelsysteem constant actief was, en de frigo niet optimaal kon functioneren! Dit behoort tot het normaal onderhoud. Geen stop in het bad (waarschijnlijk om het gebruik als bad te vermijden!): waterbesparing! Maar de kraan van het bidet lekte wel constant!

La cisterna del baño no funciona correctamente, se queda echando agua hasta que le das varias veces hasta que pare. El colchón me pareció un poco duro. La calefacción de la habitación estaba un poco fuerte.

L'unica pecca è stata la totale assenza della staff in struttura,x esempio in camera non avevo il telecomando della TV e dopo aver chiamato mi avevano detto che me lo avrebbero fatto trovare il giorno dopo, cosa che non è avvenuta.
• Sofia (3/5): Relais?! Ma de che - La struttura ha un’ottima posizione, esattamente sopra la fermata Ottaviano. È un palazzo d’epoca, con un ingresso gradevole. Siamo arrivate in struttura e la nostra stanza presentava evidenti danni tecnici allo scarico del bagno. Questo ha comportato una perdita di acqua che ha allagato il bagno non appena abbiamo tirato lo scarico. Poco prima, aprendo il frigobar, avevamo già trovato una sgradita sorpresa: una bottiglia d’acqua consumata dagli ospiti precedenti, indice di una pulizia non accurata. Segnalato il problema, ci hanno cambiato stanza. Nella seconda sistemazioni le pecche si sono moltiplicate: odore di muffa nella stanza, di fogna nel bagno, incrostazioni ovunque, dal bidet ai radiatori, fino ad arrivare al frigobar che - ovviamente - non era a temperatura. Non vorremmo soffermarci sull’arredo obsoleto e sulle macchie nel copriletto e nella sedia, perché la cosa più grave a nostro avviso è stato il modo in cui sono state effettuate le pulizie all’interno della stanza dopo la nostra prima notte di permanenza. Gli asciugamani sono stati spostati e quindi confusi (non ci è stato possibile ricostruire di chi fossero - uno (quello da bidet) è stato pure sottratto e non sostituito! Carta igienica con cui ovviare? Solo un rotolo a disposizione. Il terrazzino era sporco: mozziconi di sigarette e mollette di bucato rotte. Arte moderna? Io non credo. Sulla scrivania c’era un cartello che arrecava la scritta “acqua a 1€, lasciare nel vassoio”. Non c’era né l’acqua né il vassoio. Quello che amareggia è riscontrare che molte delle cose che stiamo segnalando erano già state esposte nelle recensioni del 2023…possibile che non ci sia stata la volontà di migliorare il servizio considerando le potenzialità dell’immobile e il costo corrisposto?

La mattina del terzo giorno quando è stata pulita la camera non ci è stato lasciato un rotolo di carta igienica visto che quella del bagno era quasi finita. Nonostante avessi mandato un messaggio all' host per richiederla, comunque non ci è stata portata prima dell'indomani... Considerato che la colazione in struttura non è compresa, il rapporto qualità dei servizi offerti e prezzo pagato non mi è sembrato appropriato.

They replied offering another room the folliwing day which we declined as we had a trip early that day. It wasnt major but the room shouldnt have been given to us if there was another free. The floor needs repairing as it is a trip hazard. Apart from that a lovely boutiquey stay. Coffee facilities would have been nice also

El edificio muy lindo, la recepcion muy agradable, los muebles decoracion, el mismo estilo lo tenia la habitacion super grande , la calidad de los muebles , ropa de cama, toallas todo de 10. Delia la persona que se comunicaba x whatsapp super atenta, simpática y en todos los detalles. Patricia quien se encargaba a veces de la recepción y de mantener impecable las habitaciones una divina también. Gente cálida, respetuosa y amables, las mejores 💖 Volvería 1 y otra vez....si puedo. • Brigita (4/5): - I liked the location and the staff, the receptionist was outstanding very kind, polite and extremely helpful from showing where to go for shopping and wat to booking for us a cab! ❤️ If you have heavy luggages there is no lift and you need to take it all by steps its like going to the 3rd floor. The fridge in the room is so tiny that nothing fits in and it is bearly working. The shower is not great too 🙁

• Simon (10/5): - Great place, located in a main but quiet street location. Delia was just SUPER host! I have no words how much she helped us! Highly recommended, thanks alot !!
• Nicole (6/5): - This wasn’t the nicest of hotels, but it was clean. The bed was not very comfortable, we only had two flat pillows. And the bed was like two singles that were pushed together for a double.

• Chiara (8/5): - Ottima posizione, meglio di così non si può chiedere! Appena esci dal portone hai le fermate dei bus e a 5 minuti a piedi trovi la metro. Tutti i tipi di negozi e locali in cui prendere da mangiare a disposizione a pochi passi a piedi compresa la farmacia. Pulita, accogliente e soprattutto dotata di aria condizionata (bisogna chiedere come funziona, ma si impara subito). Bagno ottimo e spazioso. L’unica cosa che avremmo voluto trovare sarebbe stato un mini frigorifero in cui poter mettere dentro dell’acqua per conservarla fresca, ma non c’era nella nostra camera e in estate penso sia essenziale; consigliamo di inserirlo sempre se nelle altre camere non c’è già. Purtroppo per metterti in contatto con l’host devi assicurarti di essere in un punto in cui prendere il telefono per per scambiarsi informazioni e per accedervi poi c’è bisogno di un codice. Durante tutto il soggiorno alla reception non c’è nessuno tranne per il ragazzo che incontri l’ultimo giorno a cui lasciare la tassa di soggiorno.
