• Luna (8/5): - Nice, big, and clean room. The staff were nice. If there had been a small fridge in the room, it would have been perfect. Good vegan options at breakfast :) The only con was that the door to the room for luggage storage after check-out was open when I came back to pick up my stuff, and anyone could have just walked in.

• salma (4/5): wouldnt recommand this hotel at all - breakfast buffet was great overall a disappointing stay. The hotel was noisy, no extra key was provided, and the room felt outdated with old towels and no kettle or fridge. Even coffee and tea were not complimentary. We also felt unsafe due to inappropriate drunk people around the hotel. One man exposed himself, which was very disturbing and made us uncomfortable. Would not stay here again.

• Beril (10/5): Merkezi konumda, güzel ve temiz otel :) - Otel merkezi konumdaydı, yürüyerek her yere rahatlıkla ulaşılabiliyor, yakınlarında market de vardı, kahvaltısı ise gerçekten çok iyiydi, oldukça seçenek vardı, ürünler gayet lezzetliydi, içecek seçenekleri de oldukça fazlaydı, çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi, otelin temizliğinden de memnun kaldık, banyosu, yatak, eşyalar gayet temizdi, biz çok memnun kaldık, kesinlikle tavsiye ederim…. -

• Sergio (9/5): - É a 2a vez que estivemos em Praga e optamos por ficar no mesmo hotel. Funcionários atenciosos e cordiais. Tem um bom café da manhã (pequeno almoço), bem variados e completo. Recomendamos fortemente. Reservamos 11 diárias mas a Companhia Aérea, TAP, cancelou o voo do dia 14 de maio e tivemos que retornar dia 13 de maio. Porém ja tínhamos pagado as 11 diárias antecipadamente. Nós sugeriram acionar "seguro". Enfim, pagamos uma diária a mais sem que tenhamos feito uso, não por culpa nossa e nem do hotel, mas o prejuízo foi nosso.

Breakfast was good with lots of choices. The position of hotel was ideal with lots of shops and bars around but not so busy as the old town which gets really crowded. Only 10 minute walk from hotel to station and then if you wanted a 5 minute journey on the underground train to get into the old town. Also lots of trams nearby. We tended to walk everywhere to see all the sights as everything was within easy walking distance including the Charles Bridge and Astromical clock in the old town. Nothing

Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja ripeäotteista. Huone oli siisti. Seinät paksut, joten äänieristys toimi. Vaikka kadulla oli viikonloppuna elämää, se ei häirinnyt millään tavoin. Auton varauksesta saatiin kivasti ohjetta ja aamulähdölle suunniteltu taksin tilaus sujui mallikkaasti. Mukaamme saatiin vielä aamiaisboksit, joista olisi riittänyt syötävää muillekin... En jäänyt kaipaamaan muuta kuin ylimääräistä loman jatkoa!

• Aenne (8/5): Wir waren zufrieden und würden wiederkommen. - Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage. Im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist es hervorragend. Das Frühstücksbufett war umfänglich und das Personal sehr umsichtig. Der Frühstücksraum war zeitweise für die Anzahl der Gäste zu klein. Für unsere Wochenendreise waren wir sehr zufrieden mit dem Hotel, auch weil wir ein Dreibettzimmer buchen konnten.

• Tony (10/5): - Great location, 5/10 min walk into town depending on which way you turn and 15 min walk to the river side! Amazing place to stay and great value for money. The night staff member. I checked out at 3am and as other hotels i have to physically check out by approaching staff members and handing in room keys (if there isnt a room key card deposit box and on this occasion there wasnt). So i rang the number for the staff member to come back to reception and when he found out i called him to check out, he came across as I had interrupted whatever it was he was doing prior to being called and said you could of just left it on the desk as he didnt need to check me out. This wasn't communicated to me upon arrival nor were there signs anywhere or the usual room card deposit box. So this was one thing that put me off, i was trying to be a respectful guest and got that response and reaction in return.

The rooms are tidy, well-organized, and cleaned daily; it is clear that many guests are very satisfied with the cleanliness. The bathroom and common areas are also very hygienic. In terms of location, the hotel is in a fairly central area, close to public transportation, and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. This is a great advantage, especially for short stays. The breakfast is generally varied, sufficient, and tasty. It is also considered satisfying for Turkish guests. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive, which adds positively to the overall experience. The lack of a kettle and slippers in the room is a small downside, but not a major issue. You can get hot water from a vending machine at the entrance free of charge, and bringing your own slippers is an easy solution. did not have any negative experiences during my stay.

Rivedrei un po il concetto di colazione, perché per chi ama il dolce, non era molto vasta la scelta. Un altro punto che gioca a “sfavore”, ma non fondamentale, forse la tv. Farei in modo che si vedessero anche canali internazionali. Giusto per avere un po di distrazione. Ma nulla di vitale importanza.
• CDL1295 (2/5): Very rigid policy, no support at all - I had a reservation at Hotel Pav, but I was unable to reach the destination due to a flight strike. While I am aware of the booking conditions, I was honestly surprised by the complete lack of flexibility and willingness to assist in a situation clearly beyond my control. No alternatives were offered — not even a simple date change — which reflects a very rigid and unhelpful approach to customer service. I cannot comment on the stay itself, but based on this experience, the level of customer care was disappointing.
