- Lou Capparelli (5/5): A perfectly acceptable hotel for business travellers but not what we wanted for a holiday. - Location - excellent Cleanliness - excellent Service - excellent Room - 12sqm was way too small for a couple. Unfortunately this was the only room available at the time of booking. Our room was also not soundproofed - we could hear snoring from the next room during the night. We mentioned to the hotel staff who expressed concern but informed us no room was available for a swap. Breakfast - underwhelming with limited and low quality products on offer. No barista coffee option

- Mia (9/5): Comfortable and convenient stay can see Milan central station from the room. - The rooms were spotless clean. Mini bar included in price of hotel as well as products in the bathroom. Spa also included which is perfect after a long day of walking, slippers and bathrobe included. Also received a complimentary drink on the hotels rooftop. Staff were really friendly and very helpful. It was very noisy. The noise of doors slamming and random water noises throughout the night. Also very close to the tram so can hear that through the night. However would not let this put you off just bring some ear plugs😃

The room was spacious and clean, also all the items in mini fridge and tea’s coffee was included and replaced daily. The restaurant did delicious food and the bar was relaxing and friendly. Bequeme Betten im Dreibettzimmer. Grosse Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet, frische Säfte, Früchte usw. Im Restaurant kann man gut Abendessen zu sich nehmen, es war von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert sehr gut. Leider war das Fleisch sehr schnell kalt auf dem kalten Teller, doch sehr gut gewürzt und perfekt gebraten. Es war alles sauber und das Personal hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Essen am Abend war sehr schnell kalt geworden, die Teller kalt. Das "Spa" und Gym ist sehr klein, Wellnessurlaub machen muss man doch in einem anderen Hotel. Wir waren zum Shoppen in Mailand und dafür was alles perfekt.

We will certainly stay at IQ Hotel again when returning to Milan. - Good location, very friendly staff (receptionists and Leticia and Elisabeth from the bar), good vibes in general, clean rooms, nice details (soft drinks and water in room incl), very good breakfast as well. Nothing.

Breakfast was excellent - the choice was wonderful, with the possibility to make your own fresh juices in the morning! The You could hear the underground metros through the night . .

- Marty (9/5): Alles war wunderbar...........Lage, Hotel , das sensationelle Frühstück und das Personal - Das Frühstück war sehr gut.....bis auf die Brotauswahl, Dunkles und Vollkornbrot für die heutige gesunde Ernährung währe gut. Es gab frisches Gemüse zum Saft mixen. es hat sonst an nichts gefehlt.
