• Sylvie (6/5): Great central location, but the top-floor room had very low ceilings, poor natural light, and unhelpful staff. - Central location Our rooms were on the top floor under the roof, ceiling was very low in parts of the room and we banged our head regularly. Also the windows were extremely small with barely any light coming in even though it was a very bright and sunny weekend. And the staff was not helpful (apart from 1 gentleman).

• Martin (10/5): Delightful. Be sure to book, you will not regret it - The staff were delightful, and nothing was too much trouble. The team were so welcoming and friendly. I was only sorry that I couldn’t stay longer. The property to be so central is quiet and relaxing and retains all of its unique quality. I didn’t try the restaurant but breakfast was thoughtfully prepared and in a nice setting.

Alguém vomitou no elevador e quem foi limpar foi o recepcionista. Tive sue lavar a cafeteira pra tomar um café. A chaleira tinha grude! Não tive coragem de usar. Os lençóis não foram trocados nenhuma vez. Os travesseiros eram de péssima qualidade. O sensor do cartão para acionar o elevador só funcionava quando queria...

• Jennifer (10/5): The Best - Staying at The Dominican Hotel was truly such a memorable experience for our family. The history alone makes it extra special — it’s a beautiful centuries-old building that really lets you feel the charm of Prague the moment you walk in. From day one until our last, the front desk staff were incredibly warm, accommodating, and genuinely kind. Service was consistently excellent all throughout our stay. We also loved the thoughtful touches — free refreshments, apples, and pastries in the lobby made it feel so homey. The location is perfect, right in the heart of everything, yet still peaceful and comfortable. Breakfast by Natasha was a highlight! Everything was delicious, and our whole family of 12 enjoyed it so much — especially the fresh orange juice and prosecco (such a nice touch!). There’s also a ramen bar nearby that we loved. Another big plus: the building felt very secure, which gave us peace of mind throughout the trip. Overall, we had such a wonderful stay and will truly miss this place. Thank you for taking such great care of us — we’ll definitely be back! 🤍✨ none

Es un edificio histórico remodelado con mucho gusto y encanto Cuidado con las personas de movilidad reducida porque hay muchas escaleras, incluso dentro de las habitaciones. Si se decide apostar por este hotel hay que indicar expresamente que la persona tiene problemas de movilidad para que asignen una habitación sin escaleras

• Michele (6/5): Good location - Great location, but could be noisy (expected ) the rooms are lovely and spacious and the beds were super comfortable. There was air conditioning but it didn't seem to work that well so we opened our windows. Modern bathroom with a good power shower. Amenities were just simple hand wash and shower gel which were adequate. Tea and coffee were provided but tiny cups so we borrowed some from the breakfast area. There was a coffee machine which didn't seem to work - one pod and if you wanted more there was a charge. Very strange entrance which was hard to find as the front of the hotel is now a restaurant. There was no one on reception when we arrived, and everyone was just very slow. No chance of checking in to your room until 3 whether it was available or not, but storing luggage was not an issue. As a 4 star hotel I would have expected at least a bottle of water in the room but nothing even in the fridge so basically no mini bar. I asked for fresh milk for the tea in the room and this was provided but it seemed like a massive deal. We stayed three nights and to be honest the housekeeping was poor! They didn't clean at all one day and when they did arrive at 5pm it was not good! They left used cups, changed the towels and did little else. Breakfast was good but often cold and the restaurant looked very tired. We mentioned the poor cleaning on check out and the lady on reception said the cleaner was new.

• Michal (7/5): - Das Zimmer war mit historischen Möbeln eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Wir hatten leider nicht viel Tageslicht, da sich das Zimmer unter dem Dach befand. In derselben Gasse, in der auch das einzige kleine Fenster lag, gibt es einen Club, aus dem bis in die frühen Morgenstunden recht laute Musik zu hören war. Wenn man jedoch zum Feiern in der Stadt ist, kann die Nähe zu einem Club durchaus auch als Vorteil gesehen werden.

Удобная большая ванная комната. Прекрасный завтрак. Отзывчивый персонал. На reception русскоговорящие ребята. Им отдельная благодарность. Не к чему придраться. Всё было прекрасно!
• Marzena (4/5): słaby standard pokoju na poddaszu, małe okno, ciemno, winda nie kursuje na poddasze, kręte schody - lokalizacja okno w pokoju 304 na poddaszu było bardzo małe, nie wpadało tam światło dzienne, cały czas mrok, winda dochodziła do piętra, a na poddasza prowadziły wąskie, kręte schody. Te informacje nie były podane w opisie pokoju. Ekspres do kawy na kapsułki, nie było to opisane i nie było nawet jednej kapsułki. Nawet nie było butelki wody w pokoju na powitanie gości.

Parken bzw.überhaupt da hin finden mit Auto war doof -- aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür -- wir wollten Altstadt City - da ist es eben so.Wir hatten super Unterstützung, Hilfe durch den Parkservice (40 €/ Nacht )sonst in der Nähe parken so gut wie unmöglich... Das war das einzigste ...sonst alles perfekt

Es war kein Hotel, sondern ein Gasthof. Die Qualität von Frühstück war nicht gut. Füe die Sauberkeit gab viel Platz nach oben. Wir sind zwei Tage früher abgereist Kein empfehlenswerter Unterkunft.

Nice bathroom area and shower. Lots of shopping , coffee houses , and restaurants nearby. Staff did understand and speak English , and helpful.

• Sara (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Dominican. The breakfast was fantastic and had excellent variety. I also enjoyed the location, just around the corner from the astronomical clock and only a 5-10 minute walk from Charles Bridge. We would definitely stay here again in the future

• Wayne (8/5): Little gem in the heart of the city - pluses: location could not be better (1-2 minutes to the famous clock, in the heart of the old town), the hotel is clean, bed comfy, shower brilliant with good pressure, nice decor finish throughout, wide range of breakfast, staff were friendly and helpful. Slight Negatives: No fridge in room, tea, coffee facilities were sparse (also there was a Nescafé machine with no pods), the curtains were 2-3" short of the sill which let light in, decor was a little tired in places, hot breakfast was a bit dull (but I think that's more my personal taste) Have to say these negatives did not bother me too much at all.

Hotel was build into the old temple , no elevator to the 1 st floor. Highly recommend to the old Prague guests Clean and quiet hotel with all necessary facilities

• Hubert (6/5): - Junior suite with no fridge seems to make no sense. Big room, but not much in it. So it feels very impressive but then there isn’t even an electric plug next to each side of the bed (or a usb which seems standard these days) So mixed review. We still enjoyed it just seems very easy to fix some of these minor things which mean a lot to a traveler with different plug. Also: if you hang a do not disturb sign up… don’t you think that’s the one thing that couldn’t happen… “knock knock knock, housekeeping” at 8 in the morning? Well, not here. Again, minor stuff but it adds up and at 4 stars you start expecting that type of attention to “detail” to be a bit elevated too.

I didn't try the ramen restaurant but it's helpful to know it's there - because I saw that first when locating the hotel. Safe location, SUPER easy access to the bridge, clock, shopping, etc. I walked from the train station in 15 min. Highly recommend. I would stay there again.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - I stayed one night following a work related conference elsewhere in the city. The hotel was charming, on a quiet but centrally located street. Staff were kind and helpful. Main eating area was beautiful.
• Malinda (10/5): Highly recommend this hotel - The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! The room was spacious, even by European standards. The hotel is located in the heart of the city within walking distance of many attractions. I would absolutely stay here in the future.

• Christopher Scott (10/5): - This property is located smack dab in the middle of the city yet it's quiet and comfy and feels like old-school Prague. I've stayed at this for both work and pleasure and I'll stay at this place every time I visit Prague.
• barry (6/5): - What i didn't like was the taxi service from the hotel to the airport at 3 am. The company the hotel provided scammed us. We tired to dispute the credit card charge but since we had no proof of cash payment we were ort of luck. At the airport he scanned both of ourcredit cards and it showed ot appoved, he blamed it on poor connection butdagys later my card was charged. We paid him 50 Euros on a 30 euro bill because he didn't have change. And wouldn't give us a receipt. I know we were at fault but at 3am in the morning we weren't thinking clearly. So beware of the taxi service in Prague.

Our room was nice and big and quiet, you didn’t hear the street noise at all. The breakfast wasn’t great. The items were recycled a lot each day so bread was hard and food wasn’t appealing. There were bugs all around the bread, yogurts and sweet treats. The coffee machine didn’t work very well so the coffee was terrible.
