- Louise (9/5): Très bon hôtel, chaleureux et confortable - Nous avons eu la surprise d'être surclassés pour la première nuit dans l'hôtel mitoyen, et ensuite d'être surclassés de nouveau dans cet hôtel. La suite que nous avons eue était petite mais très confortable, le lit douillet, nous étions très bien installés. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été agréable en tout temps. Il y a une agence de voyages intégrée qui a réservé les taxis pour nous et nous a donné beaucoup d'informations utiles. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter du déjeuner à cause de nos excursions trop matinales mais la salle à manger est très chaleureuse, ainsi que le décor de cet hôtel en général, qui est en plus très bien situé.
- Fiona (6/5): Consider your hotel options - This Hotel is part of three next to each other including a Sheraton and they all have lovely lobbies. One of the staff at reception, Florenczia was excellent! Our main issues were that the Classic Room is far from being 25m2 as quoted (realistically under 20m2 - we had to change rooms due to a/con and they were both this small size) and the a/con was not controlled in room but rather by reception. The 1st room wouldn’t go under above 24c, and it took along time on the 1st day to get moved to another room, when they didn’t seem to be busy at all. In the 2nd room we had to get reception everyday to reset the room temperature to turn it of heat to cool to achieve 20c. The maintenance in the rooms doesn’t seem to be up to standard.

- Endre (6/5): Disappointing stay (twice) in Mendoza - The hotel is in a very good place, in fact 5 minutes far from the centre of Mendoza. Parking is solved in the underground garage of the Sheraton Hotel, in the proximity of Huentala. The breakfast is good. The room was very small, uncomfortable and noisy. In the restaurant when I asked 1 glass of wine, the waitress squeezed even the last drop of wine out of the bottle. OK, not elegant, but when I called her attention to the fact that this is very few, she told: "this is our protocol". After my claim the boss of the restaurant came, apologized, and provided me with the missing part of the drink (more than a half...) saying with irony: "this is our protocol, 150 ml". Blame.

- Pierre_Olivier (7/5): Peut mieux faire - Bon emplacement Petit déjeuner très correct Nous étions au 4ème étage mais la fenêtre donnait un "trou" avec un mur aveugle à moins de trois mètres de distance...donc pas de luminosité. Baignoire / douche trop étroite pour se retourner . La moquette des parties communes a vécu des jours meilleurs. Mauvaise isolation phonique de la chambrre

- Ivan (8/5): Recomendable - Que puedas utilizar las instalaciones de los hoteles vecinos es un plus, sobre todo la pileta, sauna y gym. Los restos internos bastante caros, es mejor salir por la ciudad. Las paredes son de papel, escuchas todo lo que ocurre en las habitaciones de al lado y el pasillo.

- Carmen (7/5): Hotel Huentala , bien ubicado y con las comodidades para pasar una relajada estadia - Me agrado poder disfrutar del spa, gimnasio y piletas del Hotel Sheraton, y la buena ubicacion en la Ciudad cerca de restaurantes, el restaurante italiano la Tavolata es una gran oportunidad para saborear platos como los fideos macerados en queso y tomar una copa de vino de la Bodega Huentala o escojer de su amplia carta de vinos, los camoreros son amables y describen lo esencial. Me parece que en la habitacion hace falta una decoracion un poco mas alegre, revovar cuadros y almohadones para que haya mas deversidad de tonos, la habitacion estaba bien aseada y el personal de limpieza siempre fue muy amable durante nuestra estadia.
- Heather (6/5): Average - Handy to the bus station. Good communication before we arrived. It was tired. Looked great in foyer but room was very average. A/C screamed and rattled and we had to turn it off. Towels smelt funny. It was noisy - could hear other guests coming and going til late. Poor breakfast box- we had to catch an early bus so missed our “included” breakfast.

- Robson (8/5): Boa Estadia - Bom café, Boa localização, Boa estadia. Um bom local para se hospedar e aproveitar Mendoza. Nada em particular, talvez não ter conseguido aproveitar o tour a vinícola
