• Carmen (9/5): Experiencia en Hotel Mío Firenze en mayo 2026 - Ubicación y atención del personal. Se agradece que el personal realice un esfuerzo por comunicarse en tu idioma. Desayuno muy bueno y variado. Paredes débiles, se escuchaban ruidos desde otras habitaciones.

Algún detalle a mejorar sería que la lámpara de la mesilla está para cambiar; la tulipa está rota y la cortina no estaba bien puesta. En el baño, es necesario más iluminación y mirar la tubería del lavabo porque se atasca. Una mano de pintura no le vendría mal.

Frühstück war ausreichend und wird immer nachgefüllt Die Besitzer und auch die Angestellten sehr freundlich herzens lieber Menschen Ich hatte Probleme mit dem Zimmer Nachbarn die waren zu laut und habe gebeten ob die mir ein anderes Zimmer geben können , war überhaupt kein Problem. Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal für alles. Es war sehr sauber. Es ist zwar nicht Schalisoliert, aber man hört das Lärm von draußen nicht. Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen aber für ein 3 Sterne Hotel ist es jedoch in Ordnung. Als Empfehlung würde ich gerne mitgeben , dass man irgendwie versucht das die Türen sich langsamer verschließen, man hört es wenn der Zimmernachbar rein und raus geht.

• Lucimar (4/5): O hotel não correspondeu a expectativa. - Não gostei de nada. Esperava um hotel simples, mas com o mínimo de conforto. O quarto era pequeno para hospedar duas pessoas. Não havia espaço suficiente para a bagagem. O banheiro era pequeno, com cortina de plástico encardida no lugar do box. O chuveiro, tipo ducha, estava encardido e também não tinha suporte para colocar os itens de higiene pessoal. O ar condicionado era extremamente barulhento. Precisei pedir para mudar de quarto porque não seria possível dormir num quarto pequeno, abafado e com um ar condicionado que fazia barulho como um trator. Paguei por duas diárias mas saí do hotel após a primeira noite. O café da manhã era razoável.

• Niculina (10/5): Recommend - A decent and fair price, in line with what is offered. It was clean both in the room and in the restaurant. The room had the bare necessities (bed, hanger, bedside table, desk, chair, refrigerator). The bathroom was clean. The breakfast room is welcoming and cheerful, everything is arranged with great care for cleanliness and a pleasant appearance, by a housewife, Eugenia. A basic / normal breakfast. We felt comfortable. To get to the location, from in front of the Florence train station, take the T2 tram, 1.7 euros ticket / person valid for 90 minutes, get off after 10 stops and walk 6-10 minutes, about 300 m, the hotel is easy to find. The window blinds are squeaky/noisy in the morning and the shower cubicle is old model and claustrophobic.

• Joseph Alexander (7/5): - Tra gli aspetti positivi, il personale era davvero cordiale, tutto era abbastanza pulito e la posizione è comoda. Si trova a 3-4 minuti dalla fermata del tram (linea 2 centro-aeroporto) e si raggiunge il centro in 10-15 minuti (oppure in 40 minuti a piedi). In bagno l'acqua calda è arrivata subito e la colazione era davvero ottima considerando che si trattava di un hotel più economico. Tra gli aspetti negativi, lo stile è un po' antiquato, ma perfettamente in linea con il prezzo contenuto. Il sensore antincendio lampeggia con luce intensa, quindi una mascherina per dormire è utile per chi è sensibile.

• Ricardo (3/5): Kind owner, but poor comfort and sleep due to noise. - The hotel offers on-site parking. Although the owner of the hotel was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, the overall experience was unfortunately below expectations. The property feels quite dated and would benefit from renovation and better maintenance. The room had a noticeable drain smell from the bathroom, and the bed was small, old, and very noisy, which affected comfort significantly. Sound insulation is also a major issue — there was constant noise from the corridor and surrounding areas. The most challenging aspect was the noise during the night. There appeared to be a party in the residential floors above the hotel, which continued throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. This is particularly concerning, as rest is a fundamental expectation when staying at a hotel. Additionally, the room was quite cold, and the heating system was unclear to operate. The air-conditioning unit was very loud and did not seem well maintained, so we were unable to use it. That said, I would like to highlight that the owner handled the situation in a very professional and generous manner. Even though the booking was non-refundable, he fully understood the issue and promptly refunded the stay without hesitation, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, while the location is reasonably convenient, the lack of comfort and sleep quality made the stay very difficult. Addressing noise control, room maintenance, and basic comfort standards would significantly improve the guest experience.

• TOMASZ (10/5): Hotel Mio Firenze jest jak najbardziej godny polecenia. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja hotelu, do centrum Florencji jest bardzo blisko. W ciągu 15-20 min. do hotelu z dworca Santa Maria Novella można dojechać tramwajem T2 i wysiąść na przystanku Novoli Torre Degli Agli i potem iść do hotelu ok.10 min. W hotelu było bardzo czysto, a pokój i łazienka były codziennie sprzątane. W pokoju jest lodówka i klima. Obsługa bardzo pomocna we wszystkim i bardzo przyjazna. Śniadania były bardzo pyszne i urozmaicone, były pieczywo, sery, wędlina, jajka, można było zjeść jogurt, kanapkę z dżemem, było ciasto, herbata, kawa i soki. Jakość usług bardzo korzystna do ceny. Nie można było trafić lepiej. Nie mam uwag.

• Skopintseva (4/5): - Чистая сантехника, чистое белье. Неплохое расположение, до центра добираться прямым трамваем около 20 минут, до трамвая идти минут 7. Любезный персонал, ресепшн работает 24/7. Заметно, что отель очень экономит, и отношусь к этому с пониманием, времена нынче непростые. Но экономия бывает разная. В данном отеле экономят на комфорте жильцов, очень многое, что не требовало бы больших вложений - не продумано. В ванной абсолютно некуда положить свои туалетные принадлежности, некуда повесить вещи, ни одной подставки, ни одного крючка, мыло приходится класть просто на край раковины. Все розетки с тремя отверстиями, не подходят для европейских вилок, переходников к ним нет, еле-еле нашла один, к которому был подключен телевизор, предварительно пришлось отодвинуть стол и холодильник. Холодильник не работает. Нет сейфа. Нет ложки для обуви. В номере нет чайника, ладно, отель не хочет его ставить из соображений безопасности. Но стаканы для воды можно было бы поставить?? Напитки приходилось пить прямо из бутылки. Жёсткий неудобный матрас на кровати, выпирают пружины. В номере темно, окна закрыты снаружи деревянными жалюзи, которые невозможно открыть полностью, приоткрыто только немного снизу. Скудный, очень скудный завтрак. Не понимаю положительных отзывов о прекрасном сытном завтраке, им тут и не пахнет. Горячих блюд нет, элементарно яичницы, горячей каши, вообще ничего. Варёные яйца, нарезки из сыра, ветчины и колбасы - нарезаны так тонко, что через них читать можно, их очень мало, овощной салат - куча моркови с вкраплениями зелёного салата. Ребенка накормить толком нечем, нет выбора хлопьев для завтрака. Завтрак неудовлетворительный. За двое суток постоя - взрослый + ребёнок 6 лет отелю уплачено 300 евро, но этих денег номер и завтрак не стоили. Я часто путешествую по Европе, ранее останавливалась в отелях Рима, Флоренции, Вероны и тд - этот худший. Идеальный отель для посещения Флоренции, так как вы не захотите провести в нем ни одной лишней минуты, настолько он неудобный. Мы уходили оттуда рано утром и возвращались поздно вечером, лишь бы там не быть.

• Fabio (4/5): Pessimo per il prezzo pagato, valeva 55/60 euro e non 130 - La colazione I parcheggi gratuiti avanti la struttura non potevano essere usati perché dovevano pulire la strada di notte costringendoci ad utilizzare i parcheggi più lontani ed a pagamento. Il bagno era in condizioni pessime, soprattutto la doccia. La presa elettrica adiacente il comodino era rotta e non funzionante, abbiamo dovuto ricaricare i cellulari mettendoli atterra senza poterli usare. La struttura in generale è vecchia! La camera non valeva il prezzo pagato! La tassa di soggiorno a Firenze è troppo alta nei confronti delle altre città italiane.

Especially loved the breakfast and the s - The property is about 20 minutes from Florence city center by tram. I liked the convenient and peaceful location. The room and washroom were spacious. The staff were really friendly, and the breakfast was really good- overall good value for money. The bed wasn’t comfortable. Also the property seemed old- many of the gadgets, including the lift looked old. The AC wasn’t functioning well.

• Lourdes (10/5): Una estancia fabulosa en Florencia - El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Cabe destacar el trato de Fidel, en recepción, que fue excepcional. También el trato de las chicas del desayuno y del chico de recepción fue excelente, asi como de los demás trabajadores. El desayuno está muy completo y el café buenísimo. Tienes al lado una parada de tranvía que te lleva al centro en 10 minutos y cuesta 1,70€ el ticket. Nos gustó todo, pero si tuviera que aportar algo de forma realista creo que el estado de las instalaciones debería de mejorarse poco a poco, aunque por el precio no se puede pedir más.

Helpful and friendly staff, our room was big, comfy beds, good water pressure in the shower, we had everything we needed for a short stay. It was our second time there, we would come back again.
