- SEPIDEH (1/5): Overall, the management is terrible and the hotel does not meet the standards expected from a 4-star hotel. I would not - This hotel is definitely not a 4-star property. The only positive aspects are the location and the kindness of the staff at reception. Unfortunately, the overall management and cleanliness standards are very poor. We had two rooms. We arrived around 11 PM and immediately found the rooms dirty. In my room, the pillowcase had visible makeup stains on it. The next morning we asked for the room to be cleaned properly, but nothing was actually changed. They simply made the bed again using the same dirty sheets and the same stained pillowcase from the previous night. In the end, I had to go to reception myself and ask for clean sheets. The hotel has only two elevators for nine floors and a very large number of rooms, so the lifts are constantly occupied. Most of the time it is actually easier to carry your luggage using the stairs. The situation became even worse when my mother got stuck inside the elevator between two floors. She was rescued after several minutes, but this should never happen in a hotel that claims to be 4 stars. During our stay there were many groups of school students from different countries and age groups. Every night, until around midnight, there was constant shouting and noise in the corridors. There seemed to be no control from the management. Breakfast was good, but even there the organization was inadequate. None of the food had labels or information about ingredients and allergens, which is unacceptable, especially for guests with allergies or dietary restrictions.

Las almohadas que eran demasiado altas, no había tostador en el desayuno. Adolescentes a las 2 de la mañana haciendo ruido por los pasillos, debería estar más controlado por el personal.

- Laura (6/5): Convenient location, but requires kore attention to cleaning - The location is quite convenient to walk everywhere. The size of the room was ok and the bed was comfortable. Staff at the reception was very welcoming! The room was super dirty, there were hairs everywhere both in the shower and the room. We also asked to clean again but nothing changed. The shower was broken, we asked to repair but when we came back it was still broken.

Lipsit de inspiratie a fost si mobilierul pentru haine .. extrem de mic si nefunctional desi spatiul din camera permitea un alt fel de mobilier.....ah, era sa uit scaunele din balcon nu puteau fi folosite ptr ca erau extrem de uzate si chiar periculoase.....

- myriam (1/5): - Chambres sales à notre arrivée, avec des cheveux un peu partout. L’établissement fait davantage penser à une auberge de jeunesse, vu le grand nombre de jeunes présents. Beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit : des clients boivent et crient dans les couloirs, rendant le repos impossible. Le petit-déjeuner est très limité. J’ai même demandé des œufs sans sel, ce qui m’a été refusé. Bref, à éviter si vous recherchez un séjour calme et agréable. À noter qu’il existe un hôtel bien plus classe et moins cher à seulement 100 mètres : Alassia Hotel.

Der Lift war eine Katastrophe. Das Frühstück war teilweise gut (Eier, Haferflocken, Käse) aber die Früchte leider aus der Dose. Die Tassen waren fÜr Tee VIEL zu klein.

Il personale alla reception è stato molto cortese e ha fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino in camera nostra e dei nostri amici dato che il giorno del mio arrivo cadeva il mio compleanno. All'arrivo abbiamo avuto un inconveniente in camera e la reception è stata fulminea nel risolvere il problema. All'arrivo in stanza, si vedevano capelli sulla trapunta del letto. C'era l'impronta sulla trapunta della seduta di due persone. Sulla poltroncina c'erano capelli lunghi. Le cameriere erano visibilmente seccate nel rifare le camere. Non c'era il sigillo sulla tazza del WC ma si trovava nel cestino che quindi non era stato svuotato. Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti e per due colte si è sentita puzza di fogna. L'aspiratore in bagno non funzionava.

- József (9/5): - A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Külön kéréseinket is teljesítették (poggyász megőrzése bejelentkezés előtt és után, jegyek nyomtatása). A reggeli tükörtojás és görög joghurt verhetetlen! A lift néha nem működött megfelelően, elakadt, vagy elfelejtette az emeletet. Kicsi és kevés a két lift ennyi vendég számára.
- Νεφέλη onyx (9/5): Trusted & worthy. - Σχεδόν όλα ήταν τέλεια!!! Το έχω ξαναεπισκευθεί και το επέλεξα με χαρά όταν είδα ότι είχε διαθεσιμότητα. Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, καθαρό, με άνετο κρεβάτι & πολύ καλής ποιότητας πρωινό μπουφέ. Ο χώρος του δωματίου μεγάλος αλλά με κάποια λάθη στη διαρρύθμιση. Το γραφείο εργασίας εμπόδιζε στη μπαλκονόπορτα και ο νεροχύτης εμπόδιζε στην είσοδο στο ντους.

Il bagno è stato pulito il secondo giorno , i saponi non venivano rimessi quando terminavano, la tv non funzionava, siamo dovuti andare a chiedere le batterie alla reception, le tende da lavare . I ragazzi della reception devo dire sono stati gentili , la colazione era passabile ma niente di entusiasmante . La posizione era buona e vicino alla metro.

- Cristina (7/5): Tiene que reformarse un poco - El precio estaba bien. Las instalaciones de fuera y comunes son nuevecillas. Personal amable. Necesita más limpieza y pintura de las paredes y arreglar el suelo. Estaba descuidado para ser medio nuevo. La zona de Omonia no es la más recomendable por indigencia y toxicómanos, pero la calle parecía segura.

La zona dove si trova l’hotel è comoda perché vicina al centro ma un po’ malfamata con diverse persone che vivono per strada, con un po’ di attenzione non succede nulla ma occorre essere prudenti se si torna la sera tardi.
