John Alejandro (7/5): - Clean. Big room, next to a train and bus station. Good breakfast. The key of the room didn't work each day we wanted to get in. Not a big deal but rather annoying.
Nicola (7/5): - Die Lage ist echt super und ich bin überall gut hingekommen. Das Zimmer war groß genug. Es gab Stauraum und sogar einen Schreibtisch. Zimmer zum Innenhof. Ich hatte ein Zimmer am Flur, dass manchmal doch etwas lauter war. Vor allem gestört hat mich, dass die Schlüsselkarte jeden Tag wieder deaktiviert war. Zum Glück gibt es eine 24/7 Rezeption und hier wurde mir jedesmal gut geholfen. Leider kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer.

Marcela (8/5): Personal bastante amable - Buena ubicación y personal muy amable. Desayuno bastante completo. Las tarjetas para abrir la habitación se dañaban constantemente.
Verena (2/5): Mehr Schein als Sein - Die Duschkabine war kaputt, wodurch man nicht richtig duschen konnte. Zudem war die Abdeckung des Abflusses nicht mehr vorhanden. Der Abfluss war dreckig und hat teilweise gestunken. Ebenfalls waren die Seifenspender nicht nachgefüllt. Zudem waren die Fenster offen beim ersten Betreten, wodurch auch der Geruch der vor dem Fenster stehenden Mülltonnen ins Zimmer kam. Der Tisch im Zimmer ist viel zu klein um drauf zu arbeiten. Der Mitarbeiter beim Einchecken wirkte sehr unorganisert. Nachtruhe wurde weder eingehalten noch vom Personal proaktiv unterbunden. Die Bilder auf der Website entsprechen nicht der Realität.

Sofie Haraldsdatter (7/5): Hotell med god beliggenhet, hyggelig personale, og ok renslighet. - Hotellet hadde en fin beliggenhet. 20 minutter å gå til Mall of Berlin, lå rett ved siden av både bussholdeplasser og togstasjoner, samt rett ved to ulike matbutikker og haugevis med spiseplasser. Vi fant flere hår i sengen da vi sjekket inn. Toalettet var heller ikke vasket godt nok. Etter første runde romservice, fikk vi skittende håndklær.

War es ein sonniger Tag, kann Zimmer zur Straße sehr heiß sein. Fenster öffnen bedeutet dann aber Lärm.

Anja (8/5): - Lyse lokaler, god morgenmad, trods U Bahn udenfor vinduerne er der stille om natten. Søde personaler i receptionen, ved morgenmaden og hos rengøringen. Havde bestilt to værelser til samme pris, det var MEGET forskel på værelserne i størrelse og beliggenhed på hotellet, men det blev klaret med en snak i receptionen og et nyet af værelset. Der er MEGET høj ind og udstigning til brusekabinen, det skal man være obs på ved gæster med mobilitets problemer.

Cordula Arndt (7/5): Sauberes, schönes Zimmer, sehr ruhig - Ich war alleine dort und habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Betten sind sehr in Ordnung. Frühstück völlig ausreichend. Das Bett ist etwas zu groß für das Zimmer, dadurch geht die Tür zum Bad nicht richtig auf. Für kräftigere Personen ein echtes Problem.

Wolfgang (5/5): Nur kein Zimmer zur Straßenseite! - Zentrale Lage, bei Nichtnutzung der hoteleigenen Tiefgarage aber schwierige (teure) Parksituation Zimmer zur Straßenseite: Da die Fenstervorhänge viel zu klein sind, bleibt das Zimmer nachts hell erleuchtet; bei geöffneten kleinen Kippfenstern sehr laut. Ohne Augenbinde und Ohrenstöpsel Schlafen unmöglich.

Bernhard (8/5): Gutes Hotel für einen Besuch in Berlin - Sehr gute Lage! Zimmer zweckmäßig und gut. Service beim Frühstück aufmerksam und sehr nett. Das man die Karte immer wieder neu codieren musste! War auf Dauer lästig.

Betten warn sehr bequem. 😊 Der sehr hohe Einstieg in die Dusche. Es wurde in den 5 Tagen in denen wir dort waren nur einmal gesaugt und dadurch war es sehr staubig. Wir mussten täglich unsere Karte einlesen lassen da wir nicht ins Zimmer konnten.

Alena (8/5): Byli jsme spokojeni. - Výborná lokalita hned u metra, milý personál, čistota, pohodlné postele a fajn polštáře, bohatá a chutná snídaně. Snídaňová místnost je na takový hotel dost malá, takže hosté musí chvíli čekat, než se uvolní stůl.

Stefan (5/5): Gute Lage, nettes Personal aber Ausstattung und Preis durchschnitt. - Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Zimmer was wir hatten war für den Preis zu klein. Kein Haken für Kleidung. Im Badezimmer überhaupt keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. Das Zimmer was wir hatten war nach hintern heraus und daher ehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wie schon gesagt, die Zimmer waren für den Preis zu klein und die Dusche in Badezimmer nur für schlanke Menschen. Wir sind schlank, aber man ist schnell angeeckt. Handtuchhalter müssen vorhanden sein. Nur ein Haken an der Badezimmertür innen, das geht überhaupt nicht.

Nerozumiem politike iných hotelov, ze si ma rodina vziať 2 izby. Ved keď idu na dovolenku, tak ma byt rodina spolu a nie oddelené. Super!!! Raňajky skvele, iba veľká, postele pohodlné. Super. Ďakujeme a prídeme znova. Všetko bolo fajn, jediná chyba bola, ze dvere na sprchovacom kúte boli pokazené. Pre deti to môže byt nebezpečné, odporúčam opraviť. Potom sa aj deti aj rodičia cítia spokojný.

Gregor (6/5): Gute Lage, gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal - Gute Lage, Ausstattung der Zimmer und Freundlichkeit des Personals Bei der Ankunft war die gebuchte Zimmer Kategorie nicht verfügbar, das Zimmer, das wir bekamen, benutzt, insbesondere das Bad. Mussten in ein Übergangszimmer ziehen und bekamen erst am nächsten Tag unser Zimmer nach 17:00 Uhr. Bei einer Anreise um 22:00 Uhr kein guter Service. Das neue Zimmer war allerdings sehr gut.

Ruime kamers, hotel op 1 minuut van metro, goed ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel etc etc. Sleutelkaart weigerde regelmatig (ik vermoed omdat ik hem in m’n telefoonhoes bewaarde. Toen ik dat niet meer deed was het over). Onder de bedden zou vaker gestofzuigd mogen worden 🫣

Michael (7/5): Good, did the trick , good location and the 24hr reception was a bonus. - Location, cost, cleanliness, staff, security box in room and the 24hr reception was ideal. Slightly more hooks/hangers in the room and a better location for the wardrobe as it was very near the door. If it got a little hotter then the room would need air conditioning as it was hot at night so we kept the window open beyond that there was hardly anything I didn’t like.
